Fender Fretless Precision Bass

Very rare 1973 Fender P-Bass with fretless maple fingerboard. Serial number 372425. Most P-basses from this era have rosewood fingerboards. Original natural finish with nice checking. Original pickups dated '73, original pots dated '73, original bridge and bridge cover, original case. The only thing missing is the chrome pickup cover. That said, someone did replace the volume pot at one time and the output jack. After a good cleaning these were replaced and work fine. The pickguard has one small crack around a screw holes that was glued. The strap pegs were replaced with strap locks. One original and one replacement were put back. All in all a very nice example of a early Fender Precision bass. We can say confidently that this baby has no fret wear.

Gibson EBO Bass

1964-1965 Gibson short scale EBO bass. This was Gibson's 2nd production bass. First introduced in 1959 - serial number 260855. This is a great player and is in very good condition for it's age. Has some dings and battle scars, but nothing really out of the ordinary. One humbucking pickup, mahogany body, rosewood fretboard, 30 1/2" scale. Pots date to 1964. Has replacement tuners. Comes complete with hard case. This could be the sunshine of your love.

Gibson Q 200

Made in Gibson's custom shop 1985-1986. Serial number 81155563. Offset double cut away cream solid body that screams 1980's hair band. kahler flyer trem, coil tap switch, DiMarzio X2N bridge Pickup, single coil neck pickup. Original bridge humbucker in case. Small ding on top horn. Grow your hair long, Winger is making a comeback and they want you as their guitarist.

Gretsch Tennessean

This is a vintage Gretsch Tennessean circa 1963. Has all original hardware as far as we can tell. Double HiLo'Tron pickups, original switches and harness, single-cutaway "Type 2" model -- originally with painted-on f-holes. Original Gretsch bigsby tailpiece. This was one of the Gretsch models George Harrison favored in his career with the Beatles. The bad news is It was re-finished black a long time ago. Must of been playing in a Goth Country band. I guess those painted on f-holes weren't cool. Still plays and sounds good though. Come on, you know it can't be bad, she loves you, Yah, Yah, Yah..with case

Silvertone Acoustic

Old Silvertone arch top acoustic. Neck was recently reset and now it plays remarkably well. Bound rosewood neck with dot markers, adjustable truss rod, trapeze tailpiece. Bound sunburst body, spruce top, f-holes. Missing pick guard. Body has some finish cracks and checking. Overall in good shape. Rubber stamp markings inside body are hard to read. They appear to read K-5 and 57-610.

Danelectro DM 10 -- SOLD!

Near mint 1960's Danelectro DM-10 tube guitar amplifier. Once it warms up for a minute this amplifier has the sweetest sound. It has 2 inputs in front and a foot pedal input in the rear chassis. All the tubes light and work. The amplifier has knobs for volume, tone, vibrato strength, and vibrato speed. The speaker fabric is a sparkle tweed and is mint. The metal face shows wear but all lettering is intact. The cab has no tears or gashes. The speaker is a 6" Jensen special design # 220520. It uses two 12AX7, one 6V6GT, and one 6X4. This Tube amplifier is a time capsule and has a warm vintage sound that is fantastic. Made in Neptune City, New Jersey.

Fender Bassman 10

Good condition, 50 watt 1973 Fender Bassman 10. This is a great sounding amp. Closed back 4 x 10 combo with original speakers. Sounds great for bass and also makes a super guitar amp. Great for bass in the studio but live it might not have the volume unless mic'd. Tolex is in good condition, grill cloth has small tear at bottom. Has been gone through by our tech and given a clean bill of health. A few parts have been replaced (caps, resistors, etc.), but nothing major.

Music Man 210 Sixty Five -- SOLD!

1975 Music Man 210 sixty five. 65 watts, two 10" original speakers, one 7025(12ax7), two EL34's, dual channels, reverb, tremolo, four inputs (two per channel), effects loop, high and low power switch. This amp sounds great. One owner, excellent Condition. Our tech looked it over and fixed a few loose connections and everything is well in Music Manville. This is a real sleeper in the vintage amp market.

1960s tube spring Reverb Unit. Super clean Multivox Premier 90 Reverb Unit, functions and looks like new. Very unique-sounding box with plenty of character. Drive it hard for a nice dirty sound or back off for a nice warm tube reverb. Adjusts to a nice wet surf 'verb. Why pay a lot for a Fender. Serial number 116151. Made in the USA.

Silvertone 1431 -- SOLD!

