Skruf has undoubtedly released one of the hardest hitting snus to date. As well known, skruf branded snus already delivers a quick hit of nicotine by snus standards, now they have taken it to a whole new level with a literal BLAST of nicotine that seems not to quit! This one is pure good ole' skruf with that BAM taking the experience to a whole new level. The rose oil still stands out yet you can feel the peppery nicotine pounding away at your tissues. I would recommend using this one sparingly yet worthy as a "wake up" and smell the roses snus!

At an estimated (17-18mg nicotine) per portion, this one will likely knock a newcomer straight on their arse and put you on the toilet!

Knox Lös Snus

If you're on a budget and like Skruf brand, this may be the snus for you. Similar in flavor albeit a bit dumbed down due to the lower nicotine content, Knox lös has a course texture and kind of reminds me of my former American "Dip" Copenhagen in this way. Deep tobacco flavor with a hint of citrus and less salt than it's big sister, Skruf Stark lös. The pris holds together really well both hand-baked or with a tool and thus makes the perfect "loose" snus for a beginner. The flavor seems to really last and stand out at the 1hr mark and beyond. The nicotine content stands at (8mg per 1 gram). Produces a nice smooth and level delivery of vitamin N.

Gotlandssnus Anis (Grey) lös

Thank you GetSnus for this wonderful mystery can as me generally being a black licorice hater, I would have never tried it. I can tell you this one actually beats out my last review on Ettan lös for all around durability and taste. Mild yet pronounced Anise: "a French or Spanish liqueur flavored with aniseed" delivers a wonderful, lasting, and easy to keep in place pris of pure licorice pleasure. Don't pass this one up like I almost did. Definitely a top #5 lös snus without a doubt.

At approx.(8 mg/g) nicotine, this one just begs for baking at least a 2 or 3 cliker and will certainly please!

Ettan lös

When a product nears 200 years in production, it is not just a mistake. Having been introduced in 1822, Ettan stands out as a leader for a reason. Pure and smooth tobacco flavor with a undertone of chocolate, this one deserves a place in any serious lös snusser's rotation. The flavor just lasts and is one of the most consistent I've found to date. It is hard not to forget and want to just swallow this snus as it tastes so good.

At (8mg/g) nicotine don't let this one fool you. You can adjust the pris and easily fulfill.

Granit Maxi Portion

Pure salty tobacco flavor with a hint of lemony goodness. The "maxi" delivers with that bit of extra nicotine (similar to doing a sterk) while giving that upper lip a buldge the ladies are sure to notice. The pouches are comfortable and somewhat elongated. Also has a peppery thing going on very alike to General™ branded snus. Comes in a nicely rounded solid plastic tin.

At (12mg per/portion) nicotine, this one lives up to its size.

Thunder Frosted Portion

Powerful hard hitting spearmint that will leave you dizzy if you aren't accustomed to high nicotine snus. Produces a refreshing tingly cool burn that lasts. The first time I tried one of these I was driving and nearly had to pull off the road. A great morning snus to get your day going and also makes for a great desert snus after a heavy meal!

At (16 mg/portion) nicotine, if you don't feel this one then your doing it wrong or too much!

Offroad Cranberry Loose

Having tried several lös snus of which I won't mention at this time as I'm still discovering my impressions, this OR Cranberry is leaving me with a very favorable opinion thus far. 2 Cliks on my homemade icetool syringe, and the prilla holds together nicely and the flavor can be felt immediately unlike some other lös I have tried whereas you have to be patient and wait 20 or 30 min.s to appreciate. I am getting a nice natural sweet and slightly tart cranberry as well as a pleasant burn. This one has me poking my tongue up constantly to enjoy even more flavor and thankfully the pris has been forgiving and not turned into a mudslide as of yet. This one is worthwhile for anyone to try whether you are into subtle or more pronounced flavors.

At (8 mg/g) nicotine, this one won't knock your socks off but rather please with its excellent cranberry goodness!

General Ekstra Sterk Portion

Being one of the first swedish snus I tried, I have to admit this one didn't give me a favorable feeling initially. After setting aside the tin for a week in favor of Oden's, thankfully I revisited this one. Now I can say this has become one of my favorite top 5's as the smoky salt & pepper with a lasting bergamot flavor makes this an excellent snus to get your day going with a coffee. This one continues to deliver flavor and seemingly nicotine well beyond an hour and I often find myself with this portion in my mouth at 2+ hours.

With a nicotine level at (15 mg/portion), this one will keep you alert and attentive!

Skruf Stark Portion

Skruf stark has an overall balance of great tobacco taste with berry like flavor not too overwhelming yet there which seems to be the result of the mixed bergamot and rose oil. The nicotine comes on strong and fast while the flavor endures well and holds up making this a 2 hr snus. This could easily be a top 5 in the daily rotation but I would recommend mixing in some other non stark snus.

At (14 mg/portion), your nicotine needs will be satisfied!

Thunder Berry Extra Strong Portion

Having less time with this one, I still feel compelled to share this impression of a rather interesting snus. Just like it’s name states, the berries are certainly pronounced and prevalent. Starting out a bit sweet but not overpowering or artificial, I pick up strawberry, a slightly sour raspberry, and banana flavor. Now while some reviewers point out a “bitterness” after 20 or 30 min.s, I would rather call it a flavor transition. If you just let things go, at the 1 hour mark you will get back to a much more subdued but pleasant berry blend which still seems to please enough to make this a 2+ hr snus.

At (16mg/portion) nicotine, this one delivers!

Oden's Extra Stark Portion

This one was my first ever swedish snus and it has stuck with me ever since, unlike some others. One of the best combined with the morning coffee. Has a good strong flavor profile and delivers the Vitamin N. Great duration and tends to be moist right out of the can even when left out of the fridge a few days during usage. Oden's has a unique yet simple and straightforward tobacco flavor.

Highly recommended to the ex dipper or smoker alike as the nicotine (17 mg/portion) will satisfy those cravings.
