Wow, it's been a while since I’ve been on here to update my peoples with what's going on in my land. I want to thank all my fellow supporters of my blog and ask that you continue to follow my updates and everything. As we know this is the week for the "mothers" all of you hardworking ones should be blessed this week with some great love and gifts! Fella's please make your lady feel extra special if she is your baby’s mother, or a mother of any child for that matter and a good hardworking woman. Allot of times there are mothers out there who don't deserve the title, but every now and again you find a great one who deserves the title and more. I want to give a shout out to all you mothers who have definitely earned your titled and continue to hold down the fort with or without a man in your life. I know it's hard and it seems like the road will never end, but know there is light at the end of the tunnel and you will make it through aiight! R.I.P Tovoyia Owens: Beaten To Death Outside of Traffic Court

Another sad story of a young girl beat to death by a bunch of losers! I am emotionally disturbed that something like this can happen and no one step in to stop it. From what some witnesses said, the incident happened so quickly there wasn't enough time to react. I have an issue with this whole thing happening outside traffic court on state and federal property. In philly there is a huge amount of assaults occuring against the youth and it seems as though the police and state officials don't have mandatory sentencing in place for these assaults against kids. Most of these people commiting these assaults are just as young if not older than the person they are assaulting. What the hell is going on?

This is the worst thing to turn your TV on and see shit like this everyday, what the hell is going on with our parents and their children that they can be left in the street to mischief. Am I the only person who see's something wrong with this picture? Would you allow you children to be out in the street unattended? How would you feel if your daughter was the next Tovoyia? This has got to stop people, it really hurts to see my African American brothers and sisters killing and hurting one another.

Today, when I saw this video I was really disturbed as to the safety concerning our children. When you have young men acting a damn fool with no morals or standards in life, it's fuckin ridiculous what lengths they go to for entertainment. Young Black African American men need to grow the fuck up and stop acting like bums and thugs in the street and assholes who lack character. I was so emotionally disturbed to know we send our children to school in hopes of getting an education only to find out people are out there to do nothing more than bring harm, and craziness to them. I wanted to kick every last one of their asses for what they did to this little boy and they are mad lucky it aint my son or little brother because that would be exactly what happened. Choco, is upset, i'm sorry, lol. Please share this with people and get the word out to your children that this behavior needs to stop, and stop now. Take a stand not only for your children but future kids who have to go to school under these crazy conditions, this little boy could have been seriously hurt or even killed. Now because the boy's got arrested they are recieving death threats and the boy can't even return to school, a damn shame!

It is not worth going through this life and not being able to treat yourself every now and again. I encourage everyone to take a little time out for yourself and eat a nice meal and enjoy your evening with a loved one of your choice. This is a meal I feasted on yesterday, and it was Delicious, and it made me feel so good I was able to treat myself to it.

If you are burdened down by lifes struggles and the bill collectors won't leave you and your family alone, tell them "FU" and go eat a meal that will satisfy your taste buds, trust me it's worth the endulgement, lol. I got the three course for 16.99 and it was well worth it at TGI Friday's. So I had to take a picture of this wonderful meal I had because it was just too good, lol.

But I really want you all to consider what I am writing and make sure that you take time out and treat yourself and enjoy life this weekend or next weekend, and tell me about the special thing you did for yourself, i'd love to hear it. Take care, and love ya boy Choco!

Should Children Who Commit Murderous Acts Be Tried As Adults?

Jordan Anthony Brown, a 13-year-old boy accused of the murder of his father's girlfriend Kenzie Houk, could be tried as an adult and possibly spend the rest of his life behind bars. The thought has triggered international scrutiny about how children are handled in the justice system. The Superior Court had the job of overturning the ruling of a lower Pennsylvania court which bared turning the case over to the juvenile system which would impose rehabilitation for Brown. If the case is turned over to the Juvenile Court System and treatment is implemented, Brown could be free as early as 21.

