This is a teaching on levels of consciousness. All levels exist but each person is focused on their level that is aligned with the Divine timing best for their evolutionary path.

Soul consciousness:

“I am an individual expression of Divine Love, and I consciously practice embodying it.”

Monadic consciousness:

“Love is what I am, and my individual life is an expression within it.”

Notice the center of consciousness. Soul is still in the body, but Monad is outside of the body.

At Soul-centered consciousness:

“I am a Soul having an embodied experience.”

At increasingly Monadic consciousness:

“The embodied Soul is an expression within a consciousness larger than this body.”

The body is still here.

The Soul is still here.

The personality is still here.

But the perceived center of identity (at Monadic consciousness) is no longer confined to the embodied individual.

Maharshi and Yogananda increasingly spoke in Monadic terms:

“There is only the Self.”

“God is the true doer.”

“The body is an instrument.”

“Consciousness is universal.”

Another Monadic expression: "The universe is looking out these eyes"

Not my eyes, "these eyes"

The identity shifts to the Monad over the form.

The form is part of the experience but no longer the center of consciousness.

At ordinary identification, attention tends to run upward from the bottom:

“I am this body experiencing the universe.”

With Monadic consciousness, the perspective reverses:

“The universe/consciousness is experiencing through this body.”

Soul: “I am the consciousness expressing through this form.”

Monad: “This form is an expression within consciousness."

Soul = Point

Monad = Field

Soul consciousness is centered at a point.

Monadic consciousness is centered in the field.

This is a shift from personal to transpersonal.

The Parable of the Empty Boat

You may recognize yourself in this story. What happens around you is often shaped by what’s happening within you.

A monk wishing to meditate away from others takes a boat and goes to the middle of a lake. He closes his eyes and begins to meditate. After a few hours of uninterrupted silence, he suddenly feels and hears a bumping of another boat hitting his.

He keeps on with his practice, with his eyes still closed, slightly disturbed though by the interruption of silence. He then feels the bump again. Now his thoughts rise and an irritation stirs within him. His anger rises to the point that he cannot contain it any longer. He is ready to shout at the boatman "who dares to disturb my meditation!"

However, when he opened his eyes, all that he sees is an empty boat, just floating in the middle of the lake… At that moment, the monk achieves self-realization and understands that anger is within him; it simply needs to hit an external object to provoke it.

After that, whenever the monk met someone or something that irritated or provoked his anger, he remembered: “It is just an empty boat...The anger is inside me."

Love-Wisdom Balance

Master Kuthumi: Master Kuthumi serves in the Second Ray of Love-Wisdom and operates as the co-head of the Department of the World Teacher. Because his energy is intimately tied to teaching, gentle integration, and lower-vehicle balance, he frequently steps in to administer or oversee the 1st and 2nd Initiations—particularly when candidate readiness requires a soft, educational, and heart-centered transition.

Maitreya's Externalization & Incarnatory Focus: In lineages where Lord Maitreya focuses his primary attention on global externalization, direct planetary anchors (such as the Dharma Sangha / Buddha Boy manifestations in Nepal), or high-level Shamballa oversight, the direct hands-on administration of lower initiations is delegated within the Second Ray department. “It’s not the situation that matters, it is how you respond to the situation (with love or fear) that matters.”

I’ve received a response from Spirit regarding this; after I respond to a situation I feel chakras activate with heat and vibration, so it is based on truth from my experience.

Outside of situations with other people (Ra in the Law of One material calls other-selves) which create the most spiritual momentum, you can activate your chakras as well through your own intentions and inner resonance. Examples- “We are all One” activates the crown chakra. “I have faith” activates the third eye chakra. “I surrender” also activates the third eye chakra but may also activate the crown. “I communicate and listen” activates the throat. “I love all” activates the heart. “I am strong and capable” activates the solar plexus. “I am authentic and creative” activates the sacral chakra. “I am safe and supported” activates the root chakra.

