Counter-terrorism expert and former FBI agent John Guandolo, the host of the hard-hitting website www.understandingthethreat.com, pronounces FBI Director Robert Mueller III clueless in his response to questions posed by Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX-01):

In what can only be described as a demonstration of how broken, incompetent and criminally negligent the leadership of U.S. government is when it comes to the security of America and its citizens, the Director of the FBI, Robert Mueller III, testified before the U.S. Congress that he is NOT aware the mosque (Islamic Society of Boston or ISB) at which the Boston Marathon bombers (Tsarnaev brothers) attended was founded by Al Qaeda financier Abdurahman Alamoudi. That also means Director Mueller is not aware a founding trustee of ISB is Yousef Qaradawi, the most prominent Sunni Jurist in the world who is also one of the most powerful Muslim Brotherhood leaders in the World. Nor is Mr. Mueller likely aware the Muslim Brotherhood's Muslim American Society (MB)partnered with the ISB.

In one of the largest terrorism investigations in American history since 9/11, the FBI Director admitted he didn’t know a critical detail linking the radicalization of the jihadis involved to Al Qaeda.

Abdurahman Alamoudi is a Muslim Brother, a Hamas operative, and a financier for Al Qaeda who pled guilty in the Eastern District of Virginiain 2004 after being arrested in 2003 in London with $340,000 he received from Libya for the global jihad. He now sits in federal prison. Alamoudi was the Islamic Advisor to President Clinton, was a Good Will Ambassador for the State Department, and created the Muslim Chaplain Program for the Department of Defense. But I suspect the FBI Director doesn’t know any of that either.

Americans are beginning to comprehend the factual basis that reveals the vast majority of Islamic organizations in America are controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood – our enemy. The question most asked by many in the U.S. today is: ”How is it possible our leaders aren’t doing anything about this.” Now we know the answer. Our leaders are, apparently, completely clueless. This, by the way, is the intentional outcome of the Muslim Brotherhood’s long-term information operation in America. Their Civilization Jihad seems to be successful. The FBI Director is surely unaware of the Civilization Jihad as well.

It’s difficult to understand how an agency like the FBI could have deteriorated to this point. While the Obama administration has blatantly intruded God-given rights of Americans, most egregiously by using the force of the government to target Patriots and organizations like the Tea Party and Christian organizations, most Americans do not know that known Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood organizations in America, to include Mosques, were exempted from surveillance in 2011.

In October 2011, FBI investigations and sting operations in Mosques were curtailed after pressure was applied by the Hamas front group Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and by the ACLU. This pressure led the Department of Justice to set up a group dubbed the Sensitive Operations Review Committee (SORC). This new committee put a strait-jacket on FBI agents and investigations in the field, and has demonstrated they, too, are ignorant of the threat from the Islamic Movement in the United States. The SORC has shut down and silenced the few FBI agents in America who actually do know and understand the threat. Before the creation of this new agency, the FBI had uncovered dozens of plots as a result of several successful sting operations at Mosques.

As a result of the new restrictions, the mega-Mosque in Boston where the Boston Marathon bomber attended was not investigated by the FBI until 4 days after the attack that killed three people and ripped the limbs off several dozen others. Yet, FBI Director Mueller also testified before Congress that the FBI was at the Islamic Society of Boston doing "Community Outreach" which is a key part of the Muslim Brotherhood's Civilization Jihad. Lulling the FBI leadership into submission, while the MB continues to Raise a Jihadi generation. It appears to be working.

In 1996, Mr. Guandolo resigned his commission in the Marine Corps and joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), serving at the Washington Field Office. From 1996-2000, he primarily conducted narcotics investigations domestically and overseas. In 2001, he served for one year as the FBI Liaison to the U.S. Capitol Police investigating threats on the President, Vice-President, Members of Congress and other high-level government officials. Shortly after 9/11, Mr. Guandolo began an assignment to the Counterterrorism Division of the FBI’s Washington Field Office developing an expertise in the Muslim Brotherhood, Islamic Doctrine, the global Islamic Movement, and a myriad of terrorist organizations to include Hamas, Al Qaeda, and others. In 2006, Mr. Guandolo created and implemented the FBI’s first Counterterrorism Training/Education Program focusing on the Muslim Brotherhood and their subversive movement in the United States, Islamic Doctrine, and the global Islamic Movement. He was designated a “Subject Matter Expert” by FBI Headquarters. This course was hailed as “groundbreaking” by the FBI’s Executive Assistant Director in a brief to the Vice President’s National Security Staff. For his efforts, in 2007 Mr. Guandolo was presented the “Defender of the Homeland” Award by U.S. Senators John Kyl and Joseph Lieberman on behalf of the Center for Security Policy in Washington, D.C. While in the FBI, Mr. Guandolo received two (2) United States Attorney’s Awards for Investigative Excellence.

Mr. Guandolo served on the Washington Field Office SWAT team for over nine years and as its Team Leader for three of those years. He was a certified Undercover Agent, and served in a variety of assignments in that capacity. Mr. Guandolo was a Nationally Registered Paramedic, a First Aid Instructor, and served as an “Advanced Capability Medic” with the FBI. His career has included significant overseas travel to include many areas of Africa, Southwest Asia, Europe and elsewhere. In his last year and a half in the FBI, Mr. Guandolo served on a Surveillance Unit.

Mr. Guandolo advises governments - U.S. and others - on matters related to National Security, specifically the threat from the Global Islamic Movement. The Obama Cult – What it means

Naturally the Obama Administration seeks to contain its many scandals, the Benghazi cover-up, the IRS targeting of enemies, the Justice Department harassment of reporters, Fast and Furious, lying about Obamacare and the NSA snooping on millions of phone records and lap-tops to name the big ones.

The problem is that these are not mere scandals, simple cases of corruption, although these scandals are certainly that. The bigger problem is that these scandals, particularly those involving the IRS and the NSA, get to some fundamental questions about government control. Are we to tolerate a state of affairs where the government harasses us with a jack-booted federal agency if we hold opinions that differ with its policies? Will we get use to government spying on our personal communications and correspondences?