The lower Pennsylvania court overturned this ruling after insisting that Brown show remorse for the heinous act, but his lawyers state he's unable to do because of the fact he feels he's done nothing wrong. There was an argument from defense lawyers that Brown's fifth amendment rights may have been violated in the process and what the Superior Court will look over. However, the Attorney General argues there was no guilty plea imposed on the boy from the court, therefore his fifth amendment rights were not violated. Kenzie was 8 months prego with his fathers baby when she was murdered by Brown.

Reports state Brown walked into the room where his step mother was sleeping and shot her point blank range with a youth version 20-gauge shotgun. This was shortly after the father left out for work and Kenzie's daughters were out waiting on the school bus. The victims youngest daughter came home and found her mothers body in which she reported it to authorities. Brown was 11 at the time of the alleged incident.

When reading different reports of the story the father is the reason the gun had been purchased in the first place. The gun was purchased for the father and son to go hunting together. This means that the gun was left in the son's possession which causes an alarm for me! Why would you leave a deadly weapon unsupervised within your child's possession? The relationship between son and father was an underlying factor in this investigation and they are ruling out the reason as jealousy. Brown was jealous of the attention Kenzie received from father. Should he be tried as an adult, or juvenile in this case? Please post your response below, i'd like to see what you think.

Money to spend! Is it worth it?

I've heard of spending money on a car. I would even go as far as spending money on some nice furniture, or a vacation, but a haircut is a little extreme. Justin Bieber's stylist claims every time she makes a house call, she get's paid $750 from JB himself. There are stylist all across the country where where you can get the same styled hair for $14 and up. This is where I vent about the economy and our stupid deficit. The rich people don't want to give the poor people anything, but will turn around and spend almost $800 on a damn hair style.

It doesn't make sense! Yeah I know it's their money, but is it fair to do ridiculous stuff like this just because you got millions.I am not one to tell an individual how to spend his/her fortune, however, just be sensible. I think when people get it too easy they don't have time to experience the hardship in it. It upset's me simply because I have to work a week to see that type of money, and he spends it every two weeks, meaning he probably makes that in a day doing nothing! My question to you blogger's is, "Is it worth the money" And "If you have the money, does it mean you should spend it loosely like this?" I'd like to hear your take.

West Phila., Dr. Charged with illegal Abortion's of 8 babies

Okay, I heard of alot of sick shit in my day, however, this takes the cake! I don't know if you've been reading the news lately, however, Dr. Gosnell of West Phila. Clinic is responsible for an illegal abortion opperation in which he severed the spinal cords and feet of what is believed to be 8 fetus'. When it comes to morals and the appreciation of life, this makes you sick to your stomach.

I can't only hold the Dr. liable for this nonsense, because the mothers who actually went in there and allowed this man to actually perform this opperation are just as responsible for ending the lives of innocent babies as well. The girls report that they were unaware of Pennsylvania's law that after 5 1/2 months or 24 weeks a baby can survive outside of the womb, therefore it is considered a living breathing person.

Ladies out there! If you are considering giving up your children there is another option for you. There is an organization called "Safe Arms For Babies" and it allows the mother to make that decision within the first two weeks after giving birth without being charged for "Abandonment". So please make the right decision. What's worst is this doctor had high school children administering anesthesia without certification, and the tools were filthy dirty and alot of women suffered from different diseases and infections. This is just a filthy dirty mess, and we need to do better people. This man is 69 and he needs to really spend the rest of his live behind bars without bail!

Top 5 Things Women Expect A Man To Do On The First Date

I've gotten different views on what to expect on a first date, and wanted to create a list as sort of a guide to the top 5 things woman expect men to do on a first date. This may not be exactly what you consider important on a first date, but I decided to ask the ladies on Twitter today to help me out, so this is the results of that question which was posed. Most men lack being a "Gentleman" or have Gentleman like qualities. All the things listed below are encompassed under that term. I understand that some men may not be in agreement with what is said out of the womans mouth, however, take it into consideration when spending time with your next potential mate.