Vintage Sears Silvertone model 1431 guitar amplifier from the 1950's. Two inputs, volume and tone controls. It has the original 8" speaker. The tubes are an original Silvertone 6V6GT, Silvertone 6UA7, and NOS RCA 6X5GT. All original, including the power and output transformers. Amp covering is in excellent shape with no tears or rips. The Grille is a cane basket weave with one small hole. The original handle is in good condition, but a little worn. Has a real "retro" vibe. Silvertones are quickly becoming discovered by "tone lovers" and this one is no exception; it sounds GREAT!!! Blues and classic rock tones spring from it without effort at "household-friendly" volumes. It would make a great recording amp. This is one of the nicest sounding single-ended 6v6 amps - period.

Stewart SL10

Small vintage amp from the late fifties or early sixties. We don't know much about this amp, but it was probablly made by Magnatone, Harmony, Valco, or someone like that and branded with the Stewart name. All tube amp, hand wired with cloth covered wire. One 8" speaker. Hard to say if it is original. Uses one 6X4, one 6BQ5, and two 6AV6. The tremelo sounds great. Our amp tech has brought this little gem back to life. This amp has a clean bill of health. It will make some studio very happy.

Ludwig Tiger Stripe

1970's Vintage Ludwig Tiger Stripe drum shell kit. Cymbals and stands not included. Overall in good shape. 22" bass drum, 16" floor tom, 13" mounted tom and matching 14" snare. Heads are okay, not original, but you would more than likely want to replace them. Some wear marks on bass drum hoops, but otherwise in nice condition

Gretsch Drum Kit

1960's gold sparkle round badge drum kit. kit includes: 14" snare, 22" bass drum, 12" tom, hit-hat and stand, cymbal and stand, and bass pedal. Sorry, no floor tom. Cymbals are older Zildjian's, but not sure how old they are, newer than kit though. Finish has faded to a champagne color in most places. Covering is lifting in places on bass drum. Overall in pretty good shape for it's age. Get ready for the cocktail hour.

Rogers Newport Snare

This is a Newport model as indicated by the tag on the inside of the drum. It was manufactured in Cleveland, Ohio sometime in the 50's. The wood hoops are in very good shape with a little wear here and there. The badge is nice and shiny. The claws and rods are in excellent shape with very little rust. The mahogany shell itself is in good condition with some surface marks and scratches here and there. The snare throw off works as it should. Has Rogers heads on it. Overall in excellent condition. Johnny, come marching home.

Premier Twin 8 -- SOLD!

The Holy Grail of small Harp Amps? This is a near mint 1959 Premier Twin 8. All original with the original speakers and canvas cover. It has a beautiful Gold fabric grill which you don't see on the later models. It uses the 6X4 tube rectifier which gives it a little more growl than the solid state model and one 6L6, and two 12AX7. 20 watts of searing power. Two 8" speakers. This amp is ready to jam, with an amazing volume for it's size! Breaks up plenty at about half volume. This is a very serious Harp Rig and also has a very mean guitar tone! Power cord has been replaced. Serial number 493339.

National GA 93 Guitar Amp

Cool old solid state amp from the early seventies. National/Valco went bankrupt in 1969 and the name was bought by Strum N' Drum. A name I'm sure we all remember well. This was a low budget student amp probably manufactured around this time and imported. Has one powerhouse 6" 4ohm speaker. The power transformer and circuit board in this amp make small Behringer amps look like gigantic monsters. Missing back plate. A interesting part of Rock and Roll history.

Kalamazoo Reverb 12

Vintage Gibson amp from the mid sixties. The brand name Kalamazoo was used for their budget lines. All tube amp with 12" speaker, reverb, tremolo, with foot switch. Uses two 6BQ5 power tubes and three 12AX7 pre amp tubes. Has a RCA phono/tape input on back as well as a 8 ohm extension speaker jack. Very clean, original amp. Comes with original cover. Small Gibson tube amps are becoming very sought after, don't let this one slip away. Serial # 19702.

Solid State student amp from 1977. Made in Elk Grove Village, Ill. Two input with volume, tone, and tremolo control. Tremolo has separate depth and speed controls. One 8" speaker, 16 watts, serial number V 0890. Amp is in overall excellent shape. Tolex could use a cleaning, but no tears or rips. Ebony and Ivory, sitting in perfect harmony.

