This is a great resource for anyone who’s debating on using a diet pill for weight loss. The choice of using a diet pill is easy for some people and difficult for others. There are so many different diet pills to meat each person’s weight loss goals. They also have a link to where you can find the cheapest diet pill to meet your needs. Some people try diet and exercise first, others choice a diet pill to hurry up the weight loss process. Who is to know which choice is right for you? It’s important to discuss any diet pills with your doctor. It’s scary now a day because of so many choices in diet pills. What may work for one person won't work for another person. The site has a lot feedback to offer you before you make a decision; the site helps you to narrow your choices in diet drug choices. My friend Sara took diet drugs for a while and she said that it was so hard to choose which diet drug to take. She ended up trying a few different diet drugs until she found the right drug. She ended up losing over 100 lbs in a year. It was amazing results. Her doctor helped her find the drug that finally helped her lose the most weight. Everyone will lose weight at a different pace and that's important to remember. I think the hardest part about weight loss wants the results now. I've seen most people lose the most weight by using diet pills with exercise and diet control. Some people decide to lose weight for health reasons and other do it for vanity reasons, and the others use it to please the man in their life.

My blogging update

I've been busy working on my garden, many of tomatoes are green and haven't turned red yet. They have a great tutorial that walks your through a questioner to find out where you need to improve your money matters. I was impressed with the ease of the tutorial and how many different things could do with a little fine tuning. It made me think about having an emergency fund for things like car and house repairs. There are always those unexpected medical bills when dealing with a chronic illness such as lupus and chronic pain. Someone who doesn’t deal with a chronic illness should be prepared for a chronic illness because they have a mind of their own. I did not plan to have a chronic illness and it did cause financial hardships in many ways. There were times when we didn’t know if we could put food on the table. It was a real eye opener time for me. A service such as Bills IQ is a great place to find out where you need to improve your money matters for you and your family. I would suggest anyone check out their tutorial. I scored an 86% B on the bill IQ score. It’s taken a lot to get to that point. Many people I know have had caught in the credit card trap and had no choice, but to file Bankruptcy and lose almost everything.

Another life being a whirlwind

My world seems to be a whirlwind at times. Recently, the home next to me caught fire and burned inside. I was gone when the fire started and our home almost caught fire as well. It was really scary. The last two weeks have been rough with weather. For 2 weeks every time we turned around there were tornado warnings and thunderstorms.

I wrote more about the storms on my other blog

Chronic Chick Talk

LA Police Gear

La police gear offers a full line of police gear. My daughter is finished with school. Another year has been full of so many adventures. She's gone from a white belt to an orange belt in one year. Were all a year older and some are a year wiser. I've contined to work on my domain chronicchicktalk. My dogs keep me on my feet and so does my daughter. As my daughter grows older she becomes more of a young lady each day.

LA Police Gear

LA Police Gear has a variety of gear to meet your needs. I have been dealing with a lot of issues with haveing a teenager dealing with peer pressure. In the next year she will be starting high school and it scares me. Kids sure do grow up fast it seems like I just had her. I am glad that she is a good kid and works hard at school.

THe weather keeps changing back and forth where I am. We've had earhtquake tremor like crazy lately. Its really weird because we don't have them normallyits been over 30 yrs since one happened. Now there happening in Nevada. I hope its not a sign of things to come. Something must have woke up the sizemetic preasssure.

Update on the ins and outs of a lupus patient and family

I am once again trying to update my blog over here. It seems that my lost entry each time I wrote it just disappeared. I've been coping with the usual craziness with lupus and trying to teach my daughter many things. She seems to be in one of those teenage moods. You know the times where they really don't know where they belong and to who. Dealing with all the pressures to fit in somewhere.

She's been busy in tae kwon do; sometimes not wanting to practice. You know how it is to be a teenager. She is testing out for her orange belt. She's been working to get it since last October, so its an exciting event. I'm very pleased and looking forward to seeing her test out.

This morning I had to take her to school, she missed the bus. She arrived on time. Its funny how you look at kids and see how much they grow up. I can't believe my eyes sometimes that she's a teenager.

I have been trying to take the good with the bad. She's working on a report on a poet and at the moment I cannot remember the poets name- darn lupus...

My other half has been working on typing speed and things for a new job as medical coder and biller. Starting a new career is scary even for someone that's been in the medical field for a long time.

All in all I can say today isn't a bad day. Thank God for that.

Lupus Life

Well, I havent updated this lately. I've been trying to get over a upper respitory and having a lupus flare. I don't know if it will ever end this winter. I went to another specialist this week. I have been going to him for over a year. He's a good listener and reacter, which makes for a good doctor. I don't go back to hime for another 6 months. I still have to contiue to go to my other specialists in the mean time. I get so sick of doctors offices. If I got paid to go to the doctor I would be rich. (ha ha). I think the tring to explain your symptoms to a doctor can be so hard. THis time I made sure I wrote down what was going on so he knew. He did changed one of my medicines around and made some suggestions. He did his typical poke and prode on me. This makes me want to thump him. I told him that everytime he pokes and prodes I usually end up in a lupus flare. I've been feeling like I am walking a marathon just walking across the floor. It plain old sucks. I can't say it any better then "LUPUS SUCKS".

