&lt;li&gt;1/2 tsp Ginger (grated)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 stalk Curry leaves&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 tbsp Peanut (roasted)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp Ghee&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salt to taste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A pinch of Hing&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 tsp Cumin seeds&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4 tsp Mustard seed&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tsp Lemon juice&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Soak the sabudana overnight.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wash it thoroughly in the next morning or after 7-8 hours.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat ghee in a pan, and add cumin and mustard seeds and allow to pop.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then put the hing, green chillies. grated ginger and curry leaves and saute for some seconds.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then put the potato into it and fry for 2 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then put the soaked sabudana , salt into it and cook in low flame for 4-5 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then put the lemon juice and roasted peanut into it and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then remove the dish from heat, and serve hot.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Now mix the coffee, butter and melted chocolate in another mixing bowl.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Now add the methi leaves and 5 tbsp oil into it and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add some water into it to make a dough of puri consistency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knead the dough properly and keep aside for 30 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then heat enough oil in a pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now divide the dough into equal parts and roll it out using rolling pins and fry in the oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry until, puri is cooked properly.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now methi puri is ready to serve. Serve hot with sabzi and dahi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Wash the chicken thoroughly and put some salt and mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat 50 ml oil in a pan / kadhai, add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste and fry until oil separates from it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then put the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt into it cook for another 2 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now put the chicken, tomato puree, cumin powder, corainder powder and cook until the chicken are properly tendered.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then put 2 cups water to make gravy of it and boil for about 5 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then put garam masala and corainder leaves into it and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now chicken curry is ready to serve, serve hot with rice or rotis.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Wash the prawns and drain it properly.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then marinade the prawns with maida, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp ginger paste, garlic paste, 1 tbsp soy sauce and salt and refrigerate for 1 hour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry the prawns until tendered.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Again heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add minced garlic, garlic paste, onions into it and fry till onions are translucent.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add thinly sliced capsicum, ajinomoto, vinegar, salt and spring onions into it and fry for 2 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now put the fried prawns, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and saute for some minutes, in the mean while dissolve the remaining corn flour in 1 cup of water.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add the con flour dissolve water into it and allow it to boil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add the black pepper powder in to it and cook for another 2 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now prawn manchurian is ready to serve. Serve hot with fried rice, parathas etc.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Then heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and temper it with mustard seed, urad dal, chana dal, hing and green chillies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then put the ginger, grated carrot, turmeric powder and corainder leaves into it and cook for 2 minutes in medium flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then put the rava into it and cook for another 2 minutes in medium flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl and add the powdered oats and curd, salt and little water to make batter of idli consistency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now put the eno into it and allow it to ferment for 2 hours.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then grease the idli plates and pour batter into it and steam for 10-12 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now the oats idli are ready to serve. Serve hot with chutneys.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;span style="color: red; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Steps / Method :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;ol style="text-align: left;"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wash the cauliflower put it in a mixing bowl.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add maida, corn flour, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, food colour and kasoori methi into it , and mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry the cauliflower until tendered.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Again heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped onions, chopped capsicum, tomatoes, remaining ginger paste, garlic paste and fry till onions are translucent.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add the ajinomoto, sugar, salt, vinegar and soy sauce into it and fry for 1 minute in high flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add the fried cauliflowers, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and black pepper powder into it and mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes in medium flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now chilli gobi is ready to serve. serve hot with fried rice, parathas and naans.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Boil 1/2 cup water in a pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add sugar into it and wait till sugar dissolves completely.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook for 10 minutes or until the sugar syrup is thick.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add the grated coconuts and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now put the 1/2 tbsp ghee and roasted cashew and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook until the mixture is little moist.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then remove it from heat and add elaichi and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then put the remaining ghee into the tray and grease it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now put the mixture into the greased tray.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Allow it to cool.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then cut it into squares of your desired size.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now coconut burfi is ready to be served, it can be stored in refrigerator for weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now pre-heat the oven at 200 degree celsius for 5 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then put the dough in a flat plate and spread over the plate evenly.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now with the help of knife cut the dough into small squares of your desired size.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then put it in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes or little golden colour.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then remove from the oven and allow it to cool. serve with tea and coffee.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Boil 2 liters of water along with salt and turmeric powder.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then slice the potatoes and put it in the boiling water.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Boil for 3-4 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then remove the potatoes from boiling water and put them in a tray.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then keep the boiled potatoes slices in the sun rays for 2-3 days or until they are dried properly.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;We can store the processed potatoes for 2-3 months.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;While serving, heat oil in a pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;And add some processed potatoes into the hot oil and fry until size increases and turn little golden in colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then remove the chips from oil and season with red chilli powder.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now potato chips is ready to serve.