For every ying there's a yang, each right has a wrong and black there's white. Then there's the happening of a major event and the conspiracy behind it - the supposed truth if you will, behind a media façade. The Kennedy Assassination, moon landings and 9/11 are often the most mooted in this arena. Currently, the fall out of 9/11 and the Us army striding into Iraq atop a Jeep Wrangler looking for weapons of mass destruction is a particular favourite among conspiracy theorists.

My favourite band Muse are big on conspiracies, or at least their front man Matthew Bellamy is. Recently he's been highlighting a video on Youtube entitled 'Terror Storm'. In the video, a conspiracy theorist explains how the world superpowers have created the war on terror by systematically attacking their own country and development it look like a foreign terrorist cell. Apparently this is a convention that has its origins many hundreds of years ago.

Perhaps most controversially (and may I take this moment to exonerate myself from either side of the consulation and sit firmly on the fence) it appears many conspiracy theorists believe 9/11 and 7/7 were absolutely an inside job by the American and British government respectively. The video reasons that America's reaction to terrorism and overthrowing Saddam Hussein would open up oil supplies like never before. One big plus point in any Jeep's artillery is the price, which more often than not significantly undercuts the competition. The latest Cherokee is no different, however unlike earlier incarnations the build potential hasn't obviously suffered. Away from the robust exterior, the interior has a feel of potential unseen in the majority of American vehicles. The Cherokee is also spacious in the front, back and boot which isn't always the case with the Jeep's rivals as they cut practicality for urban style.

A 2.8 litre motor also gives the Cherokee more shove than its predecessor although it is quite harsh when pushed hard. Amazingly unlike the vast majority of its rivals, the Jeep is exceptional off road which of policy historically is the company's main purpose so should be no surprise. In this day and age however, 4 x 4 owners only want to drive to the shops and back so this is a feature that may go unexplored. On the road the Cherokee is competent but may face snobbery from the Chelsea tractor brigade at ironically being good at what Jeep intended it to be - going off road and getting all muddy.

Regardless of where you'd drive the Cherokee, Jeep have made strides to repel the environmentalists that denounce the pollution these 'gas guzzlers' spew into the atmosphere. Born in Denmark in 1963 Peter Schmeichel became one of Manchester United's most goalkeepers. In eight years at the club Schmeichel won five league titles, three Fa Cups, the League Cup, Super Cup and the Champions League.

Schmeichel signed for Manchester United in 1991 from Danish side Brøndby for a fee of £530,000. The team had won four Danish First division league titles in five seasons and had reached the semi-finals of the 1991 Uefa Cup. Schmeichel had also come to be the first option goalkeeper for the Danish national side, and his talents were noted when he played at the 1988 European Football Championships in Germany.

During Peter Schmeichel's first season Manchester United closed second in the league to the winners Leeds United, but they won silverware that season by winning the League Cup final for the first time when they beat Nottingham Forest 1-0.

During the summer of 1992 Schmeichel played for Denmark as they won the European Championships in Sweden by beating Germany 2-0 in the final, he had an outstanding tournament and was voted as the Worlds Best Goalkeeper for 1992.

As a back office maven, let me represent a unique situation for you to consider. No doubt you will look and see and have your own ideas on where I and the crew went completely out of operate trying to set up a Pc in a temporary office. And talking Pcs, we are talking two drives, A and B.

Those unfamiliar with these old dinosaur drives, they were cutting edge. You put in your program on the A drive and plopped the other five inch floppy disk into the B drive to save your cutting edge managerial reports that looked quite sparse and full of tiny numbers.

Back to the situation room. The plan was to save money and close the distance between the building site and the back office in the Chelsea area of Manhattan. The foresight was to put a trailer in the parking lot with cabinets inside and start the milling process of collecting and processing work orders for every aspect of a fast track office building in the new emerging World Financial Center. So the Pc was a basic Ibm model. The programmer was inventing software as we went along because the company wanted to patent and sell developed software to a new building manufactures market.

The flow chart and the principles were great but then a diminutive glitch started to develop. The company in its quest had designed a program to keep tight operate over blueprints flowing into the building area. These blueprints were sometimes reworks of reworks of customary blueprints. The invoices of these constantly changing blueprints had been a major headache on former building jobs. You come in at seven in the morning and you leave at eleven o'clock at night every day and nobody is listening. This was such a unique situation that nobody, myself included, had a clear photograph of where this task was going. You only had past work experiences to draw upon in terms of a comparison. There were no comparisons.

You make your requests for more Pcs and more bodies on the Pcs. It fell on deaf ears. The normal manager and the accounting department did not want to hear about flaws in the pet task of the owner of the company. I think that they did not understand what I was trying to tell to them. Delaying any decisions is a managerial function that I have grown to hate.

It was the time to find someone else job. This I did.

In terms of any task or job I have ever gotten complicated with since, I learned a major part from this one single job. Know your capacity. Try to communicate. constantly negotiate for win win. undergo as best you can. If all else fails, take a hike.