1. Make sure you pay for the meal or date.

2. Exhibit good manners throughout the evening. (Pull out chair, open doors, escort to door, etc...)

3. Be Attentive! Pay attention to your date and make good eye contact. Avoid answering your cell phone and starting another conversation. The evening need's to be all about her.

4. Compliment your date. Make sure you make her feel good about herself and spending quality time with her. Let her know how beautiful are precious she is in a reasonable way (Not Stalkerish!) lol.

5. Last but not least. Be On Time!!! Alot of us men get caught up in the process and tend to lag behind at times, and it irritates woman to the point where they already have cancelled the next date before you even ask. So make sure you are on time, for the first time.

American Idol 2011 - Jennifer Lopez

To all you American Idol fan's out there, tommorrow marks the first season where Simon Cowell and his sly remarks will be absent from the show. As you know the past few seasons were a bummer! I couldn't stand it, however this season is expected to be alot better and Jennifer Lopez claims Steven Tyler, and Randy Jackson are going to bring back the spunk that seemed to deteriorate the past few season's so we'll see I guess.

I am not really a big American Idol fan anyway, but it's whatever, I hope someone actually watches the season and let's em know what the hell is going on with it, cuz I can really care less, lol. Hope all my people are doing well out there and so far your new year's has brought bountiful blessings to the family. Be safe and let me know what happens with the season premier tommorrow, because I may miss it, I really want to see what the hell is going on with the auditions this year however, ought to be really interesting.

Was sup folks! I definently want to apologize for not being active on this site. I need to start getting serious about my blogging, if I expect you all to be interactive. Chocolate Melting

Unfortunatly, folks my promise made to you guys was not kept due to unsuspecting circumstances. I have not been working, but luckily I have attended a couple interviews in which both of them seemed promising. There is only one that I hope comes through for me at the moment, but only time will tell. My apartment is sending threats to me to pay my rent, and when your back is against the wall all you can do is trust God. I feel at this time, when the Devil, makes fun of your situation and taunt you that you will never emerge with victory is when you look at him back and say it's not your job to, but God's. Always keep that name in your vocabulary or those word's "But God!" and you will see miraculous things happen in your life you cannot explain.
People look at me and say, well Choco you don't have a job yet, and they are stating the truth. They also say, well Choco, you've been trusting God all along, and that is the truth as well. Then they feel as though God has let me down, well I am here to tell you that he hasn't and every decision we make in our life we have to deal with the circumstances, he is God and when he see's fit to bless me he will, but until then I will not complain!
I personally want to thank my subscribers and friends from all over for their continued support and love towards me because it definently mean's alot. I want to let you know that although it may seem that the Chocolate is melting, it is not completely done yet, there is still some remnents that can be saved and placed in the freezer. Hello everyone:

This is your model boy "Choco" here keeping you updated on some cool things getting ready to happen. First and foremost, I want to thank God who is first in my life and blesses me for everything I do. On February, 27 2010 my website will be launching in Philadelphia, PA. There will be a launch party and details will be updated soon for anyone who want's to RSVP.

I currently have a youtube, I post video's to from time to time, but it is just for fun and informational. Most of the video's have nothing to do with modeling, but this is where I post most of my modeling information. On November 7th, I have a photoshoot scheduled for my website and calendar I plan on bringing out in January. Just to let you know, I am working hard managing a photography business, myself as a model, full time school, and individual projects so if I don't get on here much, please forgive me.

I do have a ustream account as well you can join me live at www.ustream.tv/chocothemodel and have some fun with ya boy live. All comment's are welcome here and a great way to stay up-to-date with what's going on in my life. Some of you may want to get into modeling and have questions about the industry, other's may just be inspired by looking at me. What ever the case I will do my best to answer questions whenever I have the chance.

I am in the process of preparing myself to do some big things before I make the move to Los Angeles. As a model it is hard work especially when your alot older then what modeling agencies care to invest in.