Fender Vibro Champ

Vintage 1973 Fender Vibro Champ amplifier, in very good condition. There are no tears or rips in the tolex. This is a 6 watt amp with a 5Y3GT rectifier tube, a 6V6 power tube, and two 12AX7A pre amp tubes. The amp is in working order and sounds great. Has original fender speaker. It is also very quiet with very little noise or hum, even at high volume. The amp has a very warm clean sound when the volume is at 3, then starts to break up with smooth distortion as it goes higher. This is a great practice or recording amp!! So go ahead and crank it and you'll get a whole lotta love.

1974 Fender Twin Reverb w/master volume. All original clean example with 100 watts of pure Fender tone. A particular favorite among musicians for it's power and tone. Recently gone through by our amp tech and working in tip top shape. A few resisters and caps were replaced, but nothing major. Original foot switch included. Put on those bell bottoms, high heeled boots and freak out.

Fender Twin Reverb

1969 Fender Twin Reverb. All original clean example with 85 watts of pure Fender tone. A particular favorite among musicians for it's power and tone. The sound of Classic Rock. This amp sounds incredible and is in very good condition. The Twin Reverb is my all time favorite amp. It embodies the epitome of the classic Fender sound - clean at its best, lush Fender Spring Reverb and beautiful deep tube vibrato. Driven, it is absolutely everything you would expect a vintage Fender to be. As you may know, these amps have the same circuit and components as their older black-faced sisters. The silverface with the aluminum drip-edge was only shipped from the end of 1967 until early in 1969, before CBS started mucking with Leo's designs in their feeble attempt to cut production costs. This baby has the heart and soul (and sound) of a blackface Twin at the price of a silverface. Early '69 Twin Reverbs in this good of condition are becoming impossible to find, as players (not to mention collectors) have been discovering the value. No foot switch.

Fender Quad Reverb

Vintage 1974 Fender Quad Reverb 100 watt tube amp. Very clean example that has 4 12" speakers (3 appears to be the original Oxford 12"s and one Eminence replacement). It is essentially a Twin Reverb with four speakers. This amp rocks; it delivers classic vintage Fender tone. The 4 12's provide a wall of sound even at low volume levels. But don't mistake it, this amp was made for the stage. This amp can handle about any venue you can throw at it. The amp works and sounds great. It has 4 6L6's. No foot switch. The amp has 2 normal inputs with bright switch , 2 inputs for vibrato channels, built in vibrato, reverb, presence, separate bass, mid, and treble controls. Also, this amp has volume and master volume controls to allow you to have greater control of drive for the amp even at lower volume levels. Hire some roadies or at least a good chiropractor.

Fender Pro Reverb

Got tone? You will if you own this sweet 1966 blackface Fender. The blackface line is considered by most amp aficionados as the golden age of Fender amps, and this is a perfect example why. 40 watts through two 12" speakers make this amp the perfect gigging amp for clubs and small halls. Unlike it's big brother the twin, you can open up the volume a little on this baby to get a sweet singing tone without blowing the walls down, and it's a whole lot lighter to carry around. This amp is in good condition for it's age- no significant tears or scratches in the tolex, small rip in the grill cloth. Mostly original with the exception of two replacement Celestion vintage 30 speakers. Pro Reverbs were not introduced until around June '65 . These amps used the P5D Input transformer (same as the Blackface Vibroverb), and the A6A output transformer (same as the Blackface Vibrolux Reverb, and Brown Vibroverb) for a total 40 watts rms, so plenty of top end without sacrificing Fender crunch and overdrive, the sound of this amp is awesome... John Teagle author of Fender Amps- The First 50 Years says "If you happen to use a Fender guitar or other brand with single coil pickups, the author recommends these amps as the best all around amp ever made -- by anyone".

Fender Princeton

Vintage 1971 Fender Princeton tube guitar amplifier (silverface) in very good condition. It puts out 12 watts RMS into an 8 ohm 10” speaker. The amp has that crisp clean Fender sound that others have tried to emulate for decades. The smaller silverface Fender amps (Champ, Vibro Champ, Princeton, Princeton Reverb and Deluxe Reverb) have almost the same circuitry as their much more expensive blackface (pre CBS/1967) counterparts.
There are no operational issues with this amp. Everything works as it should. The tubes include a 5U4GB for the rectifier, 6V6’s for the power, and 12AX7’s for the pre-amp and phase inverter/tremolo). The silverface faceplate is in great shape with only a few minor scratches. The grill cloth has no rips or tears. The tolex has a few bumps and bruises along with some small red paint spots, but over-all for an amp that is over 37 years old it has held up extremely well. The speaker is the original Fender 10” speaker (no model # but it is likely an Oxford 10J4). The tube chart is intact and is in great shape. Get it while you can, these amps are skyrocketing in price.