The answer to these questions is yes and this goes to the danger that is inherent in the cult of personality surrounding Obama. Obama’s constituency is two-fold and those two groups overlap. The first is the hard left and their mostly unwitting camp followers in the media and culture. We should understand that the authoritarian oriented hard left supports Obama’s use of the IRS to go after his opponent and they want the NSA to spy on millions of Americans.

The unthinking camp-followers, the low information voters, just go along because they want to be fashionable, they want to be one of the beautiful people and Obama epitomizes this image. This is why Obama gets away with living like a Sultan on the taxpayers dime.

The other half of his constituency is the growing number of people on some form of welfare. More people are now getting checks in the mail for not working, more free food and housing, free cell-phones, free health-care and other perks both on the Federal and State level than ever before. In several states, people on welfare are making more per hour to not work than are lower income working people. This group couldn’t care less about the Obama scandals as long as the checks keep coming in.

NSA Whistle-blower – National Hero

National Security Agency whistle-blower Edward Snowdon is a national hero. He has exposed a vast and pervasive spying apparatus run by our own Federal Government against us, the American citizen. By revealing these corrupt practices, and at considerable personal risk, Mr. Snowdon sent a wake-up call to all freedom-loving Americans of all political persuasions.

We had assumed that our phone conversations and emails were private. Indeed, we thought that such practices as bugging and spying were done away with after the Watergate scandal had uncovered a couple of such incidences carried out by the Nixon Administration

Snowdon is a hero cut from the same cloth as Whittaker Chambers who, in 1948, exposed an extensive network of Stalin’s KGB spies working within the inner reaches of our government. By exposing high level spies such as FDR Administration Under Secretary of State Alger Hiss and Under Secretary of the Treasury Harry Dexter White, who were working for the Soviet Union, Chambers, acting at considerable personal risk, changed the course of American history.

Americans responded to Chambers revelations by flushing out the traitors and restoring the ship of state. In the broader sense, Whittaker Chambers, by his shocking revelations, changed American culture which at the time was imperceptibly moving in a totalitarian direction. Chambers revelations reminded us of how vulnerable our freedoms were and how those freedoms could be undermined by corruption subtly working within the system.

Let’s hope and pray that Snowdon’s revelations have the same effect today.

“By ignoring the moderate members of the Free Syrian Army who defected in mid-2011, the Obama Administration left open a vacuum that was filled by al-Qaeda allied Islamist-terrorists who are now backed by the Obama Administration” says Ziad K. Abdelnour, President of the U. S. Committee for a Free Lebanon and CEO of Blackhawk Partners.

“Nothing is more telling of the state of affairs in Syria today than watching terror rear its ugly face on both sides.

“The latest is the execution of a 14-years old Mohammad Qatta from Aleppo for refusing to serve coffee by saying “If Muhammad, peace be upon him, were to come to this earth right now, I would still not lend a cup of coffee to anyone unless they pay for it”.

“I am going to assume these were real Islamists, but I am not discounting for a moment that those who committed this crime could also be Assad agents to turn the people of Aleppo against the Islamists and by extension the rebels as well. When you know so much about a regime, these kinds of ideas come naturally because of past facts” notes Abdelnour.

“Between the butchery of Assad and the apathy of Obama, Syrians fighting each other have become dehumanized killing machines with each side exacting more terror and revenge on civilians than on each other. The repercussions for a Levant region that prides itself on co-existence with minorities will be a rise in sectarian violence between Shiites and Sunni’s that could break out into total war between the two dominant dueling Islamic sects.

Meanwhile, as Christians are driven out from the region, I pray for the safety of my Lebanese Christian brethren who could be caught in the cross-fire.

These are the guilty parties:

• Bashar al-Assad for dictating the tempo with regard to inviting terrorists Assad knew could save his neck. Assad tied his own personal fate to those of millions of Syrians and foreigners who have been part of the transformation before us. It is hard for the minorities of Syria to judge him today as they struggle for survival, but his history of blood will haunt them for generations to come even if we never succeed in saving whatever remains of Syria. When the dust settles, the answers to the many questions their children will ask will be far less satisfying than the answers their parents had during their time. Just as the children of Nazi Germany searched their souls for justification to what their parents did and what their existence meant, so will Syria’s children on both sides.

• President Obama for refusing to side against Assad for fear he may upset his attempts at negotiating a mirage peace deal with Iran, which effectively tipped the balance in favor of Assad/Iran/Hezbollah. No one speaks of Obama’s foreign policy failures as these dangerous gaffes pile-up mountain high. The worst lies in the fact that Obama does not think his policy on Syria was harmful to US interests.

• Iran for fighting a cold war with intermittent sectarian wars all over the region to correct a history and settle a score that nobody should care about if the goal is the reformation of Islam and the culture of the people of the region. This is no different that Constantinople waging a war on the Vatican for the Orthodox Eastern Church to overrun the Catholic Church using violence and terror as its primary means of communication. The Iran before us, shaped by ignorant and vengeance-driven Ayatollahs, is as evil as it gets; the very same Iran President Obama believes is worthy of a negotiated settlement to inherit the region.

• President Putin of Russia who believes the redemption of Russia’s great history lies not in books and enlightenment of the Russian people (Pushkin out), but in aggressive violence to dictate (Stalin in). The people of Russia are starting to realize that their country, under Putin, is the Soviet Union living under their bed instead of on top of them. Putin’s support for the savagery of Assad has opened the door wide open in full view of what the DNA of Stalin is capable of. Right or wrong, given Obama’s disposition towards a solution for Syria, Putin missed an opportunity to join the civilized in favor of remaining loyal to his true roots. Considering the miserable modern existence of the Russian people, I think they deserve far better than the appalling specter of their past.

