Se mai bat in continuare ceva timp impreuna cu zaharul.&lt;br /&gt;Se adauga galbenusurile si se lasa compozitia sa se raceasca.&lt;br /&gt;Cand e deja rece se pune uleiul apoi faina.&lt;br /&gt;Se toarna in tava tapetata. M-am hotarat greu sa incerc o astfel de combinatie: peste cu branza, dar a meritat. E un fel de supa - mancare, in functie de cat de multa carne se adauga.&lt;br /&gt;A iesit buna in varianta pregatita de mine dar ar fi si mai buna cu niste schimbari.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingrediente (2 portii):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 piept de pui destul de mare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ou&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;o lamaie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3-4 linguri ulei de masline&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ceasca orez&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;oregano&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;piper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;patrunjel&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Se fierbe pieptul de pui si se ia spuma. Cand este fiert bine, se scoate puiul din supa.&lt;br /&gt;Se bate oul cu zeama de la lamaie, sare, piper si un praf de oregano. Se adauga 1-2 linguri de supa fierbinte si se bate in continuare.&lt;br /&gt;Se pune orezul in supa si se lasa pana orezul este fiert apoi se adauga mestecand continuu oul.&lt;br /&gt;Se pune si pieptul de pui taiat bucatele mici si se serveste cu patrunjel deasupra.&lt;br /&gt;Rezultatul ne-a placut - a iesit o supa cu mai multa carne... sau o mancarica mai lunga...cum va suna mai bine.&lt;br /&gt;Ar fi probabil si mai bun daca in loc de piept de pui as fi pus si niste ciocanele sau pui intreg, dar a fost foarte bun si asa. Se adauga la sfarsit patrunjelul.&lt;br /&gt;Se prajeste separat feta - taiata felii. Nu se lasa prea mult - are tendinta de a se topi.&lt;br /&gt;Se pune feta prajita pe o farfurie si se acopera cu sosul de rosii. Gata! (4 portii maricele)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;400-500 gr file somon (mai mult nu strica dar atat am avut eu)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 praz mare sau 2 mai micuti&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;250 gr samantana&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 oua&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 gr branza dulce - nu prea grasa&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;o lamaie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;un varf de cutit de unt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare, piper, patrunjel&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Se taie somonul fasii subtiri de marimea tavii (cam o tava de chec)&lt;br /&gt;1/3 din somon se taie bucatele mici care se pun in blender cu branza, smantana, sarea, piperul, ouale, patrunjelul si lamaia (desfacuta in feliute curatate de pielita).&lt;br /&gt;Se mixeaza pana amestecul devine aproximativ omogen.&lt;br /&gt;Prazul se taie bucatele.&lt;br /&gt;Intr-o tava  se pune o folie de plastic si apoi un strat de somon.&lt;br /&gt;Se toarna un strat dein compozitie, apoi un rand de praz, un strat de sos, un rand de somon, altul de praz si restul sosului.&lt;br /&gt;Se da la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 gr C asezand tava intr-o alta tava cu apa.&lt;br /&gt;Se lasa cam o ora, o ora si jumatate.&lt;br /&gt;Se serveste rece.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si arata cam asa:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_jNyBNQyvglU/SEK4R7rrPgI/AAAAAAAADoA/gCebfYDwvKY/s1600-h/25.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; Cand fierbe apa se pune si quinoa si se lasa la fiert aproximativ 20 de minute ... cat sa fie moale dar sa nu-si piarda forma.&lt;br /&gt;Cand e fiarta se adauga parmezanul si samantana si se mai lasa 4-5 minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu am reusit sa o fierb prea mult, dar promit ca nu se va intampla si a doua oara :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Pui zice-se chinezesc:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 piept de pui&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1-2 morcovi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ceapa&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ardei&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cateva ciuperci&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;o mana de nuci caju (cashew)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sos soya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare, piper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;un praf de zahar sau miere mai bine (dar nu praf :))&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ulei&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Se taie fasii puiul, morcovul, ardeiul si ciupercile fasii si se adauga in tigaie peste ulei si ceapa maruntita si calita.&lt;br /&gt;Se acopera si se lasa pana carnea e facuta apoi se adauga 1-2 linguri de sos soya, sare, piper si praful de zahar.&lt;br /&gt;Inca 5 minute si asta-i tot!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_jNyBNQyvglU/SDsFPbrrO8I/AAAAAAAADfE/3giAahoRNMs/s1600-h/24.JPG"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5204759557043862466" style="margin: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: pointer" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_jNyBNQyvglU/SDmqzbrrO1I/AAAAAAAADeI/hJkWjTLv0Kc/s400/16.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="TEXT-ALIGN: left"&gt;Ingrediente: &lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;250 gr mascarpone&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3-4 linguri de smantana pentru frisca (~50 gr) - se poate pune si mai multa, si mai putina, depinde cat de tare si cat de grasa va place crema.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2-3 linguri de zahar pudra&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;capsuni - cateva&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;biscuiti tip piscoturi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;esenta de migdale si pudra de migdale (optionale) - le pun doar daca am in casa.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;un liquor sau cognac de cacao, cafea....sau orice va place :)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;o cana de cafea amara rece&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ciocolata amaruie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se amesteca samantana cu zaharul, praful de migdale si branza mascarpone.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se taie capsunile bucatele mici si se adauga la crema anterioara.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Intr-o farfurie mai intinsa se pune cafeaua cu esenta de migdale si liquor-ul (1-2 lingurite).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se inmoaie putin piscoturile in cafea (doar se trec prin cafea) si se pune cate un strat de piscoturi in fiecare caserola / pahar.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se adauga un strat de crema cu capsuni, iar un strat de piscoturi inecate in cafea si iar capsuni.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pentru servire se decoreaza cu o capsuna intreaga si un stick de ciocolata amaruie.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img style="VERTICAL-ALIGN: middle; Se dau la cuptor 5 minute, dupa ce a fost incalzit in prealabil la 180°C.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se freaca galbenusul cu zaharul pana ce amestecul se albeste si se adauga capsunile mixate (sau taiate bucatele foarte mici). Se adauga iaurtul - mai putin o lingura de care avem nevoie la gelatina .&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se topeste praful de gelatina intr-o lingura de apa rece si se incalzeste/topeste la bain marin cu lingura de iaurt apoi se adauga la crema de capsuni.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se bate albusul si se adauga si el la amestecul anterior.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pentru a decora se taie cateva capsuni pe jumatate si se pun pe marginea formei cu biscuiti. Se toarna spuma de capsuni deasupra si se pune la frigider cateva ore.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Este prima oara cand fac o prajitura cu gelatina asa ca nu am stiut secretele - si inca nu le stiu.
