Christmas in Mexico

Here’s a picture taken yesterday at “Casa Hogar”, in Reynosa Mexico. ChildCry sponsors a nutritious meal for 80 young girls once a day. Every year a team from Harvest Evangelism heads down around this time to (amongst other things) build homes, paint murals, play games and throw a big Christmas party.

Students from the Geneva School of Manhattan give up their after-lunch playtime to pack snack bags for the preschoolers at Bushwick United Head Start and five other Head Start schools as part of the "Nom Nom Snack Bag Project." The new initiative aims to send home snack bags on Fridays with the children from low-income families to make sure they eat on the weekend.

Esmirna – School of the Deaf Visit

Just finished 3 great days at the deaf school in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. ChildCry has been providing one square
meal a day since August 2010. This is our first visit to the school, and we absolutely fell in love with the kids. Pictured
above is the kids signing “I love you.” Funny, because I always thought that this sign meant “rock out.”