• Secretary John Kerry whose past influence on Obama as the Senator chairing the powerful Foreign Relations Committee to support Assad was delivered frequently and consistently. Even when Assad began committing atrocities against peaceful protestors, Kerry kept pressing Obama for a solution to save Assad’s neck. As Secretary, he continues to sing this tune even though he chooses his words either to look neutral or to take sides against Assad. The reality is far from his public position. For Kerry to accept waiting for Putin for 3 hours before seeing him says a lot about his mindset, his lack of courage, and his own views as to America’s place in the pyramid of power. Do you think Vice President Cheney would have been kept waiting for 3 hours by Putin?

• Secretary Hillary Clinton for appeasing Assad from day one by calling him a “reformer” the very same day he was gunning down peaceful civilians marching in funerals of those he killed the day before. Clinton did not borrow the page from her husband’s own foreign policy manual on Bosnia. By the time she sided with other cabinet members for a limited distribution of lethal weapons to the rebels, Syria’s transformation into a mutated State was almost completed by then.

• Hamad al-Thani, the Emir of Qatar, and PM Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey who believed the solution for Syria is an Islamist State instead of the Assad State. By lobbying for the Muslim Brotherhood in Washington and supporting the organization politically, both doomed Syria’s future because the minorities recoiled and circled the wagons. Today’s destruction of Syria is partially the fault of two leaders whose common sense does not exceed those of talking parrots.

• Saudi Arabia for its timidity, weakness, and instigating religious extremism while hiding behind a veneer of moderation. The largest oil rich Arab country is also the weakest physically and morally because the whole country rests on one premise only: Keep one family ruling it no matter the cost. This policy opens the door open for weak responses, fearful maneuvers, and timid behavior. Iran is aggressive partially because the Gulf countries are weak morally. Saudi Arabia has been boasting about the powerful lobby Bandar Bin Sultan left behind in Washington, yet it cannot even influence a President who bowed to her King to do the right thing with regard to Iran and Hezbollah and to interfere in Syria to defeat Assad.

• Finally, the Western analysts who believed that if Sunni extremists fight the Shia extremists in Syria, there will be less extremism overall. They do not realize the folly of this logic and that extremists fighting will foster more extremism. Just ask Hezbollah how many more members it managed to enroll in its war in Syria when it called on saving Sayeda Zaynab Mausoleum outside Damascus from the hands of extremist Sunni fighters. The same call is mirrored on the other side to save al-Omayyad Mosque. The longer the civil war lasts, the more of our children will accrue and follow behind the unholy steps leading to terror. What happens when everyone tires of this war? These children will have learned by then where the blame for their misery lies, which is squarely on the shoulder of Western governments and their analysts.

Syria no longer exists. The ruins of its cities will be governed by the ruins of its humanity be it the Assads or the religious terrorists. What form or political shape will rise from these ashes should be our concern moving forward as we let history judge those who lacked the courage and the moral fortitude to save valuable lives rather than step aside to let lives destroy each other. There is no escaping responsibility because time always uncovers the truth.

Just as the Taliban was scheduled for removal after they demanded too much in return for the Unocal pipeline, Syria’s Assad is being targeted because he is not a reliable “player”.

Specifically, Turkey, Israel and their ally the U.S. want an assured flow of gas through Syria, and don’t want a Syrian regime, which is not unquestionably loyal to those 3 countries, to stand in the way of the pipeline … or which demands too big a cut of the profits.

A deal has already been inked to run a natural gas pipeline from Iran’s giant South Pars field through Iraq and Syria (with a possible extension to Lebanon)....And a deal to run petroleum from Iraq’s Kirkuk oil field to the Syrian port of Banias has also been approved.

No wonder Turkey and Israel are both launching military strikes against Syria.

On the other hand, Russia’s giant natural gas industry would be threatened if Syria’s current regime is toppled … no wonder Israel and Russia are getting into it over Syria too.

The monarchies in Qatar and Saudi Arabia would clearly benefit as competitors in the gas market if Syria’s regime is taken out … so they’re backing the “rebels” as well.

Bush launched the Iraq war under false pretenses … similarly, the war in Syria is really being launched by Obama and natural gas players in the region who want to cut Syria and Russia out of the game.

Assad is no saint and should, in my opinion, be taken out along with all of the leadership of the terrorist organization of Hezbollah.

By the same token let’s, though, not forget that the Iraq war will end up with a final price tag of between $5-6 trillion.

$5-6 Trillion and nothing gained. Iraq is now split between Iranian influence and a lessor share for Al-Qaida.

The Kurds have their own agenda that is now being courted by Russia, which is promising them a part of Turkey if they play along. Great investment.

Afghanistan is just as bad an investment.

In Syria, we are facing a formidable foe with much more resources and capabilities on the ground and allies with problems of their own - watch Turkey in the coming months - and Israel will lose either way; Jubhat Al Nusra will not be a boon for them. The Russians and their BRICS allies will not give up willingly.

Looks like everything we touch in the ME turns into dust and failure and we don’t seem to learn.

We simply can’t afford to get involved in another war … especially with Russia and Iran are actively aligned against us.

Besides - and for 99% of the uninformed population out there - ME wars have nothing to do with spreading democracy on our side or creating an Islamic Caliphate on the Arab side....it is all about money, power and control over natural resources.

This book is based upon the monetary theories of the now obscure late 19^th Century economist Alexander Del Mar, the author of “The Science of Money.”

Del Mar defined money in three ways, as an abstract means of saving and storing value, as a measurement of the worth of things, and as a means of exchange.

Utilizing this thesis, author and syndicated radio commentator Chuck Morse examines the history of money and currencies with a particular emphasis on the story of American currency from Colonial times to the present.

Through this analysis, Morse compares the various and at times intense struggle through American history between the school of thought, first articulated by Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, which held that currency, in order to find its true expression as described later by Del Mar, should be created and issued directly by the U.S. Government interest free.

This view was countered by Alexander Hamilton who played a pivotal role in the establishment of the First Bank of the United States, a private banking institution that was granted a virtual monopoly to issue, at interest, the American currency.

Thus the argument was between public debt-free money, issued by the U.S.Treasury, and reflecting economic production and national values, and the debt note loaned to the government. Other champions of the debt free U. S. Note include Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and John F. Kennedy.

