Just got back from a couple of day in Cornwall with my wife to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Had a wonderful time and with a hotel right on the beach I managed to grab a couple of shots here and there. Love Cornwall though, it is such a stunningly pretty place!

I'm back in Annecy for a few weeks over the summer and today was a pretty miserable rainy day. As I was putting my daughter to bed I noticed that the rain had cleared up, the clouds were parting and, as is often the case here, a rather pretty sunset was forming. Once she was in bed I grabbed my camera and went outside to grab a couple of shots.

Managed to get down to Annecy for a few days skiing and, as always, took my camera. I have been to Annecy so many times, but always in the summer, it was strange to see it in the winter. So quiet! Would have liked to have spent a bit more time with the camera but was so busy I only managed to grab a couple of shots.

Random Mewsings

One of the things I love in London is taking a completely random walk with no route in mind. London is littered with little oddities and one of my favourite things is the little Mews you often come across. Walking down these you instantly feel you could be in anywhere but in the middle of one of the largest cities in the world. The stable doors I find massively appealing and they always strike me as the kind of place I would love to have a studio. This Mews just north of Hyde Park was no exception.
