&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;La società &lt;b&gt;Fonti Alta Valle Po&lt;/b&gt; nel 2010 ha infatti ristrutturato una vecchia filanda immersa nel verde di &lt;b&gt;Paesana&lt;/b&gt;, per farne lo stabilimento di produzione. Il legame con il territorio è anche rimarcato dal nome Eva che, appunto, nel dialetto di quella zona significa proprio acqua.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;La Eva, dunque, arriva dal &lt;b&gt;Monviso&lt;/b&gt;, precisamente dalle sorgenti del &lt;b&gt;Pian del Re &lt;/b&gt;(2020 metri sul livello del mare) dalle quali nasce il Po, viene imbottigliata a Paesana (in Provincia di Cuneo) e distribuita in tutta Italia.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

La pioggia, che filtra attraverso diversi strati di roccia, si purifica ed allo stesso tempo si arricchisce di minerali benefici creando un'acqua morbida e liscia.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Per conservarne le caratteristiche ed il gusto l'impianto di imbottigliamento è stato costruito direttamente sopra la falda acquifera ed è stato progettato in modo che l'acqua venga raccolta ed imbottigliata senza che ci sia mai contatto umano.
