Sore throat? An Amazing Sore Throat Remedy

This simple home remedy has worked 100% of the time for anyone that has tried it. Instead of suffering with a sore throat for a week or more, you can drive it away immediately, sometimes in less than a day. However, this remedy is not medical advice; it is a shared experience that really works! This site is not for profit; it's aim is simply to help people cure their sore throats.

The most common sore throat remedies for sore throat are usually over-the-counter sprays, lozenges and pastilles that are ineffective and smelly. The most common doctor-prescribed remedies are antibiotics, which take time to obtain, cost money and can have many negative side effects.

Most often, people waste time waiting while trying to figure out whether or not they really have a sore throat. By the time they realize they do have a sore throat, it's usually to the point that they are already suffering from serious sore throat pain, can barely speak, swallow or even eat.

This remedy is salt, and not just about gargling saltwater, it is actually about using common table salt as it is.

What you have to do is: tilt your head backwards and shake a little bit of salt straight into the back of your throat. Make sure you shake it straight into your throat, onto the base of your tongue and not over the middle or the tip your tongue (this way you will not suffer from any unpleasant taste). After that, do not swallow your saliva, just let the salt dissolve right there on the back of your throat, letting the salt stay there for as long as you possibly can. If you're using a salt shaker, shake 2 to 6 times depending how bad your sore throat is. If you're using a fast food style paper saltshaker, you should shake about 1/4 of the packet directly into your throat.

Also highly suggested, is to shake an even larger amount of salt into your throat right before you go to sleep for the night. During your sleep, without food or drink, bacteria thrive without any interruption to incubation and growth. Therefore, using salt while you are asleep can be extremely effective. Keep a salt shaker near your bed. If you wake up in the middle of the night feeling sore, you can shake some more salt into your throat.

Salt is a very old remedy that kills bacteria. In the old days they traditionally used salt to preserve meat and fish. Why? Because salt attracts water and attacks the bacteria cell walls, causing the bacteria to dehydrate and self-destruct in the process.

If your sore throat is really severe you can use salt as often as every 30 minutes. Use it as soon as you feel the first symptoms of a sore throat and the earlier you use it, the faster you’ll get rid of that sore throat.

Salt is available nearly everywhere. You can stop in to any fast food place on any street and grab some. Don’t wait around trying to figure out whether or not your sore throat is serious. Instead you can use this quick sore throat cure. A s soon as you feel the first signs of a sore throat, use the salt immediately.

Gargling salt water is not nearly as effective since the concentration of salt is not high enough to take care of the problem. Also, gargling water requires a cup of water and the time to dissolve the salt in it, yet more inconvenience that makes you wait for relief.

Not all sore throats are the result of a bacteria infection. Sometimes the cause is a virus, commonly known as influenza virus. Many times your sore throat starts as a viral infection which develops into a bacterial infection.

Salt is intended to fight only the bacteria, not the virus. Therefore salt might not be totally effective if you are suffering from a viral throat infection. Nevertheless, you really have nothing to lose by using salt.

According to experience, salt can be extremely effective in most all cases, depending on the cause of your sore throat.

A sore throat is also often the first stage of a common cold, also known as the Flu. First to arrive is the sore throat, followed by nasal congestion and coughing. If you can take care of it fast, you won't wear down your immune system fighting the sore throat and your immune system has more energy to fight the other cold symptoms. Therefore, using salt could also shorten the total duration of suffering from the common cold.

I will say Manny Pacquiao (Pacman) is currently the best known Pinoy in the world now. His feat in the boxing world for being the first to win 7 World boxing Title in 7 different weight category has made him the No. 1 pound for pound boxer in the world.

Aside from being a boxer, Pacquiao has participated in politics, acting, filmmaking, and music recording.

Here are some of the coming attractions in place for the pacman.

First in line the pacman will be feature in the upcoming movie Twilight, which he will be feature as a vampire.

Riding on his fame, there will be more film projects in line for the pacman. For example "Lord of the rings" as Aragorn

I am definitely no extreme stunt cycling expert. However I came to know about Danny MacAskill and find his video very inspiring.

While watching his video I can say he cycling style is like doing Parkour on bicylce. Watch it for yourself, than you will know what I am talking about.

He is someone who believe in his dreams and went all the way to make his dream happen. Here a video and some facts about him.

I remember many years ago who I was a little boy, my dad brought me to the big screen in 1981 to watch Clash of the Titans. At that time this show was a box office hit, just like George Lucas "Star Wars".

"Clash" was really big back than, and I believe the remaking of this Greek Mythology epic will give the box office a run for the money.

"Clash" will come to the big screen in March 2010, this will be one show that is going to bring back alot of memory for me.

