Let me be honest with you, I was excited about Jism 2. I wanted to see how Pooja Bhatt managed to make top pornstar Sunny Leone act in a bollywood movie. More over, the initial buzz created in media and songs of Jism 2 gave me all the reasons to go ahead and watch this movie. But, in the end I ended up writing this Jism 2 review, so that like me and others you will not keep your expectations high.

Warning: Don’t watch this movie with your Family and it’s rated as an adult movie, so if you don’t look 18+, carry your ID proof for age verification.

Jism 2 review: A Love story which sucks to the core

Let me start with Sunny Leone, she was looking gorgeous in the movie and I’m not talking about all her shiny skin or her revealing outfit or even her bed scenes. But, I’m talking about her outlook in the movie. Coming from porn industry, she justified her acting and I didn’t had much expectations out of her. Her voice was dubbed in the movie but still she managed to do the lip movements perfectly fine.

So what made Jism 2 a complete fail?

Acting by co-stars: Arunoday Singh and Randeep Hooda who are young and upcoming stars, they showed why young actors can’t fit for serious role. They have done pathetic and disappointing acting through out the movie. While watching the movie, it was easy to figure out the emotions and what kind of acting we were expecting, but instead of turning emotional and romantic scenes into heart touching one, they made it look funny and disappointing.

I was a big fan of Randeep for his movies like Risk, where he acted really well and seems very promising. But in Jism 2, he could n’t justify his role as a lover and even as a patriot. Yah, I missed John from Jism1.  Even Arunodoy was looking like a kid and he couldn’t perform well even for a second in the movie.

As I mentioned earlier, I went with no expectations from Sunny Leone apart from making most out of her pas experiences and she atleast made it clear, that she is better than those B grade movie actress and she can do much better.

Bad Story line in Jism 2 : There was nothing great about movie storyline. Movie starts with Izna who is a call girl and who met Ayaan at the club and after spending one night with him, Ayaan told her that he is Indian intelligence agency officer and he is seeking her help to get some important and sensitive data Izna’s ex lover Kabir.

Kabir and Izna were madly in love until one day, Kabir left her to serve the country of his own. His aim was to kill all the politicians and high profile people, who are connected with Arms dealer and drugs racket outside the country. And movies goes on with pathetic acting and story line and by the end, Izna killed Kabir, Ayaan killed Izna and Izna killed Ayaan before dying.

Good and bad:

• Good : Songs, Direction.
• Bad: Acting, Story

I would give this movie not more than 1.5/5 and if you are going to watch Jism2, watch it with your own risk or keep your expectations low in term of acting and story.

Few days back, I happened to Visit India and I happened to visit one of the elegant places in Gurgaon: Kingdom of dreams. This is my first try for writing a review and my feedback about place I visited, so don”t expect pro-writing style.  I got to know about Kingdom of dreams form a friend who highly recommended to visit this tourist spot based in Gurgaon. And on one fine weekend, I along with friends, went to visit the place.

It was about 40 minutes drive through busy Delhi traffic.  Can’t complain much about the bumpy roads, as it is common thing you’ll experience in India. The indication to the main entry was unclear but at last we reached “The kingdom of dreams, after taking help of others.

Welcome to Kingdom of Dreams:

Yah that’s the first impression which you will get after entering to this place.It is a dream land for those who have passion for arts, architecture, cultures and food. At the entrance, you will see a magnificent elephant sculpture with a group of men playing flute and huge drum to  give a royal welcome to visitors.

The Kingdom of Dreams is divided into two major zones. The Nautanki Mahal and The Cultural Gully. The Nautanki Mahal, which was built like a palace. It is a huge auditorium with over 800 seats to accommodate the audiences for it’s one and only live broadway in India. Another remarkable spot is the carving of 110 feet sleeping Buddha on brick wall next to the Nautanki Mahal.

The Cultural Gully is few steps away from the Mahal. The entry of the gully is set inside a 20ft high golden lotus flower, studded with tiny mirrors and color stones. The indoor pavilion, with artificial sky dome, has been turned to busy buzzling Indian street.It brought together the different cultures from 14 states all across India. Portraying each state’s landmark and yet retaining it’s original beauty. the Kerala houseboat, Mumbai clock tower and train station. Rajasthan’s famous puppet show, Punjab’s color graffiti truck and so on.

