I read on facebook a post about people eating backwards and it reminded me of a 60 minutes program I saw. Basically you eat the most calories for breakfast and go down. So I am doing Breakfast around 500 calories, lunch around 400 calories and dinner around 300 calories. This brings me in at 1200 plus if I eat a snack or two. Some days I am starving then I will still be under my 1500.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Has anyone tried this or heard of it? As of now I started the new year at 275. I am down to 265. Not so bad. &lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tsp olive oil&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 medium onion, chopped&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 cloves garlic, minced&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 cups low sodium fat-free chicken broth&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;8 oz can tomato sauce&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup chopped cilantro &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes (I get zesty to add flavor)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 cups frozen corn&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese (optional for topping)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;fat free sour cream (optional for topping)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;Directions:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until soft, 3-4 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Slowly add the chicken broth and tomato sauce and bring to a boil.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cilantro and remove from heat. Pour into crock pot.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To the crockpot, add drained beans, diced tomatoes, corn and stir.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add the chicken breasts; cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remove chicken and shred with two forks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chicken back into the soup, adjust salt to taste.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve in bowls and top with fat free sour cream and cheese.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;4- 15 1/2 of Cannelli (white kidney) Beans&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 Cup Frozen Corn &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 oz Can Green Chilies &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 lbs Chicken Breast (Cut in 1" Chunks)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Medium Red Onion (Chopped)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Clove Garlic (Chopped)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 T Salt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 t White Pepper&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 T Black Pepper&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Box Carol Shelby's Chili Kit (Minus Mesa Flour and Cayenne Pepper)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 T Oil &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Chop Garlic and Onion and saute in oil until onion is translucent. Add chicken (cut into 1" chunks) cook until all the chicken has turned white. Add green chlies to the mix with all the seasoning, also add all the beans with the juice and corn, simmer on med-low for 3 hours. Stir occasionally.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;You could also put this in the crock pot on low for 5 hours. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