Morse observes that American money has been a debt instrument since the establishment of the Federal Reserve Bank in 1913, which he refers to as a private cartel of banks and investors both domestic and foreign.

Whenever our government needs money, Morse notes, rather than simply creating our money through the Treasury, the Congress borrows our money from the private bankers and investors at the Federal Reserve Bank at interest. This, Morse notes, is why we have a national debt and this is why we as citizens are up to our eyeballs in personal debt.

Our Money has been inflated ten times over in the last half century. Morse points to periods of American history where capital accumulation was at such a rapid rate that individuals and businesses were virtually debt free and were able to grow by means of investing their own profits as opposed to having to borrow, at interest, to the banks.

This book offers suggestion in terms of how to get out of the economic mess were are in today. Ideas are presented in this book that would lead to a debt-free currency, one that reflects the value of American production and one in which private bankers are not skimming off the top.

Such a form of currency, Morse notes, would be to the benefit of everyone at all levels of the economic spectrum as such a system would lead to genuine individual and national prosperity and sovereignty.

When offered a copy of the pro Tea Party, pro Sarah Palin book at the NC GOP Convention, a visibly irritated Karl Rove refused - telling author C. Edmund Wright that his book, WTF? How Karl Rove and the Establishment Lost…Again, is "a poorly researched piece of trash."

"You would think Karl knows a poorly researched piece of trash when he sees it" said Wright, adding "since that's a pretty accurate description of Rove's track record in recent campaigns, including the 400 million dollar disaster in 2012. That performance was a poorly researched piece of trash if I've ever seen one. At least my book didn't cost 400 million dollars of other people's money, and it didn't lead to four more years under the most absurd and failed President ever."

Rove was in Charlotte to deliver the weekend's featured address, capping off a state convention where the establishment of the party continued their battle with base, conservative and tea party factions. The other featured speaker over the weekend was Haley Barbour, who spoke at Saturday's luncheon. "Barbour's speech was actually more ominous for tea party conservatives than Rove's" said Wright, who criticizes both men, and the entire GOP establishment, in his book. "Haley is still obsessing over Christine O'Donnell's primary win in Delaware. It's almost pathetic. He also let the cat out of the bag on how the establishment plans on fighting the tea party in the 2014 cycle. They're now calling the tea party 'certain outside groups' in an attempt to delegitimize them. What Rove, Barbour and the RNC want to do is to work with the establishment operatives in each state to handpick candidates, and they're now going to call us "outside groups."

Wright observed that the establishment's heavy handedness was not sitting well with many delegates and other attendees at the Convention. "Frankly, Karl's appearance sold a lot of books for us" said Wright, adding that "people were so angry that Rove and Barbour were speaking - they were coming up to our booth and literally thanking us for being there."

Wright and Rove bumped into each other by chance, moments before Rove's address just outside the hall. "I'm just chatting with a reporter from Charlotte, when Rove walks up to just greet him" said Wright. "Then he turns to me - so I just casually offered him a book. His reaction speaks volumes. Here I was, at an event where the small percentage of delegates who support him were gathered, on his turf, and he was that offended and insecure. It's obvious I've struck a nerve."

Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), regularly cited by the media as an authority on American Muslim issues, is challenging the FBI’s response in the death of a Chechen immigrant—Ibragim Todashev, 27, who was being questioned by the FBI in relation to the Boston Marathon bombing. The Three Stooges of Big Government

While many conservative voters obsess over the unholy trinity of elected big liberalism -- Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid -- but the real threat to our liberties and way of life is unelected 'big bureaucracy.' Unelected bureaucrats are who have persecuted Tea Parties, conservative donors, adoptive parents, True the Vote, Boeing's non-union plant, the Christian Coalition, Focus on the Family, select GM dealerships, and God knows who else over the past few years. And this week, we've met the three stooges of the big bureau; Steven Miller, Loris Lerner, and Sarah Hall Ingram. Collectively, they paint an accurate picture of what we face.

As such, the real problem with these despicable minions is not merely the havoc they have managed to personally wreak, it is the quintessential nature of what they represent. When America met Miller, Lerner, and Hall-Ingram, we effectively met big government face to face. There are enough bureaucrats like these three to guarantee that abuse and incompetence are the rule and not the exception. They, and millions like them, were here before Obama was and most of them will be here long after Obama is gone from office. They infest cubicles at every level of government, and their job is to extract money from the very people who pay their salaries and fund their retirements and health benefits, not to mention paying for the cubicles as well.

Consider:

STEVEN MILLER may well represent the attitudes, arrogance and isolation of government employees better than anyone. In his testimony before the committee, Miller was visibly perturbed that Congress deigned to inconvenience him, and his style -- I'll call it in-your-face nonchalance -- should offend every person interested in maintaining any modicum of personal self-control. This is a man who, as "acting commissioner of the IRS," has presided over the ruin of many businesses and personal fortunes, not to mention the damaging of many others, and yet he blithely implied that he was guilty only of "poor customer service."

Miller's insulation from the devastation of his actions -- and those of his bureaucracy -- was nothing short of chilling. He makes a big salary, has royal retirement and health care benefits, and yet he clearly seems oblivious to the fact that he has accumulated all of this by torturing those who ironically foot the bill for his entire existence. He doesn't even suffer citizens the dignity of hating them. Rather, he seems not to realize that they and their families and their businesses and their dreams even exist, other than as names on a file in some cubicle somewhere.

In other words, he is a typical bureaucrat. He climbed a career ladder littered with others just like him. He got where he is by being better at destroying taxpayers than others. Now, we are to believe that he is just "following orders" as if he's in an evil stupor of some sort. Talk about drones.

LOIS LERNER, meanwhile, is proof that government work is akin to being a paid political operative. She is nothing more than a partisan hack, carrying out a war against conservatives over multiple decades and in multiple departments. She specializes in only one thing: using bureaucracies to advance liberal causes. Currently she is in charge of the IRS' tax-exempt operation, the unit at the heart of the nonprofit part of the ever-growing IRS scandal. In other words, the agents who harassed Tea Party groups and others were doing so under her command, and probably at her direct orders. There were certainly collateral benefits to her causes as a result of these actions.

