Stuff I Bought: from Target

Recently I bought some items from Target. I went a little crazy and ordered two items in 2 different sizes each so that I could return the one that doesn't fit. Complicated, I know, but the Target that I live near never has the stuff I want from online. Plus, I can return the online items to the store and save a return shipping fee. Anyway, here's what I grabbed:

This boot is so cute! It's a bit loud but I definitely need some rain boots. It's much better than risking damaging my other boots in the rain.

These two are from the Richard Chai for Target line and they were on clearance. Love it! The dress seems to be pretty popular.

This skirt is super cute. The reviews say that it hits shorter than in the picture shows but I hope it's not too short!

These two skirts I'm not too sure about, but for $6.49 each, they're not bad. Besides, I can always return them.

Purple Things

Purple: the color of fall. It seems like purple is the least common color of clothing I see people with (including myself), so I'm definitely trying to increase my purple-count. Recently I bought a very cute and warm purple hoodie from AE on sale but I'd like some more purple things like tights, dresses/tunics, accessories, and shoes.

One of the things that I really want are these adorable purple suede Cordella short boots ($80) from Aldo. There were also some things over at Forever 21 I wanted but of course they sold out pretty fast.

Another thing I'm wishing for is the limited edition Vera Wang Princess Gift Set. I saw it in-store at Sephora and fell in love with the giant purple heart keychain. Even though I think the fragrance itself is a bit too faint, it still smells sweet and I can't seem to resist the packaging. Unfortunately, it's not in stock online but I hope the store still has some left! Also, apparently, there's a purple store. Very interesting.

Spice Girls at VS

As a fan of the Spice Girls during their prime (I had those lollipop stickers and everything), I just wanted to add a little snippet about the Spice Girls Greatest hits CD at Victoria's Secret. It just came out today exclusively at VS stores & online.

The girls will be performing for the VS Fashion Show which will be taped on November 15th and aired on CBS on Tues, Dec 4th at 10pm. I must say, I am definitely looking forward to it! (Who isn't?!)

And I absolutely LOVE Miranda Kerr. She has the nice, sweet, innocent babydoll look with a personality to match! Ever since she first appeared in the 'sexy little things' collection (and before I knew her name), she became my new favorite model. I am so happy that she gets to be an Angel this year because she totally deserves it.

My Current Faves from Coach

Okay, so the Coach Bleecker Tattersall design has been out for at least a month now and I LOVE it. I wish I could just collect them all. They even have it in a coat design for you AND your dog! ..Although I don't even have a dog. So far, I only have the wristlet which I adore.

What's cool about this design is that the stripes in each product are all different (there are fewer stripes on the actual wristlet than what the picture shows online) so you could be picky like me and try to get one with select colors. I like the orange/green/pink combo. The bag version ($598), which also happens to be my avatar, is at the top of my wishlist. I also really love the cashmere scarf ($168) and the new signature cuff ($198)

Also, what you can do instead of ordering online and paying about $10 for shipping, your local store should be able to order items for you (if they are not in stock in the store) and ship it to wherever you'd like. At least, that's what the sales lady told me. Those shipping charges really do add up!

YUM! These adorable Burberry Rainboots are are a definite must-have! Most rainboots are quite grotesque looking to me so for $170, I would defnitely get my use of out these gorgeous boots.

These cute Luciana riding boots from Bakers come in sizes 5-11 and are currently on sale for $89.99. There is also a promotion going on right now where you can get 25% off your entire purchase if you combine any pair of shoes, boots, or handbag.

These last 3 pairs of Melinda boots are on sale for $69.99. I recently bought the grey pair and they are VERY cute! The only problem for me is that my calves are probably thicker than I'd like them to be so I can't wear them with jeans that are too thick or have too much fabric. They hit 3/4 to the knee and are quite comfortable.
