Question by Gemma: What should I do about my friend and her “dating” ways?
I have this friend, and she is my best, best friend. But she has boy troubles. Please don’t get mad at me for saying this, but I’m just trying to describe her. Ok? She is really pretty, but there are certain things like she has no stomach muscles and she slouches, so her stomach bulges out, she has a chin that doesn’t really have any shape, it slouches down her neck in like a slope. A lot of this has to do with the fact she doesn’t exercise. Her whole family is really over weight. She is the only one who isn’t obeiss. Plus she is really dramatic and she likes people to feel sorry for her. Like, she will deliberatley hurt one of my friends, and when he gets mad at her, she gets pissed off and plays the victim card like she didn’t do anything. Because of all these things, guys don’t find her attractive. So what she does it she goes on this sight called Omegle and talks to guys. It’s not like she has a million different guys to talk to, but she will pick up these different guys and “date” them. Right now she is dating this guy who lives in Washington. They have never met personally. They talk on the phone, she talks to his parents and stuff…. but it is still weird, and I wish she wouldn’t do this cuz it’s weird and creepy. When I try to explain this to her, and when I don’t except these guys she gets really mad at me. she says, “I’m just mad cause for once she is happy and I don’t like it when she has a guy.” She also says, “He loves and cares about her, and she loves him.” How can they love eachother?!!!! I don’t know what to do. I am a little scared about this. I don’t know what to do. What should I say? I’ve tried to explain how I feel.

Best answer:

Answer by Jay Sharky
Sometimes no matter how much you like someone, they can’t be changed. You have to let her figure out her own mistakes and hope that she doesn’t get hurt in the process.

Question by nakora_free: How to get rid of a gross double chin?
I’m not fat. I’m a very healthy weight, almost under the recomened weight range for my height. But I always feel self-concious becuase a lot of my fat is right under my chin and it makes me look like I have a double chin. How can I get rid of the fat under my chin with out lossing a ton of weight (which I couldn’t afford to lose because I’m already on the bottom end of my recomened weight range)? I don’t want any kind of surgery, I want to lose it in a natual, health way.
I’m not overweight, nor have I ever been overweight. I haven’t lost any weight that would give me excess skin. The fat’s always been there. The issue is not with my weight, which if you read the question you’d know.
I don’t have a fitness problem either. I’m in good shape and I eat healthy foods. That’s not the problem. The problem is that most of the fat I have is under my chin.

Best answer:

Answer by Lordshadowz
I have the same problem. I have not found a way to get rid of it. Sorry!!

Question by : Im skinny but have a double chin?
Ok so im 16 years old and have a double chin. The thing is I’m skinny as a twig but still have a double chin. I was naturally born like this and i believe it has been like this my whole life. I mean my dad has just as big of a double chin as me and is just a little bit overweight not much. But none of the family on my moms side has a double chin or obesity. Girls tell me I’m average looking and some of them say the only flaw is my double chin. How common or uncommon is this situation? What exercises routines can I do to get rid of my double chin?

Best answer:

Answer by Afsfs
I heard if you dint eat fish it happens, they have litle tools were you put under ur chin and press down it’s like a way to tighten those muscles

