Our travelling food truck usually can be found at 1220 Pennsylvania Avenue on Wednesdays from 11-2 and the Chicken Sandwich is an ideal midday lunch meal.  Chef Franson will either fry it or grill it but either way this is one great sandwich.

We feel your pain; we truly do!  That’s why we thought we would suggest that you meet up with our travelling food truck, Chef Point on Wheels, in downtown Fort Worth on Wednesdays and try some of the delicious menu items.  Have you had a good Chicken Pesto lately? Chef Franson takes tender sliced chicken breast and tosses it in his own special pesto sauce and serves it over bowtie pasta and we promise you it is light years ahead of any baloney sandwich you bring to work.

Our travelling food truck will once again be in downtown Fort Worth after the first of the year and we strongly suggest you try the Mushroom Cheeseburger for a lunch treat extraordinaire.  Great beef patty, tons of mushrooms, melted Swiss Cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, zesty mustard and mayo…..now doesn’t that sound better than leftover turkey or ham sandwiches?  See you downtown in January!

Well look no further than Chef Point on Wheels, our travelling gourmet restaurant.  Why not order the Blackened Chicken Sandwich next time you see our food cart at 1220 Pennsylvania Ave. in Fort Worth.  Moist chicken blackened until tender and then zesty Cajun mayonnaise is added along with lettuce, tomato, onion and melted Swiss cheese to make a great lunchtime change-of-pace.  Now doesn’t that sound better than a baloney sandwich?