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl, add whole wheat flour, little salt, ajwain and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add 3 tbsp oil into it and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now prepare a dough of it by adding little water into it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Set aside the dough for 30 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onions into it, and fry until the onions are translucent.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add the chopped green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste and saute for 2-3 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then add the turmeric powder, mashed potatoes, salt, cumin powder and dry mango powder and mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes in low flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then remove the mashed potato mixture from heat and add chopped corainder leaves into it and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now divide the dough into equal parts of&amp;nbsp;desired size.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take one dough ball, and flatten it by using your palms.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place little aloo stuffing and close it like another ball.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then roll the stuffed dough with rolling pins.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat the pan and put the parathas over it and allow it to cook.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spread little oil &amp;nbsp;/ butter over it and cook untill golden brown, in medium flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now aloo paratha is ready to serve, serve hot with dahi and chutney.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then put salt and black pepper powder into it and mix well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then refrigerate the chicken for 3-4 hours.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degree celsius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then bake for 15-18 minutes or until tendered.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Brush the butter in every 5 minutes during baking.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;We may use a tandoor (charcoal grill) and cook untill chicken are tendered.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now chicken afghani is ready to serve, serve hot with corainder chutney.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;In a mixing bowl put corn, potatoes, cheese, paneer, maida, corainder leaves, salt, black pepper powder and baking powder and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knead the mixture finely, and prepare lemon sized balls of the mixture.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then heat enough oil in a pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now dip the balls in milk and roll it in the bread crumbs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then deep fry the balls until golden brown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve hot with tomato sauce.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then add salt, hing, turmeric powder, cumin powder, corainder powder, ajwain into it and mix well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then put 4 tbsp oil into it and mix well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now put the chopped methi leaves and mix well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then add curd and little water into it and knead it into soft dough.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then keep aside the dough for 30 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now grease your palms and divide the dough into equal size balls.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then flatten the balls and roll it using rolling stick.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now heat tawa / pan and cook the thepla using little oil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Cook untill theplas are tendered.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Was the chicken thoroughly in running water.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then marinate the chicken with salt, lemon juice and set aside for 10 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;In the mean time mix maida with 3 tbsp oil, little salt and water to make a dough.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit; line-height: 19px;"&gt;Keep aside the dough for 1 hour.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit; line-height: 19px;"&gt;Now heat 200 ml of oil in &amp;nbsp;pan and deepfry the marinated chicken untill tendered and keep aside.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit; line-height: 19px;"&gt;Again heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add onions, ginger paste, garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit; line-height: 19px;"&gt;Then add chilli powder and salt into it and cook for 3-4 minutes in medium flame.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit; line-height: 19px;"&gt;Now put the black pepper powder and corrainder leaves and mix well, and remove it from flame.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit; line-height: 19px;"&gt;Then divide the dough into 5 equal parts to make parathas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit; line-height: 19px;"&gt;Now roll the dough using rolling stick and prepare parathas using few oil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit; line-height: 19px;"&gt;Then beat an egg add little salt into it and mix well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit; line-height: 19px;"&gt;Now heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan and add the egg mixture, and immediately put thye paratha over it and cook for 1 minute or untill the egg is properly done.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then &amp;nbsp;place the chicken mixture in the middle in a straight line manner over the egg paratha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then put little, tomato sauce, chilli sauce over it, and sprinkle little chat masala powder and chopped mint leaves over it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then roll it out.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now the egg chicken roll is ready to serve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Repeat the process with remaining dough.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Dissolve the yeast in warm water, and put sugar into it and wait for 10 minutes or untill creamy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now combine flour, salt and 2 tbsp olive oil in a large mixing bowl.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then put the yeast solution into it and knead well until a stiff dough is formed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;In the mean time the size of the dough increases to its double.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then sprinkle some flour in a plate and roll the dough in it and divide it into equal parts for rolling.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now roll the dough to 1/2 inch thick and 10 inch diameter.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then brush the dough with olive oil and make small hole using knife as shown in the photo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;And bake it in the oven for 8-10 minutes, remove the dough before the colour changes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now the pizza base is ready to prepare pizza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Wash the cauli&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;flower in water and drain thoroughly.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then marinade it with maida, 2 tbsp corn flour, rice flour, chilli powder, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp garlic paste and salt and keep aside for 30 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry until tendered and remove from oil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and put 1 tbsp ginger paste, minced garlic and chopped onions into it and saute for 1 minute.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then add the thinly sliced capsicum / bell pepper, chineese cabbage and chilli vinegar into it and cook for 1 minute.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then add 2 cups of water and little salt into it and bring it to boil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add into it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then put the fried gobi, black pepper powder, tomato sauce, soy sauce and cook for 10 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then remove the dish from flame and add chopped corainder leaves .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now gobi manchurian is ready to serve, serve hot with fried rice, noodles and parathas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 25px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;After 30 minutes add maida and corn flour into it and mix well and keep aside.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 25px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now whisk the egg white and milk in a bowl untill smooth.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 25px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 25px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Then put the marinated chicken into the egg and milk mixture and then coat / roll it in the bread crumbs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 25px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now put the chicken in the hot oil and deep fry untill golden brown.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