She appears exceptionally well trained for this kind of partisan maneuvering. Prior to her current position with the IRS, Lerner was head of the enforcement office of the Federal Elections Commission between 1986 and 2001, a perch from which she also orchestrated selective bedevilment -- you guessed it -- against conservative religious groups including the Christian Coalition. It's not a stretch to conclude that her IRS gig was a reward for a job well done at the FEC.

Oh, and in the spirit of being absurdly well rewarded and lauded for work below and beneath the call of duty, she was officially honored last weekend for "being an exceptional public servant" by Western New England Law School. Well, why not? She was in town anyway to pick up a check for giving that school's Commencement Address! I am not making this stuff up. And yet, it gets more Orwellian still.

SARAH HALL INGRAM was in charge of the tax-exempt review department prior to Lerner's appointment to that post, and for her efforts from 2009 through 2012, she received bonuses of more than a hundred thousand dollars. She is yet another bureaucrat being handsomely rewarded for persecuting taxpayers, especially those of a particular political persuasion. Job well done. Hall Ingram has naturally been promoted, as you might have heard.

She is now of course in charge of the IRS's enforcement of ObamaCare regulations, which I think qualifies Sarah Palin as a certified genius in light of her repeated warnings about ObamaCare and death panels and bureaucratic control of peoples' lives. Hall Ingram can now do more than just target your tax returns and your nonprofit certification. She is now on track to literally wield the power of life and death, as well as financial well being, over citizens who will never have a chance to confront her face to face. She may not technically be on the IPAB death panel, but that's not necessarily relevant. Her career path is testament to the fact that these bureaucracies operate in coordination and across agency lines.

Like Lerner and Miller, Hall Ingram is a prototypical part of the machine. The machine is big government and its wheels churn deep inside big bureaucracy. Down there, those wheels grind down peoples hopes and dreams as they confiscate and regulate bank accounts, retirement funds, existing companies, and hopeful startup enterprises. This control is what drives bureaucracies by definition. More government necessarily equals less liberty. This is why they are liberal by organic nature, and why the administrative state so esteemed by liberals from FDR to Obama (and his administration) can never be benign or politically agnostic, in spite of their protestations to the contrary. Common sense, human nature, and history say otherwise.

So observe the three stooges of the big bureaus: they are but the tip of the iceberg. There are millions more just like them beneath the same rocks they crawled out from under, and they, not Obama, are the real threat to our country as founded.

As Europe is enveloped by Islamic violence, in what is already shaping up to be a long hot summer, counter-terrorism expert and former FBI agent John Guandolo, the host of the hard-hitting website www.understandingthethreat.com <http://www.understandingthethreat.com/> , raises the uncomfortable question:

Sweden has experienced night-after-night of rioting and looting by Muslims reacting to the police shooting of a 69 year old machete wielding Muslim—never mind that the officer was responding in self-defense. Liberal commentators blame the riots on a toxic combination of Islamic terrorism and cutbacks in taxpayer subsidized housing and welfare checks.

In broad daylight in London, British soldier Lee Rigby was chased down and slaughtered in cold blood by an Islamist wielding a meat cleaver and shouting “Allah-u-Akbar!”

The next day, a French soldier, Cedric Cordier, was stabbed in the neck by a Muslim who was seen praying before the attack.

“Europe is presently farther along than the United States in reaching a tipping point with the Islamic community. Public calls by Muslim leaders for the imposition of Shariah and Jihad against European governments are direct and clear. Islamic immigrants to Europe have shown no inclination to assimilate into European culture, and have stated they seek only to “coexist” until Shariah becomes the law of the land. European Muslims continue to tend towards militancy as they cordon themselves off from European society, and many of them have been open in their seditious intention to impose Sharia law in Europe at the right time,” warns Guandolo, who conducted first-hand research on the true nature of Sharia and the Muslim Brotherhood while working as an FBI agent.

Based on an accurate understanding of the Quran, and spurred on by the successes of the global Islamic Movement led by the International Muslim Brotherhood, current Islamic leaders have no qualms about using terror to destabilize Europe. When the populace reacts out of fear by lashing out, the Muslim community makes use of Western human rights laws to position themselves as victims. By this means, step-by-step, the Islamic Movement progressively changes the social order, with the ultimate goal being world domination.

Many Europeans and Americans have their heads in the sand assuming these growing incidences of heinous violence are committed by “lone extremists. “ Those who try to speak out are often intimidated by the politically correct, so-called tolerant crowd. Most just find the topic too ugly. “Terrorism has that effect on many people which is its purpose,” notes Guandolo, who hopes that his own fearless expose’ will wake up enough Americans to the danger so that those concerned will form a critical mass.

Were the 13 Immigration and Nationality Act "reforms" authored by Barney Frank between 1981 and 2001 responsible for the Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev traveling back and forth between Dagastan and the US with a legal visa even after the Russian Government had informed the FBI and the CIA about his radical Islamist background?

This question is particularly relevant now that it has become all too apparent that foreign terrorists with legal visas are still inside the United States even after 9/11.

Frank's 1989 amendment prevented our customs and embassy officials from doing their jobs and denying visas to applicants based on their ideology and associations. Frank felt that such denials were discriminatory. After Frank's amendments became law a visa could only be denied to an applicant if there was "proof" that the applicant had been involved in "terrorist activities."

The most insane aspects of the Frank Amendment were abolished by the USA Patriot Act after it was revealed that all but three of the 19 hijackers of September 11, 2001 had entered the US with legal visas. There was, after all, no "proof" that those hijackers had been involved in "terrorist activities." Yet recent evidence indicates that those stupid laws are still being observed. Perhaps our customs and embassy officials are passing people through so as to avoid being accused of discrimination or racial profiling.