Fender Deluxe Reverb

1979 Fender Deluxe Reverb Silverface Tube Amplifier. Magnificent sound, warm, and rich, with a little extra kick. Very good condition. The circuit on Deluxes changed very little from their blackface counterparts. Original stock Fender speaker. Uses three 7025, two 12AT7, one 12AX7, and two 6V6 tubes for 20 watts of power. Included with this sale is the original cover and original reverb and vibrato pedal. It also has a pull-boost volume knob on the vibrato channel. Blue crystal power light. Barely any wear and tear besides a few small nicks on the bottom, virtually no wear on the grill cloth, in great shape. Don't miss out, this is definitely a great-sounding and looking amplifier in need of somewhere to rock out. We compared this to a 1967, and a 1965 reissue Deluxe Reverb, and there was some differences. The '79 was louder at low volumes, and had a little bit more bite, which is typical of later seventies Fenders.

Fender Bassman 50 -- SOLD

Very nice Fender Bassman 50 with 2x15 cab from 1973. Works and sounds great. There is nothing like a nice warm tube sound for bass to remind you of the seventies. Which is good, because I don't remember much from the seventies. Uses 2 6L6 power tubes, one 12AT7, and three 7025 (12AX7) preamp tubes. Tolex has typical scuffing and scrapping, but no major rips or tears. Grill cloth is excellent. 4 ohm 2x15 cab has had a replacement input jack and plate installed some time ago. The back panel on the head is missing as is one screw knob that holds the head to the cab. Big bottom, my girl got' em.

Baldwin 2x12

This is a pretty cool old amp. It actually sounds very warm and sweet. It is very clean and works as it should. Has two 12" speakers, two channels, one with tremolo. I would say it's about 30 or 40 watts, but the badge with the model and wattage is missing. I saw one on ebay that appeared to read 60 watts, but that seems alot for this amp, but it could be.

Harmony Broadway -- SOLD!

Very nice condition Harmony probably from the 1960's. Beautiful sunburst finish. All original. Rubber stamped inside are the numbers 1289 and H954. Small crack by neck heel on body and there is some top shrinking. 19 fret rosewood fingerboard. Very nice flame on back. Sounds and plays really nice. Put your lights up on Broadway.

1965 Silvertone made by Danelectro. The guitar is not mint, but it is in very good shape with minor wear from some young rocker. Black sparkle finish, thick white plastic pick guard, one lipstick pickup, aluminum nut. 18 fret rosewood fret board, enclosed tuners. The guitar plays and sounds great. Those were the days you could go buy a hammer, washing machine and a neat electric guitar in one place.

Regal Hawaiian Guitar

In excellent condition. Nice sunburst finish with some minor scratches. 3-on-a-plate open-geared Kluson tuners, solid birch top, back and sides, sunburst square neck, sunburst back and top, rosewood fret board with silk screened fret numbers and triangular fret markers. Bridge screwed to top, ~24-1/4" scale length, 1-13/16" nut width, 13-1/8" lower bout, rare and cool student model. No serial number or model number. Very small crack in top by sound hole. Slide into this one cheap.

National Dobro

Vintage 1930's National Valco Supro round neck Dobro. Features include: metal resonator body, one piece maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, original chrome tail piece, original frets, Kluson open back tuners. Supro metal plate logo is missing, and missing pick guard. Serial # on the end of the head stock 08262. All original, including cone and screws. This guitar has a killer sound!! It's exceptionally resonant. Very light, weighing in at 7.6 pounds. Guitar body was originally painted a mustard color and has a lot of wear, but no dents in the body. The neck is quite thick, with a pronounce "V" shape. Frets have minor wear. Neck is in fair to good condition, with checking and a lot of finish wear. The neck was cracked at the heal and someone tried to nail it back together. It has since been solidly glued. We didn't attempt to fill the nail holes or do any other restoration. That is for the future owner to decide how far to go. That said, this instrument deserves to be restored to it's original glory, but plays and sounds fine as is.