My Experience With Car Insurance

Buying car insurance takes a lot of thought. It’s not an easy decision to make. Some people think it’s a simple decision, but really its not. Being someone that’s been in a few fender benders I’ve learned from experience. One of the accidents I was sitting at a stop light minding my business when I was hit by five other cars, I totally freaked. I froze like time was standing still. The trip to the ER in an ambulance was not an easy trip. I was lucky that my deductible was five hundred dollars, compared with two thousand dollars or more. It was still a struggle just to pay five hundred dollars. My car insurance company was helpful in some ways. They did follow up on my car and chose a body shop for my car to be fixed. Once I paid the deductible the car was fixed up. It took me longer to recover from the accident, then my car. My car insurance company gave me a rental car for the time my car was in the shop. I was glad I had rental car coverage. Not all car insurance policies have rental coverage. After, a long recovery I was able to return to work. I’ve never been the same since this car accident. When deciding on Commercial Insurance, you should check the deductibles, coverage amount, and for rental coverage.

Crazy Nerves and Peer Preasure

It’s been a crazy week. I’ve been dealing with a lot with tests this week. My nerves have been on edge. It’s been really hard staying calm and having a positive attitude. I am hoping and praying my test results are good. I want to feel optimistic, but that’s very hard with all I’ve dealt with in the past from the lupus. I’m praying my test results are good. I have to pray to God everything will be all right.

My daughter has had a difficult time with school this week. I think the older kids get the worse the peer pressure. I think sometimes these kids have grown up in a pressure cooker and it’s ready to blow. The longer it cooks the worst it gets and the less that’s left in the end. I think school is so much harder for kids now a day because everything seems to be in fast motion. It’s not the days of going in with flow. Its lets see who can get to the finish line the quickest. Who really knows where this finish line is.

Improving Your Bad Credit

bad credit credit cards is a place for people with less then perfect credit to get credit cards, home loans, auto loans and personal loans. When my friend Michelle was trying to rebuild her credit she did not know where to go for help. She applied for a secure credit card and was able to get a credit card. She had to secure funds for the credit card, but in one year her credit was improved. During this time she had to make payments on time. At this time, the company returned her money and she kept the credit card. She was able to begin rebuilding her credit. As time went on her credit was restored so she qualified for non-secure credit cards.

Coping WIth Lupus and Other People's Reactions

I think the hardest thing about living with lupus is people’s reaction. Many people have asked me how I caught it. I have to hold myself back when people say this. I have to remember that many people don’t understand what lupus is. I’ve had a lot of say you don’t look sick. I have asked people, what does a person with cancer look like? Usually people look at me puzzled. Well someone with many chronic illnesses is the same.

We don’t ask for this illness. It is something we have to learn to deal with like it or not. The longer I’ve lived with lupus don’t make it easier to deal with. I’ve learned just cause this day is crappy don’t mean tomorrow will be crappy. It’s the only way I’ve learned to cope with this illness. Lupus may suck, but I have to fight to not allow it to define me.

Weighting the Pros and Cons of Plastic Surgery

Cosmetic surgery is becoming more accepted by everyone. Its becoming the normal. There are two different types of cosmetic surgery. There are the people who do it to slow the ageing process and then there are the people who do it to fix a flaw in their body. I believe the lack of acceptance of our bodies is giving teenage girls the wrong message. Yes, I believe that if you are totally sure you should go ahead with the surgery. But you shouldn’t do the surgery, if it’s not necessary. You should think hard, weighting the pros and cons of the surgery. The choice of having cosmetic surgery is a difficult choice. Some people have Liposuction to remove excess fat and other people have a breast reduction to remove excess breast tissue. You should take your time making this choice.

Dealing With A Teenager and Lupus

My daughter went to her first tae kwon do tournament today. She’s not participating in the event today because she wanted to watch. I can’t blame her for wanting to see what she’s getting into. She was thrilled to see people sparring with swords. She saw it as an exciting event. She has been gone all day and I do miss her, but I’m glad she’s having a good time. I am glad she’s enjoying herself. I have her in tae kwon do to help her defend herself. She’s done so much better by taking these classes. Its helped her not put up with the bullying from last year. These kids were her friends and they turned on her. I have a bright young lady and she’s extra special to me.

I am tired because we had to get up early before the bird to take her there. I am not a morning person because of insomnia and my pain levels keeping me awake. I don’t understand why my pain levels are so much higher at night. It’s been a really long winter so I’m looking forward to spring I think. I will be glad to sleep in tomorrow to try and catch up on my sleep. I still get up with my daughter to go to school, even thought she don’t like it. I have to watch what she goes out the door wearing. She likes to over do the eye make up. I won’t allow her to over do any make up. I think teenage girls are wearing way to much make up and it takes away their natural beauty.

Thankful for Car Insurance

When I was hurt in an accident I was thankful I had insurance. If I didn’t have car Accident Claims insurance I would be left with no car and medical bills. By having insurance all I had to worry about is getting better. My car insurance company had the car towed and came out to the scene. It was a long process of getting better, but the car insurance company was there for me all the way. I had to wait longer to get my car fixed because of the $500.00 deductible. I was young and naive and did not know about coming up with the deductible before the car was fixed. I realized how important it is to have a deductible that is low so you can afford to pay for the unexpected times in life. Many people I’ve known have had a $2000.00 deductible just so they can save money on car insurance. This is a lot like playing Russian roulette. I think paying a few extra bucks to get affordable deductibles is worth it when it comes to car insurance. I’ve heard of some people having fly by night car insurance companies and then being told they never received the payment for the car payments. This has happened to a couple of my friends and both were reliable individuals and there was nothing they could do about it.

My Loving Pets

My shih tzu is glad the maltapoo is sleeping finally cause he's always is taken over the show.
