最近覺得很衝擊的事：很多年輕人家裏根本沒有電腦，只有自己的智慧型手機⋯⋯真正的「個人電腦（PC）」其實是手機啊！

（然後多數網站依然還是以桌機設計為優先考量）

[#偶爾正經] 談談最近很多畫家在意的Facebook觸及率下降問題，以及我認為該怎麼做。
　
　
先說結論，如果畫家還在猶豫要不要開一個部落格，那麼我完全建議目前還沒有部落格的畫家去開一個，真的很懶的話開在痞客邦也比什麼都沒有還要好。
　
　
談Facebook觸及率下降然後被要求下廣告，理由很簡單：
　
1. Facebook的初衷就是交朋友（以及知道對方有沒有正在交往的對象XD）。
　
2. 專頁本來就是商業的一部分（就算你是畫畫的，難道不想用畫畫來賺錢嗎），免費讓你用本來就是施捨的。
　
　
而越多人（或專頁）用Facebook的話，動態塗鴉牆上的內容會被理所當然的平均稀釋，少互動（少按讚、少留言）的人或專頁自然慢慢被淡出觀眾的視線，看看光臺灣多少畫圖的人開專頁？甚至我偶爾會嚇到說怎麼會有四五十萬的讚的畫家我從來沒看過XD
　
再來關於到底要不要自己架站，推薦先讀讀天下為暢訪談我是馬克這篇（ https://wendellyu.com/p/388 ）文之後，再看我的結論，我建議畫圖的人（照推薦順序排列）：
　
1. 不怕花錢的話，自架站（推薦Wordpress.org，不是Wordpress.com），每年網域+主機大概1600元起跳，流量高像我是馬克的話可能一個月就破萬元。
　
2. 只願意花點小錢的話，自架站搭配Flickr或Google圖床，.com網域每年固定花費500～700（看你在哪買）。
　
3. 想比2更省而且更省腦力的話，買網域搭配Blogger或Wordpress.com或Tumblr（絕對不要用Wix），.com網域每年固定花費也是500～700（看你在哪買）。
　
4. 省錢省腦力也可以考慮痞客邦，但它掛網域要另外花錢。
　
我自己是選3，我從2013年開始就是Blogger搭配買網域，只要Facebook有發的作品我的站內一定要有（而且會比Facebook豐富），像我站內有放廣告，只算Google Adsense的部分雖然累積只賺兩萬多而已，但賺來的廣告費完全付得起網域費還有剩（多的錢要拿來投廣告也可以），而畫圖的人如果越多人架站的話整個環境的廣告費也會更好，大家也就能賺得更多。
　
只開在Instagram或Plurk或G+或Twitter或巴哈姆特⋯⋯等其他未來可能出現的社群網站都早晚要面對跟Facebook一樣的問題；我的基本原則是：自己的網域才是自己的家，其他都是擴散平台而已。

方才聽到一個有趣的問題, 由於 iOS 對於 input field 輸入時, 預設小鍵盤都會針對第一個英文字母作大寫的動作, 這時候 back end 對於該欄位的檢查寫的比較不靈活, 不會幫 user 轉為小寫再檢查時, 就會出現錯誤! 其實這類的問題可以透過 front end 來解喔! (當然 back end 的修正與檢查亦不能少), 以下介紹相關的解法

※ CSS:
input[type="text"] {text-transform: lowercase;}

※ HTML:
<input autocapitalize="off" autocorrect="off" type="text">

對於該 element 只要掛上 autocapitalize & autocorrect 這兩個 attribute 就可以有效阻止 OS default 的行為喔!

