Ultimamente tenho feito bolo todo santo dia! Um dia é de chocolate, outro cenoura, outro limão, laranja... E assim vai. No dia que não fiz, o Provador Oficial chegou do trabalho e me fez a pergunta:

Testei essa receita dita a melhor do Brasil mas não fiquei convencida. Porém tive minha parcela de culpa, usei polvilho doce ao invés da fécula e apenas o queijo parmesão que a receita pedia. De qualquer forma, ficou uma delícia e não durou muito tempo aqui em casa.

Se você nunca fez um bolo recheado - ou fez e não deu certo - a minha sugestão é tentar com um bolo Panco antes. O bolo é super macio, mas não quebra com facilidade, o formato é muito fácil de manusear e o resultado é esse aí das fotos, uma maravilha que acaba em poucos minutos.

Particularmente achei essa sobremesa MUITO BOA e não queria parar de comer. É uma ótima sugestão para a ceia de Natal, mas também para as sobras de panetone do depois da ceia.

Quando olho o ÍNDICE do Chocorango, acho tudo lindo e delicioso, fico com vontade de tudo, porém dificilmente coloco a idéia em prática e vou pra cozinha repetir a experiência. Mas quando se trata de memória afetiva, aí não tem jeito...

Pois é, meninas (e meninos, claro)... Já fui pra cozinha! Mas ao contrário do que vocês pensaram, não foi o panetone a receita de reinauguração - esse eu tinha feito ainda grávida - e sim um bolo de cenoura que mesclei com chocolate, que já foi publicado AQUI.
