&lt;br /&gt;
Now, to go and find some other blogs that are eating more or less like I am...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Oh and I'll have to weigh myself in the morning.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;

I wasn't sure if I was going to lose any weight or not, but I am confident that I lost inches.&amp;nbsp; My weight is now 321.&amp;nbsp; I gained a couple of ounces.&amp;nbsp; I will not let this get me down.&lt;br /&gt;

I've been wondering if I'm drinking enough water.&amp;nbsp; It seems like I drink alot but then I'm pretty sure its not enough, so I went on a hunt to find out how much water I should be drinking.&amp;nbsp; The following link will ask you to input your weight and take a quick quiz.&lt;br /&gt;

lives in a dry climate,&lt;br /&gt;
drinks 0 alcoholic drink(s),&lt;br /&gt;
when the weather is very hot or very cold,&lt;br /&gt;
and  is not sick with fever or diarrhea should have:&lt;br /&gt;
184 ounces of water today, or 5.5 liters.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If  you eat a healthy diet, about 20 percent of your water may come from  the foods you eat.  If you eat a healthy diet you can drink 147.2 ounces  of water today, or 4.4 liters.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
So I should be&amp;nbsp; drinking a little over a gallon of water.&amp;nbsp; I knew it wasn't enough.&amp;nbsp; :(&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;

So I weighed myself this morning: 325.5&amp;nbsp; Its almost the same as a month ago, not bad for all the bad eating I've been doing.&lt;br /&gt;

Let's see, I was getting discouraged with the Atkins way of eating and was thinking of changing my diet to low fat or counting calories.&amp;nbsp; I did some research and was weighing the pros and cons and it seems like I'm just fooling myself, those other diets will not work for me in the long run.&amp;nbsp; I've already been down that road and I've only had success with Atkins.&amp;nbsp; Some new changes I will be making is adding fruits like berries and grapes.&amp;nbsp; I'll be getting weighed tomorrow to see how much damage I've done to myself and the countdown is getting closer to attend that wedding in October.&amp;nbsp; I can't waste anymore time.&lt;br /&gt;

Hubby went out of town for two weeks and I figured I start up while he was gone, but that never happened.&amp;nbsp; Now that he's back, he tells me that we've been invited to a wedding in October.&amp;nbsp; I've got to lose some weight now.&amp;nbsp; I haven't seen alot of people in a couple of years and I want to look smaller than the last time I went...plus I'd like to buy a nice little dress for the occasion :)&lt;br /&gt;

I'll be off work this weekend.&amp;nbsp; I hope I can get in alot of walking and maybe make some hot&amp;nbsp; wings...my favorite allowed food!&lt;br /&gt;
