Review: Step2 Naturally Playful Welcome Home Playhouse {Giveaway: Step2 Dockside Sandbox & Climber}

It’s time to introduce you to another awesome toy from Step2, the Naturally Playful Welcome Home Playhouse! This is one of my favorite creations from Step2 and it’s such a blast for the kids!

This playhouse is huge! It arrived on a freight truck in two huge boxes. It’s easy to manage once you got the boxes opened and start taking out the pieces. I was able to carry each piece by myself, the pieces are just bulky.

The Welcome Home Playhouse is one of Step2′s best sellers so Step2 decided to change it a little bit and add new colors! Now you have your choice of a brown roof and blue shutters or a green roof with red shutters.

The exterior of the house features 2 bay windows, a peaked roof, a skylight and a welcome mat. The interior features a kitchen with sink, range, table, storage cabinet and play phone. There’s also an electronic door bell that makes realistic sounds!

The dining accessories aren’t included but I’m sure if you have a little one, you have some play food laying around. It’s fun to pretend that the window is a drive thru window. The kids have been taking phone orders and having curbside pick up!

The Spirit West Coast Festival is this Weekend!

The Spirit West Coast Festival in Del Mar is this weekend! The 3 day festival starts May 25,2012 and is packed with fantastic artists that love the Lord! Tickets are still available for purchase at the gate and there is still room to camp. There’s been a change to the Headliners. MercyMe is being replaced with the Newsboys due to an injured band member from Mercy Me! They have some really great things for the kids such as VEGGIELAND which is fun for kids at their ministry level. They’ll have face painting, a petting zoo, bounce houses and more! My kids are really excited to see The Newsboys!
