Pixiu - A legendary hybrid creature which is considered to be a powerful protector especially to practitioners of Feng Shui. It has an amphibious nature and particularly, it has quite a voracious appetite towards only gold and silver. Therefore, it is regarded as an auspicious creature that has the power to draw Cai Qi (財氣 wealth) from all directions. Myth reveals that Pixiu has violated a law of heaven so the Jade Emperor punished this creature by restricting his diet to gold only and also sealing his anus to disallow the creature from defecating. 麒麟，中国古代神话传说中的神兽，性情温和，不伤人畜，不践踏花草，故称为仁兽。麒麟，亦作”骐麟”，简称”麟”，俗称”四不像”，从其外部形状上看，麋身，牛尾，马蹄（史籍中有说为“狼蹄”)，鱼鳞皮，一角，角端有肉，黄色。