MAC OSX更新Yosemite之後，調整音量的「啵啵啵」聲音不見了！

這樣調音量就不知道現在多大聲了啊⋯⋯
好在有開啟方法！

系統偏好設定／聲音／音效，將「當音量變更時播放回饋音」打開，才會有聲音～
（預設把勾勾拿掉了）

不過聲音變成「哆哆哆」了⋯⋯

我是一個工作三年剛邁入第四年的人，今年我不小心進到一家「要加班的公司」。
所以我積極想逃走，而且我會說明不喜歡加班（找死？XD）

我認為加班最大的原因是「設置了錯的里程碑」。

舉例來說，一個活動網頁要上線，一開始擬定上線日期如果是一星期後必須上線，那麼該員工原本負責的工作呢？如果該員工本來被安排的工作量都已經要稍微加班才能完成，那新加入的活動網頁肯定會讓該員工的工時加長。

如果無法吃下那麼多工作量，為何要緊逼員工的「下班後產能」呢？

我理想中的里程碑設置法：

先粗估完成日期
將粗估的完成日期當作查核點
將完成日期設為查核點後一星期，作為突發狀況調整、除錯之用
設定提前完成獎勵（我偏好用特休而非獎金獎勵）
若完成日期有難度，請該專案負責人在完成日期之前就要提出說明及預定完成日

如此一來，超過完成日期又沒有說明或尋求幫助的話表示能力不佳；但在完成日期之前完成的話，員工士氣高昂，專案又順利進行，和樂融融。

不過我只是個小小網頁前端，雖然當過小小公司的網站專案經理，但要走到管理這步還早還早⋯⋯

只要你是Mac電腦，在Finder中同時按下Command + Shift + G，就會出現「前往檔案夾」的對話框，貼上以下路徑：

就會找到Apple.txt，裡面的文章是Steve Jobs在Standford大學的演講文字稿，全文如下：

Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits, the rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.

I am honored to be with you today at your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. I never graduated from college. Truth be told, this is the closest I've ever gotten to a college graduation. Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That's it. No big deal. Just three stories.

The first story is about connecting the dots.

I dropped out of Reed College after the first 6 months, but then stayed around as a drop-in for another 18 months or so before I really quit. So why did I drop out?

It started before I was born. My biological mother was a young, unwed college graduate student, and she decided to put me up for adoption. She felt very strongly that I should be adopted by college graduates, so everything was all set for me to be adopted at birth by a lawyer and his wife. Except that when I popped out they decided at the last minute that they really wanted a girl. So my parents, who were on a waiting list, got a call in the middle of the night asking: "We have an unexpected baby boy; do you want him?" They said: "Of course." My biological mother later found out that my mother had never graduated from college and that my father had never graduated from high school. She refused to sign the final adoption papers. She only relented a few months later when my parents promised that I would someday go to college.

And 17 years later I did go to college. But I naively chose a college that was almost as expensive as Stanford, and all of my working-class parents' savings were being spent on my college tuition. After six months, I couldn't see the value in it. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and no idea how college was going to help me figure it out. And here I was spending all of the money my parents had saved their entire life. So I decided to drop out and trust that it would all work out OK. It was pretty scary at the time, but looking back it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The minute I dropped out I could stop taking the required classes that didn't interest me, and begin dropping in on the ones that looked interesting.

It wasn't all romantic. I didn't have a dorm room, so I slept on the floor in friends' rooms, I returned coke bottles for the 5¢ deposits to buy food with, and I would walk the 7 miles across town every Sunday night to get one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna temple. I loved it. And much of what I stumbled into by following my curiosity and intuition turned out to be priceless later on. Let me give you one example:

Reed College at that time offered perhaps the best calligraphy instruction in the country. Throughout the campus every poster, every label on every drawer, was beautifully hand calligraphed. Because I had dropped out and didn't have to take the normal classes, I decided to take a calligraphy class to learn how to do this. I learned about serif and san serif typefaces, about varying the amount of space between different letter combinations, about what makes great typography great. It was beautiful, historical, artistically subtle in a way that science can't capture, and I found it fascinating.

None of this had even a hope of any practical application in my life. But ten years later, when we were designing the first Macintosh computer, it all came back to me. And we designed it all into the Mac. It was the first computer with beautiful typography. If I had never dropped in on that single course in college, the Mac would have never had multiple typefaces or proportionally spaced fonts. And since Windows just copied the Mac, it's likely that no personal computer would have them. If I had never dropped out, I would have never dropped in on this calligraphy class, and personal computers might not have the wonderful typography that they do. Of course it was impossible to connect the dots looking forward when I was in college. But it was very, very clear looking backwards ten years later.