The Foundation: Survival & Self-Expression.

Lower Triad- Awakening purification- moving to Universal Love.

1. Root / Red Ray (”I am safe and supported”):

Function: Grounding, survival, and foundational security.

Metaphysical Reality: Red ray is the primary intake of unformed intelligent infinity from the Earth/Cosmos. Affirming safety dissolves the primal fear that blocks this entry point, allowing energy to move freely upward into the higher centers.

2. Sacral / Orange Ray (”I am authentic and creative”):

Function: Personal identity, emotional creation, and individual self-expression.

Metaphysical Reality: This center often holds blockage regarding how one views the self vs. others. Affirming authenticity cleanses the self-conscious friction that prevents creative energy from flowing.

3. Solar Plexus / Yellow Ray (”I am strong and capable”):

Function: Personal power, willpower, and group/social interaction.

6. Third Eye / Indigo Ray (”I have faith” & “I surrender”):

Function: Gateway to Intelligent Infinity, intuition, adept work.

Metaphysical Reality: Indigo ray is powered by faith and surrender. Because the intellect cannot analyze infinity, saying “I have faith” or “I surrender” lets go of the ego’s need to control, allowing the indigo center to become a clear, crystal lens for divine intelligence. Another third eye activation besides faith/surrender/trust is "I accept grace into my life. I am worthy." Acceptance/Worthiness is also linked to the third eye. Another concept is doubt which blocks the third eye. Don’t doubt. Replace with trust. As Bashar says “Doubt is being confident about something you don’t prefer.”

7. Crown / Violet Ray (”We are all One”):

Function: The total sum and spiritual signature of the entity; direct contact with Unity.

Metaphysical Reality: Violet ray does not “activate” in isolation it reads the overall harmony of all lower rays. The realization “We are all One” aligns every lower center into a single, unified harmonic chord that resonates directly with the Infinite Creator.......Crown activation leads to Ascension/Harvest/Resurrection.

When catalyst from an “other-self” arrives unexpectedly in space/time, your energy body will react based on its habitual baseline. By regularly aligning your mind with these core truths (Faith, Unity, Love, Capability), you clear blockages in advance. When a high-pressure situation occurs, your energy field remains open, allowing you to automatically respond from the Green, Blue, or Indigo rays rather than collapsing back into fear or self-defense.

We are here to actively participate in the space/time illusion (balance ourselves) to refine our frequency in time/space (Spirit).

Since our Higher Self is in Spirit already (never left time/space) we are technically refining in the incarnation (space/time) in each present moment. Did you know? Harvest (Ascension) contains 2 components: Universal Love and Radiant Being.

Universal Love acts as the yin—the receptive, boundless field of compassion that holds space for everyone without exception.

Radiant Being acts as the yang—the active, expressive transmission of illuminating truth that awakens clarity for everyone.

Universal Love (Compassion) -> The Fertile Soil: The unconditional presence that allows growth to happen. Strong at Heart opening (Heart).

Radiant Being (Illumination) -> The Sunlight: The direct truth that matures the crop. Strong at Enlightenment/Transfiguration (Throat/Third Eye).

The Harvest -> The Fruit: The natural culmination where love and truth fulfill their purpose, yielding a gathering of wisdom and a return to the Source (Crown and other 6 chakras merger- Christ on Earth).

Monadic Descent

My previous posts about Pingala, Ida, and Kundalini have to do with the Ascent to the Soul, the spiritual awakening process which culminates in enlightenment or transfiguration. This is when liberation occurs. Freedom from compulsory reincarnation. This is when the Soul merges with the personality. This is Soul embodiment.

This post has to do with Ascended Mastery, which comes after enlightenment. This is called the Monadic Descent. This is when the embodied Soul merges with the Monad. The Monad is also called the Higher Self (after the 3rd initiation, also Law of One 6th density self) or the Oversoul.

