Chicken Maker

Trophy Winning

2026-10-28T23:10:31.761-04:00

One of the finest birds they had seen this week. Maybe not Grade A, but at least a B+

I don't wanna do a reflective metal texture~

Zippy

2026-10-28T22:58:50.263-04:00

Realized I zipped right past, so let's do quick zip-zap-zoop and be back on top of it.

Dumb

2026-10-27T23:00:02.215-04:00

They say a chicken is dumb enough to look up at the rain and drown, but this one is truly bird brained. Not even sure it knows it can look up.

Shattered

2026-10-25T22:59:27.314-04:00

This chicken is shattered into a very countable number of pieces.

Gray inverts to gray so it wasn't really the best choice for the body if I wanted a more dramatic contrast.

Cake Slice

2026-10-24T23:31:17.898-04:00

Can you see the chicken in the cake? I wasn't confident so I added a decorative side chicken to accompany the piece.

Dapper

2026-10-23T23:01:00.366-04:00

Bowler Hat, Umbrella, Tie. He's a dapper gentlebird

Beacon In The Night

2026-10-22T22:42:20.310-04:00

Looking up at the dark sky only one bright figure shines though, a beacon in the night.

Blue Birdy (Hero)

2026-10-21T22:53:01.951-04:00

The Blue Birdy is a super hero, much like the Green Lantern.

Many suspect his identify, next expecting that rather than a majestic blue bird he's a mere rooster.

Cocktail

2026-10-20T22:25:35.762-04:00

There's nothing classier than sipping a cocktail while you're in the longue.

This is a good classic pun. How how I not done chicken is alcoholic beverage gimmick before. I've run this site so long, and I sometimes think I've worn out the whole premise, but then I'm missing a whole range like this. I don't have a Moscow Maron or anything.

Anyways, hehe, Chicken Martini

Confused

2026-10-19T20:10:23.693-04:00

We were doing something.

I assume?

Maybe?

I'm totally lost.

Contraption Again

2026-10-18T22:49:40.191-04:00

Contraption is a word for gizmo, but I used it as the name for a chicken robot more than a decade ago, so we could have "chicken vs contraption" in line with "man vs machine"

He's a fun one to circle back on

Flightless? No

2026-10-18T17:28:12.381-04:00

The chicken is a flightless domesticated form of junglefowl... But this bird intends to be flightless no more. What comes after taking flight is a whole other question.

Gangly

2026-10-16T23:59:46.571-04:00

Here is a piece with nice normal, not at all off-putting proportions. Just imagine the buffalo wings.

Hooray~

2026-10-15T21:49:53.450-04:00

Hip Hip Hooray!

We're half way through the month.

Pastel Lady

2026-10-15T21:22:59.149-04:00

Oops, I missed one. This is just a pretty pastel lady.

Flimsy Life

2026-10-13T21:29:45.647-04:00

Scribbly Black and White Hyperviolence.

I also considered a chicken that was just kind flopped in half, but I ended up going a little hardcore?

Toss

2026-10-12T22:35:56.069-04:00

Just a full bodied throw of a whole bird. That's how the US Air Force tests their windshields I'm pretty sure.

Rescue the Princess

2026-10-11T23:29:02.010-04:00

The brave knight chicken faces the dragon chicken to save the princess chicken and get the treasure (not chicken)

Mystical

2026-10-10T22:02:16.831-04:00

Being a Mystic is easy. It's all about the tall hat and pondering your orb. Or maybe that's for wizards?

Ram

2026-10-09T20:32:46.875-04:00

That classic Gohan-style headbutt.

I think these dailies are going well. This one was a bit rushed, but it's getting me in a good rhythm.

Stinky

2026-10-08T22:13:05.872-04:00

Imagine if you would, a world not of sight or of sound, but of smell. This one is robustly unpleasant, though you thankfully can't hear the aura of flies.

Panic

2026-10-07T22:23:05.509-04:00

... AHHHHHH!!!

This is the practical experience of a panic.

Ogre

2026-10-06T21:45:22.737-04:00

I don't really have a strong image of "Ogre" in my mind so I just gave him a chunkier face and some tusks. Is that an ogre?

Smack

2026-10-05T21:27:32.843-04:00

With an angry swing of the wing the chicken delivered a devastating SMACK!

Cactus

2026-10-04T14:06:49.404-04:00

A cactus with three chickens attached. Maybe I should have leaned more into the wild west element since that's the first thing that comes to mind whenever I'm drawing a cactus, but this is fun as-is.