Again, you can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.

My second story is about love and loss.

I was lucky — I found what I loved to do early in life. Woz and I started Apple in my parents garage when I was 20. We worked hard, and in 10 years Apple had grown from just the two of us in a garage into a $2 billion company with over 4000 employees. We had just released our finest creation — the Macintosh — a year earlier, and I had just turned 30. And then I got fired. How can you get fired from a company you started? Well, as Apple grew we hired someone who I thought was very talented to run the company with me, and for the first year or so things went well. But then our visions of the future began to diverge and eventually we had a falling out. When we did, our Board of Directors sided with him. So at 30 I was out. And very publicly out. What had been the focus of my entire adult life was gone, and it was devastating.

I really didn't know what to do for a few months. I felt that I had let the previous generation of entrepreneurs down - that I had dropped the baton as it was being passed to me. I met with David Packard and Bob Noyce and tried to apologize for screwing up so badly. I was a very public failure, and I even thought about running away from the valley. But something slowly began to dawn on me — I still loved what I did. The turn of events at Apple had not changed that one bit. I had been rejected, but I was still in love. And so I decided to start over.

I didn't see it then, but it turned out that getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again, less sure about everything. It freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my life.

During the next five years, I started a company named NeXT, another company named Pixar, and fell in love with an amazing woman who would become my wife. Pixar went on to create the worlds first computer animated feature film, Toy Story, and is now the most successful animation studio in the world. In a remarkable turn of events, Apple bought NeXT, I returned to Apple, and the technology we developed at NeXT is at the heart of Apple's current renaissance. And Laurene and I have a wonderful family together.

I'm pretty sure none of this would have happened if I hadn't been fired from Apple. It was awful tasting medicine, but I guess the patient needed it. Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith. I'm convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. You've got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don't settle.

My third story is about death.

When I was 17, I read a quote that went something like: "If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right." It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: "If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?" And whenever the answer has been "No" for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.

Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything — all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure - these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.

About a year ago I was diagnosed with cancer. I had a scan at 7:30 in the morning, and it clearly showed a tumor on my pancreas. I didn't even know what a pancreas was. The doctors told me this was almost certainly a type of cancer that is incurable, and that I should expect to live no longer than three to six months. My doctor advised me to go home and get my affairs in order, which is doctor's code for prepare to die. It means to try to tell your kids everything you thought you'd have the next 10 years to tell them in just a few months. It means to make sure everything is buttoned up so that it will be as easy as possible for your family. It means to say your goodbyes.

I lived with that diagnosis all day. Later that evening I had a biopsy, where they stuck an endoscope down my throat, through my stomach and into my intestines, put a needle into my pancreas and got a few cells from the tumor. I was sedated, but my wife, who was there, told me that when they viewed the cells under a microscope the doctors started crying because it turned out to be a very rare form of pancreatic cancer that is curable with surgery. I had the surgery and I'm fine now.

This was the closest I've been to facing death, and I hope it's the closest I get for a few more decades. Having lived through it, I can now say this to you with a bit more certainty than when death was a useful but purely intellectual concept:

No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

When I was young, there was an amazing publication called The Whole Earth Catalog, which was one of the bibles of my generation. It was created by a fellow named Stewart Brand not far from here in Menlo Park, and he brought it to life with his poetic touch. This was in the late 1960's, before personal computers and desktop publishing, so it was all made with typewriters, scissors, and polaroid cameras. It was sort of like Google in paperback form, 35 years before Google came along: it was idealistic, and overflowing with neat tools and great notions.

Stewart and his team put out several issues of The Whole Earth Catalog, and then when it had run its course, they put out a final issue. It was the mid-1970s, and I was your age. On the back cover of their final issue was a photograph of an early morning country road, the kind you might find yourself hitchhiking on if you were so adventurous. Beneath it were the words: "Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish." It was their farewell message as they signed off. Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish. And I have always wished that for myself. And now, as you graduate to begin anew, I wish that for you.

Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.

[筆記] 在Mac安裝Compass

雖然據說在Mac下安裝Compass只要打開終端機貼上指令就好，但我的電腦不知道為甚麼全部都要加上sudo才能裝⋯⋯以下記錄步驟，如果不會卡住的話就自己拿掉sudo吧ˊ_>ˋ

安裝開始

$ sudo gem install compass
安裝基本的compass 版本（目前是0.12.2版）

$ sudo gem install chunky_png
安裝運行的依賴軟件 chunky_png-1.2.9

$ sudo gem install fssm ; fssm-0.2.10
$ sudo gem install sass ; sass-3.2.14

$ sudo gem install compass --pre
升級到最新的版本 Compass 1.0.0.alpha.17

檢查安裝狀況

安裝完成後，查看版本信息，輸入命令
$ compass -v

安裝Compass遇到的的錯誤「 ERROR: While executing gem ... (Gem::FilePermissionError) 」解決方法

最近在裝Compass時遇到了這個錯誤：

ERROR: While executing gem ... (Gem::FilePermissionError)
You don't have write permissions for the /Library/Ruby/Gems/2.0.0 directory.

解決方法

原本指令是

$ gem install rubygems-update

只要加上sudo就可以解決

$ sudo gem install rubygems-update

PS. 雖然根據這個站的作者說，他在 Gentoo 下養成的潔癖不想用sudo，不過對我來說⋯⋯既然也沒什麼不良影響，只要能用就好啦XD

選字的時機——臺灣vs.台灣

這次是因為被要求，我才用了右邊的「台灣」作為最後定稿。

其實我一直是個捍衛正體中文字的有志青年（？）
我不僅寫「臺灣」，還寫「新臺幣」、「臺東」、「臺北」、「臺中」、「臺南」，對我來說本來就該寫「臺」，所以看到任何寫「台」的都覺得可惜：

不過，相比之下也可以發現保留「臺」這個字的單位越來越少：

台灣的漢字正式書寫為「臺灣」，而「臺」為正體字，但與異體字「台」通用，現今民間與媒體多用「台灣」^[23]，在官方國書、文件中則使用正式的「臺灣」^[24]。臺北市政府在馬英九擔任市長推動「正體字運動」時，全面於相關機關的公文與文件使用「臺」字^[25]；中華民國教育部在2010年考據字源後宣布，以後教育部公文一律使用「臺灣」用字，並建議中央其他部會跟進^[26]。而俗體字「台」的發音實為「 yi 」，意思和「怡」字通用^[27]。

不過像我這次做招牌的時候，對方的理由我倒也覺得很有道理：

「寫『台』灣，看的人才能一下子看出台灣啊！要是寫臺灣的話，臺都糊在一起了！」

模擬一下：從很遠的地方看臺灣與台灣會如何⋯⋯

好吧，我被說服了。

既然臺灣台灣大家都看得懂，那用在招牌或一些宣傳場合，台灣好像真的比較容易辨識？甚至日本人寫臺灣漢字時也是寫「台湾」，「台湾大哥大」就是用日文漢字⋯⋯

看來「臺」與「台」的戰鬥將繼續下去⋯⋯XD

我把Facebook留言板變活了！Facebook Comment Responsive Design！

最近在做Responsive Design（響應式設計、自適應設計）的網站時，意外發現Facebook的留言板無法用%來設寬度，只能用pixel固定寬度。

雖然Facebook的留言板預設在手機上會把寬度變成100%，但其實有的時候會出現不是在手機上用，卻想把網頁縮小一點點的情況，~~例如上班偷看網頁~~所以我很不懂為甚麼Facebook要強制用px？

我用「facebook comment responsive」的關鍵字在Google上查了很多資料後，本來有看到用CSS強制覆蓋Facebook提供的屬性來讓留言框可以變成Responsive的狀態，但有用的人應該會發現已經在2014年3月失效了⋯⋯