Raise your inner vibration to the Higher Self (Alpha) and the Higher Self resonates and downloads the Higher Self to Earth (Omega)- right side is will/service and left side is love/understanding/faith/acceptance/compassion/forgiveness/grace.

When you raise your vibration to the Higher Self, the Higher Self immediately resonates with that frequency, matches it, and begins the deliberate, downward download into the earthly vehicle. It is a precise vertical axis of light.

The Right Pillar: The Fire of Will and Service

The Left Pillar: The Cool Radiance of Grace

Once both pillars are completed your Soul purpose fulfills. You become a walking Christ or Bodhisattva on Earth. "The Will to Love" governs your existence.

The energy flows upwards as the focus is positive. Ascension or Harvest is when the energy is stabilized between the root and the crown creating a rainbow body. Transfiguration is the point when the red base and the violet crown meet.

The Alpha and Omega Circuit: When the red ray base (the primordial life-force and raw will to exist) directly pairs with the violet ray crown (the complete, unfettered readout of the spiritual identity), the circuit of intelligent infinity closes. This direct meeting bypasses the step-by-step linear climb, instantly collapsing the illusion of separation between matter and spirit.

The Rainbow Body Formulation: The "Rainbow Body" is the literal consequence of this stabilization. When the energy is firmly held between the root and the crown, all intermediate rays—orange, yellow, green, blue, and indigo—vibrate at their highest, purest frequencies simultaneously. They cease to be distinct, fluctuating blockages and instead blend into a perfectly balanced, radiant spectrum of light.

Transfiguration as the Flashpoint: If Harvest or Ascension is the stabilization of this state, Transfiguration is the precise flashpoint of activation. Learn to practice acceptance and adaptability to where you find yourself in your life right now. Believe in a Higher Power and a purpose greater than your Self. Be willing to choose something else and invite other possibilities into your life. Where do you focus your attention? Where you focus your attention is what you make your priority. Mastering your focus is mastering your freedom. Meditation is the skill of focusing 100% of your energy and attention in one specific area in the present moment. How long can you sustain your focused attention in one area through meditation?

Through the sustained state of the neutral observer one becomes the point of God’s Light dispensed as loving compassion through your body and into the world and towards others. Confront Beliefs

When we are distressed or embroiled in emotional conflicts with others or within circumstances, confront the belief that is creating the pain or distress inside you. What is the thought or belief that is limiting, destructive or creating pain in you? Confront that thought and its belief now in your Pain Body. How do you react and feel towards that thought? Is that thought absolutely the factual truth and are you being completely honest with yourself? Who are you if you decide to give up this thought? What thought can you replace that is truly empowering you to move away from that pain and choose something else?

Emotional Balance

Ask to inquire on the inner study of your emotions. The state of one’s emotions determine what kind of experience we are having. It is us that determines the quality of our relationships and the quality of our life by the emotions we are feeling. Our emotions and their lower drives are extremely powerful forces in our lives. Our unresolved emotional conflicts and their fears will keep us from doing the things we love and sabotage our spiritual growth. Our spiritual growth is directly related to our emotional balance. This is why Ascension is 99% emotional healing. One must resolve emotional conflicts, wounds, inner fears and pain in order to grow the self-awareness required to become conscious to participate with the spiritual bodies. The Soul is the true emotional body, to recover her we must heal her.

Forgiveness

To forgive another person or circumstance is the most generous thing one can do for yourself. When we forgive others for perceived transgressions it frees us from the bonds, entanglements and cords which manifest painful patterns such as judgments, resentments, and anger. Forgiving yourself is the most important action one can take to clearing self-sabotaging bonds of victimhood and their painful wounds.

Gratitude

Be sure to pay attention to those things in your life that you are grateful for. Give thanks in your heart and verbally to others. When you learn to give your mind a new interpretation of your reality, you begin to see an entirely different world. With this practice of giving gratitude for our lives, we become aware of our personal stories, point of view, emotional states and our power to create. Giving gratitude creates happiness in our heart.