Other Frank amendments include a 1981 law that loosened restrictions on student visas. Terrorist commander Mohammed Atta held a legal student visa on 9/11 with the knowledge that he would not be closely scrutinized. University of Florida Professor and suspected head of Islamic Jihad Sami al-Arian held a teaching visa thanks to Frank's law H.R. 5287. Other Frank amendments impeded embassy officials from using their discretion in granting visas overseas. These laws made it difficult, according to Gerald Posner, the author of "Why America Slept - The Failure to Prevent 9/11," for the FBI and the CIA to share information once the suspected terrorists were inside the United States.

Terrorism expert Steven Emerson, in congressional testimony, spoke of Hamas members and sympathizers, after the 1989 passage of the Frank Amendment, flooding into the United States where they recruited members in Mosques, raised money for overseas "charities" and engaged in anti-Semitic and anti-American propaganda.

Regarding the Frank amendment of 1989, former Clinton Administration CIA Director James Woolsey told the Wall Street Journal "Congress had made it illegal to deny visas to members of terrorist groups." Gerald Posner wrote "Congressman Barney Frank...led a successful effort to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act so that membership in a terrorist group was no longer sufficient to deny a visa."

Barney Frank, criticizing the USA Patriot Act on his official congressional website wrote: "The bill (the Patriot Act) would have allowed the exclusion of visa applicant who had "endorsed or espoused terrorist activity"...but the mere "espousal or endorsement" of terrorist activity casts far too wide a net of exclusion."

All sovereign nations, according to norms of international law and custom, today and historically, have a right to deny visas to anyone they choose. There is no such a thing as a right for a person to enter into any sovereign nation without permission. This common sense right is no different from the right of the individual or the family to deny a person entry into their home or place of domicile. This is, indeed, a common sense natural right. Barney Frank came up with the brilliant idea of overturning that right, that basic feature of any sovereign nation, that right to protect the national home. The consequence of this policy has been devastating, as we have seen.

Mass. Dem Senate Candidate Jumps Ugly on Republican opponent

Descending to a new low in Massachusetts, Democrat Rep. Ed Markey, running for the U. S. Senate seat vacated by John Kerry, has disgraced himself with an ad that places a picture of his opponent, decorated former Navy SEAL Gabriel Gomez next to Osama ben Laden.

If Ed Markey was in possession of even a shred of decency he would publicly apologize to Gomez for this outrageous insult against a man in uniform, a man who has served his country with honor and distinction....

This ugly and disgusting slur on the reputation of a decorated veteran is a new low in Massachusetts politics. If this type of sewer politics is not responded to, and it is highly unlikely that it will be mentioned by the liberal Massachusetts media which will stop at nothing to insure that the liberal Democrat Markey wins, than nasty tactic this will become a national trend for Democrats as the 2014 mid-term election approaches. If Markey is not held to account for this dirty and despicable smear, Democrats will be emboldened and will run amuck with impunity with these types of desperate tactics. This gutter politics will become par for the course as Americans start to wake up and feel the pinch of Obamacare which will start to kick in this year.

The Markey ad, which ran on MSNBC, criticizes OPSEC, a group of Navy SEAL’s, which includes Gomez, for claiming that President Obama had revealed national security secrets pertaining to the bin-Laden operation in order to score political points in his re-election campaign. OPSEC claimed that Obama, by revealing information about the operation, risked turning the bin Laden killing into “an intelligence disaster.”

In classic agit-prop style, Markey and his left-wing echo chamber is falsely claiming that OPSEC is made up exclusively of Republicans and is itself motivated by politics. Whether or not OPSEC is political, Markey, the 35 year incumbent congressmen with an undistinguished career and who is not well known or well liked outside his district, has demonstrated the nerve to put up a picture of Gomez, his opponent, a graduate of Harvard Business School and a successful businessman whose parents immigrated to this country from Columbia, next to the villain of 9/11.

No doubt the liberal Massachusetts Democrats, with possible assistance from national Democrats will close ranks, lock-step, behind Markey. The Democrats realize that a Gomez victory would likely have the same effect as the victory of Republican Scott Brown in the 2010 special election for the Senate in Massachusetts, an effect that would shake the Democratic Party to its core, like an earthquake, as the 2014 mid-term elections approach next year.

In the aftermath of the radical Islamo-Communist terror bombing of Boston, and a subsequent spate of near misses and evacuations across the country, it is appropriate to look back and consider the measures that were taken in similar circumstances in 1919 by A. Mitchell Palmer, the liberal Democratic Quaker Pacifist Attorney General who served in the liberal Democratic administration of President Woodrow Wilson.

Following the 1917 Bolshevik coup in Russia, pro-Soviet anarchists launched a campaign of bombing and assassination against American officials, judges, and prominent citizens. On August 20, 1918, Bolshevik leader Vladimir Lenin issued a fatwa against the United States of America in his “Letter to American Workers.” Lenin called on his American sleeper cells to “play an exceptionally important role as uncompromising enemies of American imperialism” by launching a “civil war against the bourgeoisie.”

April 28, 1919, a Bolshevik bomb was dismantled at the home of Seattle Mayor Ole Hanson. The next day, a Bolshevik bomb ripped the hands off of an employee of Georgia Senator Thomas Hardwick and severely burned his wife. A few days later, on May Day, 1919, 34 bombs were intercepted before reaching their targets which included such leading figures as Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, North Carolina Senator Lee S. Overman, Utah Senator William H. King, Postmaster General Albert Berlson, and John D. Rockefeller. On that same day, coordinated violent and seditious riots were launched in several American cities including Boston. The next day a bomb ripped through a municipal building in Brownsville Pennsylvania.

On June 2, 1919 eight American cities were bombed simultaneously by Soviet sympathizing anarchists. Bombs exploded at the homes of Boston Judge A. F. Hayden and at the Newton, Massachusetts, home of State Representative Leland Powers. A bomb was defused at the office of Cleveland Mayor Harry L. Davis and two bombs exploded in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh, one next to the home of Federal Judge J. Thomson and the other next to the home of immigration official W.W. Sibray. In New York City, the home of Judge Charles C. Nott was bombed killing night patrolman William Goshner and an unidentified man in what the New York Times referred to as an “infernal killing machine.” In Philadelphia, the Our Lady of Victory Roman Catholic Church and the Frankfort Arsenal were bombed. On that day bombs exploded at the homes of prominent citizens in Patterson and East Orange New Jersey.