為甚麼我知道是2014年3月呢？因為後來我又繼續爬，發現了一個頗簡單的解法！而提問的人大多是在3月發生的XD

只要在Facebook的留言框前面貼上這段原始碼就解決了！

最近趁過年時，幫綜合口味的關於頁面做了「浮動側欄動態選單」，如果想看效果的話可以先去綜合口味的關於頁面玩玩看～喜歡的話再來照這個教學做XD

step1:

將想要有「浮動側欄動態選單」的網頁或文章，從「撰寫」模式（預設）切換到「HTML」模式，並在文章最前方貼入以下內容：

接下來，一樣在Html模式，把文章的段落用div標籤分隔開來：

附註：

樣式歡迎自行修改！
在step1中橘色字的部分，如果會在很多頁面用到的話，可以考慮直接貼到範本的程式碼內，到搜尋</head>並貼在前一行。
在step1及step2中引號內的about或aboutA皆可以自行修改，但要注意名字要一樣，例如改成hello和helloA是沒問題的，否則會沒有效果。
如果希望浮動欄改到左邊的話，把margin-left:672px;這段改成margin-right:672px;然後數值自己設定，數值越大就變成越右邊！

給blogger用的語音搜尋框

如何在Mac OS X 10.9 開啓Root權限？步驟截圖！

由於Apple官方的步驟流程不夠詳盡，想當初我也研究了很久才看懂；
這次剛好有網友詢問，就來幫Apple整理一下截圖吧XD！

從 Apple 選單中選擇系統偏好設定...。
從顯示方式選單中選擇使用者與群組。
按一下鎖頭圖案，以管理者帳號的身分進行認證。
按一下「登入選項...」。
按一下右下方的「編輯...」或「加入...」按鈕。
按一下「打開目錄工具程式...」按鈕。
按一下「目錄工具程式」視窗中的鎖頭。
輸入管理者帳號名稱和密碼，然後按一下「修改設定」。
從編輯選單中選擇啟用 Root 使用者。
輸入您要在「密碼」與「驗證」欄位中使用的 Root 密碼，然後按一下「好」。
接下來重新開機就會看到一個叫做「其他」的使用者！
點擊後，帳號輸入root，密碼就打剛才輸入過並驗證的密碼。
成功以root身份進入！
若要停用root，請從步驟1走到步驟8，選停用root即可！

下載無名小站相簿方法（Mac用戶適用）

各位用Mac的朋友們啊！當年我們一起用過無名小站，但無名小站卻只提供Windows的備份方法，太令人悲憤啦！

強者我朋友SC，趁著下午茶時間寫了一個給Mac用的備份工具，快來看看怎麼用吧！

1. 首先，你要去下載你的網誌備份檔案（你的無名帳號-data.zip），解壓縮後會得到「你的無名帳號-data」資料夾。

2. 接著，下載今天的主角－－「download.py」（無法下載的話請改用Dropbox載點）

3. 把「download.py」放到「你的無名帳號-data」裡的「album」資料夾內！

4. 打開mac的「終端機」！

這個就是終端機！

5. 把這串指令複製貼到終端機內：

cd /Users/你的Mac用戶名字/Desktop/你的無名帳號-data/album/

6. 再把這串指令複製貼到終端機內：

python download.py

7. 開始下載！您會看到album資料夾內開始自動出現所有相片！

8. 接下來？您可以考慮像我一樣搬家到blogger。

我要先說清楚，我會盡可能平靜的敘述，但是我打這篇文章時我真的快氣炸了，因為我搭錯公車。

「什麼？搭錯公車有必要這麼生氣嗎？自己搭錯的還怪誰？」

對！我搭錯，可是到底為甚麼－－公車的區間車是把數字用兩種顏色區分？

以我今天搭的306為例子，我從「南京建國路口」要搭到「徐匯中學站」，在沒有出任何差錯的情況下，照理說我可以爽爽的搭上車，在完全不用換車的情況下「渡沽（打瞌睡）」到目的地再下車；可是當我被司機提醒說「到終點站囉，你要去哪裡？」時，我才發現我在「臺北橋」站！就因為我該死不是搭「紅色字的306」，而是搭到「綠色字的306」！