Question by Mijagi L: How to make my hair grow faster?
Ok people, I’ve been doing my research, following the rules but I just need a little tiny bit of lots of help. Ok so here is the deal. I know my hair grows but I think it’s been growing too slowly. So here are the details: I’m a guy who’s hair goes like this: my bangs fall to the top of my mouth. The side of my hair where my ears are fall to my chin and a little lower. The back top of my head falls to my neck and the bottom part of my scalp is about 5 inches. Every time I shower I gently grab my hair to see how long it is. It’s only longer when I stretch it or tilt my head which is will obviously make it look longer. So the thing is that I want about sixteen more inches of hair on all my head. I don’t have split ends the last time I trimmed was about a month ago or less. I kind of see my hair falls a lot but maybe that’s just normal. I exercise daily and eat a lot of vegetebles and fruits whenever I can. i eat yogurt and massage my scalp every now and then. So here is the catch. I’ve noticed that since december, my hair hasn’t quite grown squad. I’m sick of this. Normally when I had my hair cut short, my hair would grow back in like six months but then after it reaches the lenght I have right now it just stops growing. I realize that my hair is at the longest it’s ever been except my bangs which used to be at my chin when i pulled them down but then my dad cut it and well you get the rest. Another thing is that I take long hot showers which I’m not so sure if that affects my scalp since I don’t have my head touching the hot water through the whole time I spend in the shower. I rarely use a hair streightner or flat iron however you want to calll it and I do it to make my hair look longer but I do it perhaps once a month if not less or averagely. I don’t use hairsprays or muse of any of those products. So please someone. I have been as specific as I could so now please let if you have your own experience or know of someone who can has made their hair grow faster than please let me know or any kind of information. I’m not willing to use extensions because they damage hair and I want healthy long hair. I don’t want dum comments like ” why do you want your hair so long”. I’ve had short hair all my life and I finally told my dad that it is not in his rights to tell me what to do with my hair so I finally have the chance of letting it grow that long. I’m a junior and I want it long by my senior year at least. If you want to, give me your e-mail so I can send pics of my hair as it is. oh and by the way I’ve heard that brushing your hair when it’s wet damages it but unfortunatly I can only brush it to my preference when it’s when. However, I use a plastic comb and gently brush is from bottom to the root so that it won’t break my hair and then let it dry. Does this affect in any way and if it does than can someone tell me of a way to brush it when it’s wet? I really need you guys and girls to be specific ok and if you could read this huge paragraph a couple of times to see what I was reffering to ok. Sorry I don’t want to sound demanding or mean but I’m so desperate lol. help!!!

Question by Rommel: I am half blind and I have a question.?
Dear friends,

Two years ago I was driving my car down the road and I was on the stop signal waiting for the green light. In that few minutes of waiting I started to stretch my neck leaning forward and sideward and then turning my face to the left and to the right. Normally when I am turning my face to the left and right I have this habit that I will give a little push with a help of my fingers on my chin and I normally apply a little force by pushing sideways and this way I can hear cracking sound at the back of my neck that gives me a little feeling of relief. But I am doing this action not because of I am feeling fatigue or tired but I feel it has become my habit of stretching my neck and sometimes I am stretching and cracking my fingers as well.

On January 4, 2007 something has really happened different after stretching my neck and this is the time when I felt my vision turned into like a scrambled TV Channel it looks like a horizontal lines that is moving up and down so fast. Then I tried to close my eyes for about 30 seconds then when I opened my eyes the scrambling vision was gone. I thought I can continue to drive so I stepped on the gas pedal and the car started running slowly but I was feeling of so much discomfort and worried about what is going on. After about 50 meters I am approaching a corner when my brother who was sitting next to me grabbed the stirring wheel and turned it to the left and in that, I was surprised and I break the car abruptly realizing that something is in front of us that I can not see. When I turned my whole face to my right side I saw that there was a car parked on the side of the road and I could have hit it if my brother wasn’t there. This is the point where I came to realize that I lost my peripheral vision. I also lost my balance but I can still walk, I am feeling drowsiness and vomited few times during the time when I was admitted in the hospital. I was in the hospital for about a week and I have been monitored and tests were also conducted such as Blood full profile, CBC, Absolute neutrofil count, CT scan
Vision field analysis, ECG, Carotid duplex scan. All the test have shown normal with some which is little above high level and this is the cholesterol level. The findings from the doctors show that I had a mild stroke which I am still doubtful to believe and so I am seeking for other opinion.
After two years my vision is still the same, but I don’t feel too much of drowsiness anymore which is a good improvement, I am doing exercise regularly and taking multi vitamins more on B1, B6 and B12, Aspirin is also required as blood thinner.
I need your help what is the best test to find out the actual problem? Can MRI test find the exact location of nerve which is affected? And what is the cure and prevention for this problem? I really appreciate your help and thank you in advance..

Best answer:

Answer by Eoin D
I have to agree with your doctors. I would like to reserve judgement as i haven’t seen your scans of course, but the symptoms you describe are pretty convincing for a small stroke affecting the occipital area of the brain, which deals with vision. a CT scan will often display evidence of a stroke, especially 24 hours or more after the event. MRI is an excellent modality for imaging the brain, but may not give any information not already gleaned from the CT. however if your CT was normal and the symptoms have persisted, it may be worth an MRI.
It is unlikely that you will recover the lost vision. If, as seems most likely, it was a stroke, the area of the brain has died and will not regenerate. Having had one stroke, you are at increased risk of further strokes, so no cigarettes, low fat diet, exercise, continue on aspirin, and get regular check ups with your doctor.