Most significantly from a political standpoint, a huge bomb ripped through the front of the Georgetown home of Attorney General A. Mitchell Palmer. The terrorist planting the bomb was killed when he tripped running from the scene. Palmer and his young family were not hurt in the assassination attempt. The massive explosion caused windows to shatter at the neighboring home of Palmer’s close friend and political associate, Under Secretary of the Navy Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who ran out to help.

Palmer acted swiftly by establishing a special unit to investigate the terrorists and he put 24-year-old liberal Democrat J. Edgar Hoover in charge. The special unit, which would become the FBI, proceeded to round up more than 10,000 suspected alien terrorists over the next seven months. By January 1920, 247 alien terrorists had been deported. Those who could not be deported due to insufficient evidence were released.

Nine months later, September 1920, pro-Soviet anarchists bombed Wall Street killing 40 commuters and injuring more than 400 in an explosion that would make the Boston Marathon bombing look like a fire-cracker in comparison. The street was littered with dismembered corpses and puddles of blood. The pro-Soviet jihadists were secular radicals, most of who had recently emigrated from Europe, who were trying to destabilize America with a new kind of warfare. They called their terrorist acts the “propaganda of the deed.” Their garden of Allah was socialism and anarchy.

The Wilson administration broke the back of the terrorist infrastructure and the result was relative peace and security for several generations. Contrary to the propaganda of the terrorist sympathizers, this was accomplished lawfully and with an impressive degree of restraint. Alien terrorists and their alien enablers were deported, the threat was suppressed, and civil liberties were preserved.

The Wilson administration response to the emergency went a long way toward sparing this country from the type of chaos and violence that plagued Europe at the time, violence and chaos that contributed to the enthronement of National Socialism in Germany. President Wilson articulated his counterterrorism policy in his December 1919 message to Congress: “Let us be frank about this solemn matter, the evidences of the world-wide unrest which manifest themselves in violence throughout the world bid us pause and consider the means to be found to stop the spread of this contagious thing before it saps the very vitality of the nation itself.”

The Islamo-Communists of today are more dangerous than were the Anarchist- Communists of 1919-1920 because of their indiscriminate terror tactics. Rather than targeting specific people for murder, as did the Anarchist-Communists, the Islamo- Communists kill as many Americans as they possibly can as was the case at the Boston Marathon. Wilson recognized the subversive threat the alien anarchists posed to America and he chose to crush the conspiracy in an entirely lawful manner. No alien has a right to reside in the United States, or in any sovereign state according to norms of international law and custom. Like the FBI of 1919-1920, the FBI today should roundup aliens suspected of involvement in the terrorist conspiracy and, after a process of determining the nature of the involvement, those found to have been involved in aiding or abetting terrorism should be swiftly deported.

Morse has lots to say, and what he says about ACORN needs to be common knowledge if the "fundamental transformation" of America that ACORN and Obama have been pursuing is to be stopped.

Chuck Morse is the host the radio talk show "Chuck Morse Speaks" which is nationally syndicated on the IRN/USA Radio Network Mon – Fri 10 AM – Noon ET. He is the author of books and columns that have been published in The Boston Globe, The Washington Times, The Providence Journal, the New Bedford Standard Times, WND, Newsmax and Front Page. Chuck Morse received the 2003 Communicator of the Year award from the National Right to Work Committee and was named a "Heavy 100" Radio Talk Host by Talkers Magazine. Morse ran for Congress in 2004 against ACORN enabler Rep. Barney Frank in Massachusetts.

Morse really gets it, and the title of his ACORN book – ACORN: The Takeover of America – is right on target.

Their ilk thrives in an atmosphere of uncertainty and perceived impending chaos as this condition presents an opportunity for them to invent new consciousness."

As I wrote on September 29, 2008 in "Blame Obama's ACORN for the Financial Crisis" (www.webcommentary.com/php/ShowArticle.php?id=gaynorm&date=080929):

"Don't expect the mainstream media to identify ACORN and its favorite community organizer and lawyer, rookie United States Senator and current Democrat presidential nominee Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. among the villains in the current financial crisis.

MSNBC urges us to lean forward, but we need to look back and learn. Morse focuses on plenty of facts that the liberal media establishment won't.

Barack Obama, the community organizer who first became the Senator from ACORN, then the President from ACORN and cleverly distanced himself in the general public perception from ACORN in 2009 and thus successfully ran for reelection, candidly spoke of "fundamentally transforming the United States of America" five days before Election Day 2008, but takeover is clearer.

Atypically, the book is even better than its promotional description suggests.

Morse wrote in his book that "ACORN technically went out of business in 2009 after their criminality was exposed by Operation Veritas activists James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles" and "[m]ost of their taxpayer funded grants were cut off as a result of the scandal" and "evidence suggests that local branches of ACORN have continued to operate under other names." He did NOT indicate that ACORN is defunct.

Defunct means "no longer living, existing, or functioning," and the ACORN family or organizations (as ACORN founder and chief organizer from 1070 until 2008 put it) definitely is NOT defunct. The 28-page report rightly concluded that (1) "[r]umors of ACORN's demise are completely false" because "ACORN lives on in the form of its affiliated organizations, such as Affordable Housing Centers of America, The Advance Group, The Black Institute, and Project Vote" and "ACORN's newly formed state organizations will continue to carry on...ACORN's work of organizing low- and moderate-income folks) ACORN's bankruptcy papers "appear to be incomplete and/or inaccurate" and "investigators believe these papers do not account for tens of millions of dollars in ACORN funds"; (3) "Project Vote is clearly going to continue to undermine the rule of law and the integrity of elections through fraudulent voter registrations" and "has retained voter registration fraud-tainted staff," so "the scandal of 2008 is bound to be repeated in 2012"; and (4) "ACORN leaders at both the state and national levels seem to have systematically violated numerous laws, and yet, the Obama Justice Department, likely due to the president's personal and political ties to the organization, refuses to investigate."