當我把這件事跟我同事分享後，他只笑笑的告訴我：「你知道嗎？262有三個顏色哦，我也不只一次搭錯。」

哇咧，三種啊啊啊啊！Threeeeeeeeee啊啊啊啊啊！

有必要這樣子嗎？公車明明可以顯示四位數字，有0000～9999共一萬種組合，到底為甚麼要增加平民百姓的生活挫折感？甚至，這世界上很多人是色盲，最大宗又是紅綠色盲啊！

我不曉得其他國家怎麼處理，但我們國家不覺得用紅和綠區分是一個爛透了的主意嗎？長久以來沒有人要改善這個問題嗎？

[電影短心得] Elysium 極樂世界／一個醫療水準爆高但仍然充滿病痛的世界

2013年8月11號，週日。和幾個朋友去京華城看了《極樂世界》（Elysium），有一些感觸與心得，簡單條列如下。

以下有劇情透露請注意！

這絕對是一部藉著動作電影來諷刺現實世界醫療的電影。
地球是一個被人類破壞而環境惡劣且充滿病痛的地方，大家都很窮。
人造太空站「極樂世界」則是高科技的有錢人建造以及住的地方。
有個超高科技的「醫療床」，只要躺上去不管癌症什麼的病都會治好。
醫療床各種傷痛都治得好，骨折或臉炸爛也不意外。
不過醫療床只有「極樂世界」的公民才能用，下賤的地球人不能用。
於是地球上得了絕症的人拼了命的偷渡上極樂世界，為了治病。
但是很不公平的是⋯⋯好像極樂世界居民每個人家裡都有一台醫療床？
所以地球人只要偷渡成功，隨便拿板磚敲碎一間民宅，就能得到治療。
治療所費的時間意外地非常的短！掃描一下就活跳跳了

以下有劇情吐槽請注意！

我認為整部片的焦點都在醫療床⋯⋯
如果醫療床掃一下就好了，到底為什麼不給地球人使用？
也許使用醫療床耗費的電力很多？
可是極樂世界裡的人看起來不缺電啊！
從地球偷渡上太空的那些能源都不曉得能用幾次醫療床了。
結局時，極樂世界派了一大堆太空船到地球。
裡面居然是大量醫療床啊啊啊啊啊啊！！！
表示說極樂世界其實根本就資源過剩嘛！
鏡頭好晃，拍的人可不可以不要故意不拿穩啊？
因為鏡頭很晃，所以打鬥的時候根本看不懂在打什麼。

打鬥真的很晃，看了頭會暈，我好幾次是瞇著眼睛看避免頭暈；極樂世界那邊的事情沒有交代得很清楚，總歸一句話就是：

「有好的設定，但是故事沒有講好。」

滿分10分的話，我給6分吧。

突然很想念它

突然很想念它。

它是我在高中三年級時買的第二台機車，它是臺灣三陽跟日本本田的混血車種，它是CBX150。

嚴格說起來它並不是我最喜愛的一台機車，我還有一台從18歲陪我到現在的1991年老野狼；但它是我生命中最熱血的時候，憑衝動買下的玩具。

不過一個人畢竟只有一個屁股，雖然屁股有兩半，但我沒辦法騎兩台車。入伍，退伍，唸大學，然後我把它賣了。賣掉的不只是一台機車，也是賣掉了那不切實際的年輕的心---其實那也是對自己有限時間與生命的妥協。

雖然它的排氣管曾燙傷我跟我女朋友，雖然它重到我每次從地下室推上一樓都滿身大汗，雖然它每次零件壞了都要費很大心力去找備品......

