&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 kg de coaja de pepene pregatita pentru murat (vedeti mai jos cum se pregateste)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 lingura de suc de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;250 gr apa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 cesti otet&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 ceasca apa&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 cesti zahar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cateva bucatele dintr-un baton de scortisoara&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Cum procedam?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Va trebui mai intai sa pregatim coaja de pepene: se taie coaja verde si partea rosie a pepenelui lasand totusi o fasie foarte subtire rosie pe coaja alba. Taiem aceasta coaja obtinuta in bucatele de aproximativ 2 cm. Va trebui sa obtinem 1 kg de coaja astfel pregatita.&lt;br /&gt;Vom pune apoi pepenele intr-un amestec format din apa si sucul de lamaie si il vom lasa la macerat timp de 3 ore. Dupa cele 3 ore vom scurge pepenele si il vom clati.&lt;br /&gt;Punem apoi pepenele intr-un recipient il acoperim cu apa si il fierbem timp de 3 ore, sau pana cand se inmoaie. Scurgem apoi pepenele. Il punem intr-o solutie usoara de otet: o ceasca otet la 2 cesti de apa si il lasam peste noapte.&lt;br /&gt;Dimineata scurgem lichidul si pregatim un sirop din:  3 cesti de otet, una de apa, zaharul si condimentele. Incingem siropul pana la punctul de fierbere inainte ca acesta sa dea in clocot. Printre ei se aseaza gogonelele si castravetii. Pentru aroma presaram in borcan si deasupra tuturor ingredientelor frunzele de telina si de hrean.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Se pune apa la fiert impreuna cu 25 gr. de sare pentru fiecare litru de apa. Punem pepenele si sucul de lamaie intr-un vas si le pasam impreuna. Trecem apoi aceasta compozitie printr-o sita fina, pana cand obtinem un suc mai gros. &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mai intai trebuie pregatit siropul de zahar: se pun cele 2 cesti de zahar si cele 2 cesti de apa intr-un vas si se pun pe foc amestecand continuu, pana cand se dizolva zaharul. Dupa dizolvarea zaharului aduceti la fierbere si fierbeti timp de 4 minute. Gata aveti siropul de zahar. Inainte de a-l folosi insa in aceasta reteta lasati-l sa se raceasca, ba mai mult puneti-l cel putin o ora in frigider.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Acum ca avem toate ingredientele, le punem intr-un blender si le amestecam pana cand compozitia devine omogena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Serviti bautura din pahare lungi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Pentru un aspect special puteti sa puneti in fiecare pahar bucatele rotunde de pepene galben si fructe lycee, care vor oferi bauturii un contrast deosebit. Sorbetto poate fi asemanat cu granita sau poate inlocui cu succes inghetata fiind mai usor...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Ingrediente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:130%;"  &gt;Avem nevoie de niste lucruri ca sa producem acest deliciu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:130%;"  &gt;4 cesti si 1/2 de suc de pepene rosu (stiti voi, fara samburi, strecurat etc)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:130%;"  &gt;1/2 ceasca de zahar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:130%;"  &gt;un praf de sare&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:130%;"  &gt;2 linguri de zeama de lamaie proaspat stoarsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:130%;"  &gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cum procedam?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:130%;"  &gt;Se incinge o jumatate de ceasca din sucul de pepene cu zaharul si sarea pana ce acestea sunt perfect dizolvate. Adaugati restul sucului de pepene, amestecati bine si apoi puneti totul intr-o vas rezistent la temperaturi scazute (de exemplu intr-o tava de aluminiu pentru copt, sau intr-un recipient de plastic - dar atentie procesul de inghetare poate dura mai mult in vasul de plastic) si puneti-l repede la congelator.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:130%;"  &gt;Dupa o ora incepeti sa razuiti de pe marginea recipientului cristalele formate si sa le impingeti catre centru. Prima recolta de pepeni a fost inregistrata acum aproape 5000 de ani in Egipt si este reprezentata in de egipteni in hieroglife pe peretii cladirilor lor antice.