Morse rightly asserts: "As this nation enters into the second term of the Obama administration, former ACORN operatives are operating full speed ahead in most American cities. After the collapse of ACORN, they morphed into Occupy Wall Street and elements got out the vote for Obama and liberal Democrats in 2012. They consist of a growing cadre of idealistic young people, dedicated and well-meaning young people who are willing and eager to put in long and thankless workdays for very little pay. It's really too bad that this well intentioned idealism is directed not toward helping poor people become self-sufficient and proud members of our free society."

Exactly, and ACORN whistleblower Anita MonCrief appreciates that even better than Morse, because before the 2008 election she was one of those well-intentioned idealists and proudly voted for Obama in the utterly unrealistic expectation that he would be good for America, and then "evolved" as she watched what he actually proceeded to do and was disillusioned.

ACORN is subversive, and as ACORN expert Matthew Vadum warned in"Subversion Inc.: How Obama's ACORN Red Shirts are Still Terrorizing and Ripping Off American Taxpayers, "ACORN is still with us, doing its best to destroy American capitalism and democracy." "ACORN is hoping its latest public-relations ruse may give it an opportunity to take in untold millions of taxpayer dollars under cover of darkness just in time to influence upcoming elections.

"The ruse consists of ACORN's effort to pass off various state chapters as supposedly new groups independent of ACORN. In this rebranding charade, state chapters are pretending to break away from the national ACORN group and reincorporate themselves as independent organizations.

"At least four dummy nonprofit corporations have emerged from the rebranding process in recent months.

"They are the Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment, New York Communities for Change, New England United for Justice (Massachusetts) and Arkansas Community Organizations. All four groups operate out of ACORN offices and are run by ACORN staffers. The president of New England United for Justice, Maude Hurd, just happens to be the 20-year national president of ACORN.

"A senior ACORN staffer acknowledged the scam in an e-mail leaked to me:

'The truth is that it is hard for us to forsee [sic] any scenario where ACORN continues beyond the end of 2010 and some of us think it might not last that long," writes Nathan Henderson-James, director of ACORN's online campaigns, in an apparently authentic Feb. 22 e-mail.

'Last one to leave turn out the lights and wipe the server,' he writes at the end of the message.

"The message from Mr. Henderson-James was forwarded to me by various sources who obtained it from the Google listserv Townhouse, an invitation-only discussion forum run by Matt Stoller, senior policy adviser to progressive hero Rep. Alan Grayson, Florida Democrat.

"My sources advise me that the hundreds of high-level Democratic operatives, liberal activists and journalists who subscribe to the listserv are furious that Mr. Henderson-James' e-mail was leaked. Listserv members are said to be angrily accusing each other of being the leakers. This breach of security could be the end for Townhouse, one of the members reportedly said.

"ACORN Housing Corp., the best-funded of ACORN's affiliates, is also participating in the rebranding effort aimed at duping high-dollar charities and the public and allowing ACORN to continue eating your tax money. ACORN Housing has opted simply to change its name to Affordable Housing Centers of America Inc.

"There is no indication so far that ACORN intends to rebrand its voter-registration arm, Project Vote, which continues to operate."

The former Harvard Professor who received tenure by falsely claiming to be a minority, the former corrupt corporate hack and insider fixer Elizabeth Warren has transformed herself, since being elected to the US Senate, into a shameful Democratic Party stooge. There she stood, on the day after the atrocity at the Boston Marathon, at a press conference where she took the opportunity to praise President Obama profusely and to let us all know what a wonderful job he is doing. No mention of the three people brutally murdered in the bombing. No mention of the over a dozen people fighting for their lives who had their limbs blown off. Barely a mention of the incredible work being done by law enforcement at all levels or the brave and selfless work of Boston volunteers who rose to the occasion. I’m sure President Obama is doing a great job but even he must have cringed with embarrassment at this level of blatant butt kissing.

Since being elected, the former corrupt corporate lawyer, who got a big check from Dow Chemical to stop women who were trying to get a little justice after being contaminated with toxic chemicals leeching out of their breast implants, has focused on raising dough for Democratic candidates. In one of her first acts in Congress, she set up a PAC to raise money for Democratic congressional candidates to run against her Republican colleagues in Congress. While there is nothing wrong with raising money for Democrats or Republicans it is obviously unseemly for a sitting US Senator to be doing it and to then expect to conduct the business required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and by the nation by working with Republicans to get things done.

At least she doesn’t appear to have put her hand in the till yet which was not the case when she was flipping foreclosed-on mortgages back home in Oklahoma City. Back then she made bundles of money turning people out of their homes, including a woman with children whose husband was serving in Iraq, people who fell late on their mortgages, so she could make a quick buck. No doubt she was working with the banks, members of the same industry that she smugly and sanctimoniously railed against during her campaign.

Oh yes, the champion of the little guy, the hero of those who are just seeking a place at the table, also took big checks from an insurance company trying to dodge claims from victims of asbestos cancer and from a manufacturer trying to screw their union employees. The inside fixer also got a tidy sum from you and I, the working taxpayer, for setting up the ironically named Consumer Protection Bureau, ironic given Warren’s stellar record of protecting consumers. President Obama had enough sense to pass her over when it came time to appoint a head of that new agency. He probably knows some things about her that the rest of us don’t.

This brings me to my fellow Massachusetts voters. I understand that Massachusetts is a liberal state that elects liberals to office but I expected more discernment even from my fellow Massachusetts citizens, even though they are liberal. I expected them to at least notice the enormous sums of corporate cash pouring into her campaign from out of state, more corporate moolah for a state candidate than any in Massachusetts history. But, alas, they elected this consummate liar, this faker who was getting over 300K per year and a free house from Harvard to teach one class. Now we’ll have to listen to her drone on incessantly about campaign finance reform and the millionaires and billionaires. Thus, for the next six years Massachusetts will have to endure disgrace and humiliation as we become a laughing-stock. For one, I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to my fellow Americans on behalf of my state for inflicting this travesty of a Senator on the rest of the country.
