How awesome! In a recent interview Chef Graham talked music, food, and his loyal bear/chub/chaser fan base here at Chubarama.

In other news, Graham is everywhere these days, both for his upcoming appearances on Fox's MasterChef, and for taking Chicago Magazine to task a bit for, well, you can read about the whole thing here.