Many personalities in the movies like Zeus, Medusa and Perseus will be interesting for us to look forward too. I will say Clash will be the most anticipated movie of the Year 2010

TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS,
HE LIVED ALL ALONE,
IN A ONE BEDROOM HOUSE MADE OF
PLASTER AND STONE.

I HAD COME DOWN THE CHIMNEY
WITH PRESENTS TO GIVE,
AND TO SEE JUST WHO
IN THIS HOME DID LIVE.

I LOOKED ALL ABOUT,
A STRANGE SIGHT I DID SEE,
NO TINSEL, NO PRESENTS,
NOT EVEN A TREE.

NO STOCKING BY MANTLE,

For the past one year I have been dilgently listening to this man's message "The Gosepl of Grace". I can say being a christian for the past 12 years I have never heard anyone preach with such level of depth and knowledge on the subject of God's Grace, Mercy and favour.

Because of his message I have experience so much Freedom, Faith, Holiness and Grace in my life and my relationship with God has been getting better since. And I know this is just the begining, as in 2 Peter Chap 1 states = Grace and Favor abounds with the knowledge of God and the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen!!!

I highly recommend Joseph Prince materials especially his new book Unmerited Favor
. Although this book has not been launch yet, I have already told my good friend who is attending Joseph Prince church that, I will be recieving this book as a Xmas gift. Indeed Xmas has come early for me.

For safe listening in your car, follow these simple tips:

* Stick to mid-paced music if you want to keep calm in stressful driving situations - there's a reason why many taxi drivers choose it!

* To ensure a calm and positive frame of mind, choose music which evokes pleasant memories. You probably have favourite summer tunes, for example.

* Avoid songs with overly aggressive lyrics. For many, tracks like Prodigy's 'Firestarter' are less than ideal.

* Avoid music which is overly complex (eg songs with little repetition or, say, unusual remixes of well-known tracks) as they can be highly distracting.

* If going on a long journey, select music which varies in volume, tempo and style - it will stop you getting bored and help increase awareness.

* Listen at a comfortable volume level. Loud music will distract you - and, if really loud, annoy other drivers too.

* Never wear earphones or headphones whilst driving. If you want to listen to your MP3 player, plug it into your car stereo if you can.

* Do not attempt to change a CD whilst driving at speed. If you need to change volume or radio station, don't take your eyes off the road.

* Sing along to the music you choose if you know it well enough, but don't pretend you're on stage.

* Resist the urge to play air guitar - or, indeed, any other 'air' instrument - whilst driving. 'Playing' the car door, with your arm out of the window, isn't recommended either...

A doctor in Dublin wanted to get off work and go fishing, so he approached his assistant.

'Murphy, I am going hunting tomorrow and don't want to close the clinic I want you to take care of the clinic and take care of all me patients'..
'Yes, sir!' answers Murphy.

Why do some people achieve their goals consistently? It is because they have made winning a habit.

I remember once someone ask me. What is your relationship with results? I couldn't answer him, because at that time I was at period of where I was lost and have no vision in life.

When we have no intention of creating results, we will fall into the category of being mediocre. Nothing wrong about that, however is that what you really want out of your life. Life is short and we only have one shot to life, give it your best and make a difference.

The day was 30th Aug 1993 @ 7.45pm, a teenage boy was thrilled as he is going to see Michael Jackson's Dangerous World Tour live in Singapore for the very first time. It was a night he will never forget, the boy is non other than myself and this has been more than 15 years.

When I got the news yesterday morning, I just couldn't believe that Micheal has left us. I just feel he is still around in our mist as his music, his dance moves, his voice and his magic will always be in our heart.

With his 50 come back concerts fully sold out in London, you know how many people have been awaiting for the opportunity to ever see him perform live again. However we will never have the chance again.

I went on to open up my little black box, where I kept my entrance ticket to the King of Pop live concert which I have keep as a momento for more than 15 years. I just want to pray that may his soul rest in peace and you will always continue to live on in our hearts. We will always love you M.J

Ideas Worth Spreading to the world

When you have ideas worth sharing and will benefit others. You will feel you have the fiery passion and desire to want to share with the world.

However people have the mentally free information are useless information, therefore they paid thousands of $$$ dollars to attain seminar to feed themselves with "so call valuable information"

Believe it or not, free information does not necessary be junk information, you got to do your own filtering of the information you gather. I will say the best example is the internet, you can literally find anything you want in the internet using search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN ETC free of charge and all you need is to be proficient with search engine "Keywords"

I have a recently stumble upon a very informative site call TED . In it you will find people sharing the latest information on science, technology, business etc, and mind you the people sharing these information are subject matter experts and not any TOM DICK or BOB. The best of all, the information there are free.

I have grew to glue myself to this site as there are so many things I can learn there, and this will be my Free Online Learning Seminar.
