I sold my tele earlier this week. The buyer purchased the tele for his son; the goal was to make his room more 'grown up'. I didn't think about it much when he was at my house, but I've since been wondering about his rational. Does a tele signify a modern coming of age, or is it widely held that all adults use a television to have a mature interaction with the world?

I finished the year with 1,956 miles logged on my bicycle - almost twice the miles logged on my motorcycle for 2009. I guess I need to start commuting by bicycle if I expect to break the 2,000 miles / year mark.
