Good Morning.  Happy Monday!

How quickly the weekend came and went.  It feels as though Friday morphed into Sunday overnight!

Although, it passed quickly, I had a wonderful time dining at Nobu.  The bite sized Lobster tacos are truly addictive…incredibly proud of myself for stopping at six, which sounds quite gluttonous; however, I assure you, they are bite size.

A heart felt and loving thank you to wonderful hubby for finding a quality treadmill on sale; and reconfiguring it into a treadmill desk work station.  Now, I’m able to burn calories while working, just in time for swimsuit season.

This gorgeous wedding for New York Interior Designer and stylist, Kelly d’Halluin was inspired by the fête champêtre, an 18th-century elegant garden party.

The Château de Bevilliers was built in the 17th-century and features a medieval colombier,  or dovecote.  The Château is located on the Île-de-France in the Valley of Chevreuse 22 miles southwest of Paris.

The bridal flowers are breathtaking and feature Grouse feathers, ferns, mint, orchids, peonies, and mixed butterflies from Deyrolle.

I absolutely love the color palette and the manner in which natural and rustic elements were intertwined with elegant flourishes…quite refined and stylish.     Click here for additional details.

Just taking a break from grating Italian Burrata cheese for tonight’s dinner…on the menu: Lasagne, Spinach Salad, and  buttery Garlic Bread.  Hubby makes the best garlic bread!  Must hurry and pack for a quick jaunt to Palm Springs for the 8th Annual Palm Springs Photo Festival.

Today is filled with thankfulness.  As I put the finishing touches on my business goals for 2013, and add two new items to my bucket list, my heart is filled with thanksgiving and gratitude.  A few things I’m grateful for today…

The postman, who delivered  an awe-inspiring french magazine,  Peut Être Issue 5  to my house today.

The simple pleasure of biting into a reddish-fleshed, juicy, and sweet  Cara Cara navel orange (the last of the season).

Kogi’s signature Short Rib Taco…a wildly delicious cornucopia of flavors…beef short rib drenched in a secret marinade then char-grilled.  Topped with sesame-chili salsa roja, julienne cabbage and romaine lettuce tossed in Korean chili-soy vinaigrette, and garnished with cilantro-green onion-lime relish.

And lastly, I’m grateful for Mark 9:23: Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

Since the arrival of Spring, we’ve (Los Angelenos) been experiencing and enjoying such gorgeous weather!    During the weekend,  I  accomplished  and  crossed  off  numerous items from my To Do List leaving me feeling invigorated and refreshed…

A couple of fanciful pleasures I’ve ordered, signed up for, and can’t wait to see…all guaranteed to inspire and keep the creative juices flowing:

An amazing photographer, Elgort’s first comprehensive book covers five decades of fashion photography.

Tastebuds are tingling over Pairingpalooza: Summer’s Favorite Cheese and Wine Tasting Class—always a wonderful excuse to visit San Francisco.

Will visit the Getty Museum this week to see Johannes Vermeer’s painting Woman in Blue Reading a Letter.  On loan from Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam, this special installation returns home soon.
