		<description>We've added a new feature to Hschooler.net.

Parents now have three options for managing how their students use the Messaging tool within the community.  

In general, Messaging allows a member to send and receive e-mail-like messages from their Friends within Hschooler.net. 		<description>A USA Today article provides statistics from a recent U.S. Department of Education report on homeschooling.

Some of the key findings:

	"As of spring 2007, an estimated 1.5 million, or 2.9% of all school-age children in the USA, were home-schooled, up from 1.7% in 1999."