The Gully offers more than 350 exotic dishes from across 14 states by certified chefs. There’s numerous options to enjoy your time. Whether you like to dine in Lucknow restaurant with enchanting mirror works or enjoy sipping a cup of tea at the Madras cafe,while you can enjoy folk dance from across India. You can also indulge in shopping, the Rajasthan arts and artifacts, Kerelite’s ayurvedic products or souvenir from Mumbai street shop. And for those who want’s to enjoy relaxing day, there is also massage center that one can relax and unwind.

Well, starting from their Entry fees which was 700 INR, in which 600 INR was covered seems like a good deal. If you enjoy feed like me, you will have plenty of Indian cuisine options along with traditional style of sitting arrangement. The feeling inside the Mahal is over whelming. Due to my time constraint, I could not attend their show call Zangoora, but that will certainly be in my list, when I visit India next. None, the less don’t forget to take the camel ride, before you bid the place good bye. Also, don’t forget to check out their site for timings and specially show timings, so that you can plan your trip to kingdom of dream accordingly. We were there for almost 6 hrs and by the end our leg was hurting and we went straight to Barbecue nation, and that experience I will share in coming days.

The Kingdom of Dreams has done justice to its name. Simply a dream trip with royal touch. The destination that you can experiece the whole of India under one roof.

Osama Bin  laden who is wanted in many countries for it’s terrorist activities has bee killed by U.S Army on sunday. U.S Army attacked Alquida chief hideout which is a small northwestern town of Abbottabad on sunday and killed him along with his one son.

After a long time I have seen some nice Indian comedy movie flick. Tanu Weds Manu seems to be a masala comedy film starring R. Madhavan and Kangana Ranuat.

I won’t comment more on this movie, as trailer itself talks a lot. More over you will love the song “Sadi galli” from this movie.

Being an Indian, I’m sure you must have heard of Jessica Lal Hatyakand. Just in case if you missed it, Jessica was a model and she was shot dead in a pub in 1999 by Manu Sharma. Though using Power and money, Manu managed to escape the lower court, but after 7 years due to public and media pressure, high court reopened this case in fast track and found Manu as guilty of charge.

This movie is based on same story and no doubt it’s one strong topic and no one better than Rani mukherjee and Vidya balan can play strong role. Those who knows the whole Jessica lal Hatyakand, would be knowing the story line of the movie, but still even after that movie is worth a watch.

This movie is based on a strong story, good direction and most important superb acting by everyone. If you will watch movie closely, director worked on every tiny details in the movie and try to make sure, movie looks real, and indeed it worked.

Though I wouldn’t suggest you to watch this movie with your children, as this movie contains some strong violent and abusive words, which no one would be comfortable explaining. Probably, such dialogues were a part of adding masala and reality in the movie, which worked for them, but as an individual, I can go and watch this movie with my friends, but not with my family.

More over this is a movie which is worth a watch and you will realize how easy it is to game the law by using money and power, though nothing much has changed in last 12 years, but still this movie will leave you with some strong thoughts. You will feel happy that Jessica got her justice but at the same time you will regret that one Girl lost her life over a glass of drink.

Action replay movie was directed by Vipul shah and was released on the eve of Diwali. Probably not so great day for movie release. The same day another movie (Golmaal 3) was released which is also a comedy flick and already have a great fan following with its earlier Golmaal 1 and Golmaal 2.

Action replay

Action replay is a typical comedy movie which is based on a time travelling plot.  Start cast of movie was strong that includes Akshay Kumar, Aishwarya Rai, Neha dhupia. Though what movie missed was a strong comedy story. Every time while watching movie you will feel, there are more scope for comedy.

Movie is about a family, where Akshay and Ash are married and always used to fight. Their son wanted to go back to past to change things and with the help of his girl friend scientist grand father, he time traveled in 1970′s and changed everything.

Movie has nothing new to offer apart from some good acting from Akshay but that’s not enough to drive masses to theater.  I won’t recommend this movie to watch @ theater.  Wait for movie to come on small screen (2-3 months). I will be doing a review of Golmaal 3 soon after watching it.

I will rate this movie as an average movie. 2.5/5. Do let us know your views about this movie.