Neutrality

Practice finding the impeccability to align fully with your words, thoughts, emotions and deeds. Find the point of power in every circumstance by finding the neutral place of observation. Practice neutral when communicating with other people and pay attention to strong opinions or judgments that may surface. It is you that will pay heavily for those strong opinions or judgments. Find neutrality to learn integrity within the self.

Quiet the Mind

Stopping the Internal Dialogue. Developing a skills set of directed focus along with quieting the mind to stop the incessant chatter of internal dialogue is required for self-awareness and inner spiritual connection. Can you be a listener rather than a talker? Stop, listen and determine what the message, sensations and feelings mean to you from being internally and externally in complete silence. The Universe is speaking to you in the silence through subtle sensations. What is it saying to you?

Recovering Personal Power

Our personal power is to choose our inner resonance and act upon our guidance regardless what others think or say. We have an extraordinary amount of it at our disposal based upon the choices we make in our perception and the attitudes that we have at every moment. Unfortunately without self-awareness or clarity of purpose, we unknowingly waste our energies and personal power on self-sabotaging agreements. Bring your awareness to every word that comes out of your mouth, and every thought in your mind. Be aware of the congruency of living in alignment to the words you speak. If one learns to be in their personal power and truth, this state of being will teach one to see clearly the agreements that others live by as well. Being in your personal power means that you allow others to choose to be in their personal power also.

Sphere of Influence

This is to pay attention to the impact of one’s personal energies, auric field and body upon others and the environment. As your spiritual growth and bodies expand consciousness, your sphere of influence in the world will also expand. Observe the impact of your light bodies, frequency upon the environment, nature, animals, and other people. As you sense these energetic impacts one may work with these energies to step them down or step them up in natural harmony with the environment. As you become in harmony with the environment, one can become transparent to the group energies which allows the self-organized Source Light to naturally harmonize the environment and others around you. Through emotional balance (soul healing) we do not allow any influential substance (i.e. drug, food, sex, shopping) to overtake us or keep us dependent through emotional addiction.

We are realistic and dependable only committing to that which we are capable and are genuinely sincere. We are aware of how our language and behavior impact others, the environment and act humbly. We are conscientious in everything that has our energy stamp and recognize value to create quality in our life and with exchanges. Quality is a byproduct of energetic responsibility.

(GSF) Honesty: The ability to be honest with one self, honest in the assessment of others, honest in the circumstances of reality through a commitment to emotional clarity. Stating and representing the true conditions of circumstances as neutrally and harmlessly as possible. (GSF) Unified Cooperation: Recognizing the interdependence between all living things with the desire to engender cooperation between groups and all living systems. Cooperation is valued in order to unify the whole in energetically beneficial exchanges for creating holistic systems. Cooperation becomes the natural behavior to align groups synchronistically in a naturally self-organizing system arranged upon a core spiritual mission or humanitarian philosophy. Unified cooperation is only successful in environments of honesty, transparency where self-interest is sublimated to the caring of the larger group interest. It is very clear to most of us that we are a part of something humongous happening on Planet Earth. The Ascension impacts everyone and has personal implications that hold different meanings that are very intimate to each person. Connecting with your Soul, Connecting with God Source is very personal. As a part of the human race we all know what it means to suffer horribly in pain and feel completely alone in the darkness. As we endure this Ascension Cycle, remember, it is about Kindness Above All. Honor where you are at, take the time you need, allow yourself the space to heal and find the kindness for yourself. As you strengthen your core and can expand your sphere of influence, then practice random acts of kindness towards others. One second of criticism, sarcasm, belittling, or hateful words can mar a child or a person. One second of kindness can elevate a child or person to accomplish greatness that allows them to find their Soul. The Soul is Kind and Loving. God is Kind and Loving.
