Ocelot has finally released the last remix on their Our Time EP. I’ve personally enjoyed every remix of Our Time and seriously can’t wait for the album to drop. If it’s anything close to Our Time, it’ll be a good time.

Today is the day. JFK teamed up with St. Mandrew to create Beehive and Towel Swinger quite some time ago and with the recent launch of Jesse’s label, Teenage Riot Records, we mere mortals will finally get a chance to listen and play these tracks. It’s not the usual MSTRKRFT sound that you’d be used to hearing, but you won’t really miss it once you listen to these.

Sound of Stereo are set to release their next EP on March 31st via Dim Mak Records called Flatland. If you caught Kissy Sell Out’s show on Radio 1 last month you got a little preview of the huge first single called Metric. I didn’t think Flatland could top Zipper, but after hearing Metric I may just be wrong about that. Anyway, they just released a promo mix for their North American tour that kicks off in a few days. I’ll update if a tracklist becomes available.

It’s been a while since I posted an EP teaser, but this one is just so good I couldn’t resist. Mr. Flash was the very first artist ever signed to Ed Banger back in 2003 (7 years ago!!) and he’s about ready to release his 3rd EP early next month. The tracklist is still unknown, though we do know it will contain 6 tracks. From what I’ve heard here it sounds a lot like his older material, which I’m perfectly fine with. Over the Top is still one of my most played songs. What do you guys think of the new stuff?

After a short break Mailbag Monday has returned! I thought about killing it off again and trying something new, but as you can see that isn’t happening quite yet. I’m still trying to work out a better system so until then Mailbag Monday will continue.

Next up is an artist by the name of Cenk who you should all know by now. His latest track is a little crazy, but it reminds me of my NES days with some of the 8bit sounds. I feel like I’m about to get a power up as I listen.

Matt Sayers is up next with a track of his called Ewww. He’s really been blowing up lately with his work and this song takes it up another notch. It’s got a deep house vibe to it which I love. You’ll find out why its called Ewww once you listen to it.

Continuing on with disco week today, I received an email from Moonchild about some of his fabulous disco creations. The funny and strange thing is I was actually planning on posting his tracks already after hearing them in a post Too Many Sebastians did just yesterday. I highly recommend you check out Girl and start dancing immediately. I guess it just goes to show that you don’t find good disco, good disco finds you.

Kavinsky has been hard at work on his album for months now and I guess he figured it was time to give everyone a taste of it. Nightcall is the first song Kavinsky has done vocals for which he pulls off splendidly. Then we have Breakbot come in and give his usual ultra chill remix treatment. I don’t know about you, but whenever I’m driving at night I try and blast Kavinsky tracks. This EP should tide me over til the album drops later this year. Nightcall is out March 26th on Record Makers.

I’ve officially declared this week Disco Week here on Chemical Jump. Which means I’ll be posting a few more disco related tunes over the next few days. This one is a new Le Principle track that they gave away free yesterday via their record label Solid Bump Records. I don’t know what it is about Le Principle, but they never seem to disappoint me with anything they’ve done. I’ve listened to almost all their bootlegs and couldn’t find a single one I didn’t like. Le Principle are lighting a fire under the Chicago disco house scene and it’s never sounded better.