Kay Acoustic 2

Small parlor guitar made by Kay. Twin brother to our maple neck version. Painted on music note "pick guard". Antique sunburst finish with minor wear. Nice faux (painted) tiger stripe on body. Small parlor guitar made by Kay. Painted on music note "pickguard". Antique sunburst finish with minor wear. Nice faux (painted) tiger stripe on body. Rare 3-bolt, bolt on neck with maple (natural) fretboard with black painted block fret markers. Two of the tuners are bent slightly but still function. Overall in good condition. Howdy Doody.

Gibson Explorer III

The Gibson explorer III was made from 1984-1985. Originally had three P-90 pickups. This one has been modified with three humbuckers. Some routing was done to make them fit. The tuners were replaced with Schaller locking tuners. Has original Gibson trem. Serial number 82934505. This guitar should make some shred head very happy. Comes with original Gibson case with the nice pink interior. Think 80's shred, dude.

1966 Fender Duo-sonic II

The Duo-Sonic II was made between 1965 and 1969. It had two pickups, and came in Blue, red, or white. This one has a long scale neck as apposed to the Duo-Sonic 3/4 scale. This Duo-Sonic has had the pickups replaced with either Japanese or Mexican strat pickups. Other than that it is all original. Sounds and plays sweet. A great bargain in the vintage market. Serial number 119478. It's white finish has aged to a nice cream color. Original case included. Bruce Wayne look out here comes the sonic duo.

Epiphone FT30 Caballero

The FT30 closely resembles a Gibson LGO. The FT30's have an excellent reputation around blues players, whereas the LGO seems to have a reputation as being a lower end instrument in the LG series. The Caballero FT30 and Gibson LGO were made by the same Kalamazoo plant. Other than slightly different peghead shapes and the Epiphone E on the truss rod covers and pick guards, the two models are virtually identical. The FT in the name stands for "Flat Top". The designation of FT30 on an Epiphone model existed in the original Epiphone line up long before Gibson purchased Epiphone. The Caballero FT30's action is usually slightly elevated which gives the guitar a loud mid-ranged attack which is why it probably appeals so to blues players. This example has two extra tuner holes drilled in the peghead. Someone decided to make it a eight string. The extra tuners and strings have been removed and it is now a six string again. This does not effect the playability. The bridge has been re-glued and there is finish checking. Serial number 243771.

Harmony Catalina -- SOLD

This is a pretty cool guitar probably from the sixties. It is a Harmony H1221 Catalina arch top guitar in Pacific and Dawn blue. Unfortunately the ink stamped numbers in the body are obscured by original blue over spray. The finish is in good condition, the arch shape on both the soundboard and back is good, along with no extra holes or other modifications, so this would make a great project for someone. There are a few small cracks on the back. The tuners, bridge, nut and tailpiece are original: the pick guard is unfortunately missing. Fair to good condition. So, if your feeling kind of blue....

Barclay Electric

Barclay guitars were imported from Japan during the sixties as student models. This is a Kingston two tone sunburst model with two pickups. It's missing the trem arm, we believe, although it's so weird it's hard to tell. Has funky Barclay logo sticker. The pick guard is cracked in two places by the pick guard screws. 20 fret rosewood fingerboard. This guitar is in excellent shape and actually plays and sounds very good. I think it's time for a Sputniks reunion.

Airline Lap Steel

Near mint condition. Airline was a name used by Montgomery ward for instruments built by Kay, Harmony and Valco. All original black finish and hardware. Some minor scratches and dings on top, but still one of the nicest we've seen. Looks like it was never played. Serial number is 1-10543.

Supro Corsica -- SOLD!

This is a cool amp from the 60's. Made by Valco in Chicago between 1965 and 1967. Blue control panel, black tolex, silver grill cloth. Volume, tone, trem speed, reverb controls all function flawlessly. Tube complement: four 12ax7's, one 6v6, and one 5Y3GT. 12" speaker. Everything works as it should. Not a very loud amp, but would make a great recording amp. Not sure if the speaker is original, the wiring to the speaker is clearly replacement.

Fender Champ

1971 Fender Champ with 5 watts of screaming power. The ultimate bedroom and recording amp. Many great recordings were done with these amps. Don't be fooled by it's small power and puny speaker; mike this thing up and it sounds like a monster. 1x8" speaker, volume, treble, and bass controls. One 12ax7, one 6v6, one 5y3GT tubes. All original.

Danelectro Model 68

This is a very cool amp from the fifties: Danelectro Special, series D, Model 68. 20 watts, 1x12, light tweed fabric covering, leather handle, script Danelectro plexi-plate logo. Two inputs, both with volume and tone. Vibrato foot switch input with speed and strength control. Uses two 12ax7's, two 6v6's, one 6sj7, and one 6x5GT tubes. This amp sounds awesome cranked up. Amp does not have foot switch.