但我還是很懷念滿手油垢玩機車的時光。

這一整個星期，我每天騎著老野狼上下班。臺北這個到處都在挖馬路、到處都在蓋房子的鬼地方其實很不適合騎車，不過......手抓著離合器、腳踏著排檔桿、透過油門感受從引擎傳來的爆震感，我好像重新抓住了一些什麼。

即使我的生活仍混亂得抓不著頭緒，但至少我還能親手掌控速度，掌控一定程度的自我，掌控我所能做的。

即使很微小。

陰謀論，也許政府挺核能（特別是核四），根本只是想弄掉臺北而已⋯⋯

有自己Logo的全新背帶！

這次換背帶其實是因為我的側背包背帶已經壞了，本來想再買一個後背包，讓自己肩膀的負擔不要這麼大；

但！實在找不到滿意的⋯⋯喜歡的超貴，四千多元實在買不下手！

不過，今天早上，我因為搭錯公車而正好經過了一家專門賣服裝材料而且也有提供修改的店。於是，我決定進去問看看有沒有賣背帶。

舊的側背包，脫落了的背帶勾⋯⋯

結果這家店沒有賣現成的，但是可以立刻做一條給我XD

於是我就開始要求東要求西：

我要夠寬的，背起來才舒適！
我縫線想要用紅色的！
我想車一個我自己的Logo上去！

是的！你沒看錯！我要求車一個Logo！XD

一開始我畫在紙上，請老闆娘幫我照著車在背帶上。

老闆娘又不是受過設計訓練的，當然立刻跟我說：「不行啦，我不會啦，這圖太難了啦！」
可是我還不死心地說：「不會啦！這很簡單，就一個正方形，然後再三個三角形和一個長方形組成，你沒問題的啦！」

老闆娘又說：「好啦！不然我幫你車最外面的正方形好了！」
我大笑著回答：「裡面那個才是重點啊XD」

後來我想到一個方法：「阿姨！你借我可以畫在布上的粉蠟筆，我直接畫在背帶上，你照著車好不好？」
老闆娘似乎覺得可行，於是拿了筆借我畫，但是⋯⋯

畫不上去！

似乎是背帶的組成纖維太粗，蠟筆的顏色完全咬不上去。

「要放棄了嗎？要放棄了嗎？要放棄了嗎？」
這時，我突然靈機一動想到繡學號的原理！

「阿姨，你把我畫的那張紙直接拿去車，好不好？」

老闆娘立刻挽起袖子，剪下我畫的圖，對準背帶，車了起來！

幾分鐘的時間，就車完了！

接著，把紙撕掉。

－－－搭拉－－－！

整條做完，老闆娘說要跟我收210元，我一個開心直接塞給他300元，感謝他完成我的無釐頭要求XD

看來，這種簡單圖樣的設計要求只要會做針車的人都可以完成，不知道繡學號的會不會做得更漂亮？

LINE透過介面完成的新野心：真正的取代電話

LINE在2013年3月11日更新了3.6.0版本，裡面寫了很多更新項目，但沒有寫到我接下來要說的事：真正的透過網路取代電話。

下面這張圖是LINE發送訊息的介面：
打字，並且按下Send就可以發出訊息，這件事情What's app做到了；
而右上角的v符號可以找到Free Call免費電話，這件事情Viber也做到了；
第一個整合成一個App的我記得就是LINE。
（其實Skype也算⋯⋯但是那個不是從手機號碼出發的，所以震撼程度有差別）

打字，Send！

然而這次更新，居然在不打字時直接把Send發送按鈕換成了Free Call免費電話播出！

也就是說，在打開聯絡人的第一時間，先呈現給使用者的訊息包含了「免費打電話」，「文字訊息」變成了附加選擇！

在LINE的多方訊息模式下，原本的Send也預設變成了語音訊息⋯⋯

這個做法真的非常聰明，畢竟原本放的按鈕其實就是一個按了沒有功能的Send，既然只有打字才需要出現發送，Send也只要在打了字再出現，與其把它藏起來，不如運用原本的位置並給使用者更高價值的「第二選擇」！

我已經可以預期網路完全取代傳統電信的時代近了！到時候，大家連上網路不再是透過提供3G網路的電信業者，而是大量的WiFi；拜託，4G根本不重要，重要的是大量WiFi啊！4G再快會有WiFi快嗎？