Airline

Originally manufactured for Montgomery Ward by Kay, Harmony or Valco in the 50's and 60's. This was a budget acoustic arch top with f-holes. Guitar is in good shape cosmetically. Neck has slight bow in it with no truss rod adjustment, so it is what it is. The necks heel is also separating from the body slightly. This should be a easy repair. Finish is good, although some of the gloss has dulled around the bottom of the guitar. Other than that it could be made into a pretty cool playable guitar. Number hand stamped inside reads 3027. Hang it on the wall, restore it, but most of all love it.

Danelectro Convertible

1960's Danelectro Convertible with one pickup. Natural masonite top and back. White vinyl sides. Single lipstick pickup. All original in good condition. All that's missing is the strap buttons. Top sinks a little behind bridge, but does not effect the playability of the guitar. Put the top down and take a ride in a convertible, you won't be sorry.

Gibson EDS 1275 double neck

Nice old 1968 Gibson double 6/12. Can you say Jimmy Page? This is a players guitar, not a collection piece to be put in a museum. It is pretty worn with nice finish checking, or, as we like to say; "has a nice vintage vibe." The pots that we can read seem to date from 1966 and 1968, electronics look to be all original. Someone has added a couple of extra ground wires that could be easily removed. Pickups seem to be original; they say "Patent No. 2,737,842" which fits into 1965-1975. Matter of fact every thing seems to be original. The only down side is the 12-string head stock was broken off and re-glued - It's not a bad job but certainly the crack is noticeable. One tone pot has a broken top shaft, so a knob won't stay on. We don't have the missing knob. Comes with hard case. This guitar, or should I say guitars, plays really well and it's not as heavy as you might think. So go ahead and play "Stairway" - we won't tell.

Gibson sg III

These sg's were manufactured between 1972 and 1974, although some shipped as late as 1979. Typical Gibson. Available in cherry sunburst only. Serial number 050517. Double cutaway mahogany body, black pick guard, mahogany neck, 22 fret rosewood fingerboard with dot fret markers, stop tailpiece, 3 per side tuners, nickel hardware. Has two pickup selector switches, one volume and one tone control. Pretty rare as only 950 were made. Now for the bad news. Originally these had mini humbuckers. Someone has installed full size humbuckers in this one, which means they did route out the pickup cavities a little. They also replaced the Gibson tuners with Grovers. We are pretty sure the volume and tone knobs are replacements. Plays and sounds great. A reasonably priced rare Gibson sg.

Hofner Model 172

Rare Hofner model 172 in excellent shape. Red sunburst polyester vinyl finish in nice shape. Necks for these guitars were made by Nicoluas Gagliano Violin Works. Two "Diamond Logo" super-response type 510 pickups. These are single coil pickups with two rows of polepieces with one exposed and adjustable and one under the pickup cover. Two switches, one for bass, one for treble. One volume control and two tone controls. A rather unique trem system. Looks like this one was hardly ever played. Liverpool here we come.

Ibanez 2640/AR1200 double neck

1982 Ibanez Artist AR1200 double 6/12. Serial # A825259, made in Japan. The Model 2640 was manufactured between 1977-1980, while the Model AR1200 was manufactured between 1979-1984. All original in excellent condition. Features gold hardware and natural sunburst finish on a solid ash body. Maple 3-piece necks. Super 58 pickups. Master volume, volume for each neck, tone control for each neck. Tri-sound switches for each pickup, probally phase and coil tap. Separate outputs for each neck. Original hard case. Plays and sounds really nice, weighs a ton. Gold finish is typically worn on bridge. Japan made Ibanez guitars are increasing in value every day.

Ovation Deacon -- SOLD!

Ovation Deacon model 1252 manufactured between 1973-1980. Ovations first commercial foray into solid body electric guitars. What were they thinking? It actually plays and sounds great. Nice mahogany body and neck, diamond fret markers on ebony fretboard and 18 volt active electronics make this a a real steal. One volume and one tone control, three way pickup selector, and active pre-amp selector. In excellent shape with one minor blemish. Original hard case. Famous users and endorsees include Glen Cambell, David Cassidy, Robert Smith of the Cure and... yes...Ace Frehley of Kiss. Go figure. Grow out the mullet and let it rock baby.
