This is by far the best foundation i have ever tried. It feels like a tinted moisturizer but it gives medium to full coverage. I have found it doesn't clog your pores and it doesn't feel heavy its almost like its not there.Also this foundation blends easily and it sinks in to your skin, it doesn't stay on top and make it look fake like some do. I also love the packaging because its easy to travel with its light but the lid fits tight so it doesn't dry out. You also have complete control of how much comes out. I absolutely love and recommend this to everyone.

Eating Disorders

Eating disorders have become a serious problem in teens and in young adults. They feel they have to be a certain size to feel good about them self’s. Which is so not true everyone’s bodies are different they were built different which means the size you are depends on your bone and body structure there are many ways to become a healthy weight or size that works for you . You don’t need to starve yourself or get sick after you eat or do crazy calorie counting and extreme workouts. Because the reality is your only hurting you body because your not giving it the nourishments it needs to be strong and healthy. There are simple and easy things you can do to stay healthy, for example most of us love soda but that’s not good for us because it has no nutrition that the body needs. By substituting it for water you will notice a difference in your complexion, in your weight and even in your skin care because you aren’t putting in chemicals in your body that take nutrients from your body. Also you can cut out junk food and I know that seems hard but you can still eat it just once in a while and don’t think of it as stopping think of it as taking a break. Junk food has little to no nutrients it has lots of fats and oils and its just all around bad for you. By stopping you will notice a big change in weight in your energy level and your all over body because you will substitute it for healthy things. So you change the way you think like if you want something sweet eat strawberries or a sweet tasting fruit instead of candy. Another thing you can do is exercise and I know we don’t want to work out because its difficult but if you start by taking 30 min walks daily you will start to see you have more energy and that will help you get the motivation to go to a gym or go for a run. Also instead of the usually workout you could join a sport or a dance class so you can have fun and workout without paying attention to how hard you actually worked out. These ways are simple but effective things you can do to help your body. Like anything you want to stick with them you want to make sure you eat about 1500 to 2000 calories daily and have about 30 to 40 min of cardio a day. Another thing to do is make sure you are getting plenty of sleep at night beaceuse sleep gives you energy to workout and to make healthy and logical dicisions. If you have an eating disorder your not alone truth is about 5-7% of women in the US will suffer from an eating disorder at some time in their lives. An eating disorder is not something to be ashamed or embarrassed about. If you think you or someone you know have an eating disorder you need to tell some one or call the national help line for eating disorders at 1-800-931-2237 because the life you save could be your own.

This is the best moisturizer i have ever tried its so soft and you can feel just how soft your skin is. not only is this little guy a moisturizer its an acne treater as well. it contains salicylic acid which works so well.when i get lazy i just take off my makeup and use this moisturizer and i don't get breakouts.this product is my miracle worker i love it so much and i recommend it to everyone. :)

Demi lovato is known as a singer and actress, She is a role model to millions of people. She started her career with the children's show barney and friends she has since played many roles including her own TV show Sonny with a Chance. She has had a lot of success but she was hiding something from everyone including herself she had a problem that a lot of teenage girls have it was an eating disorder and cutting herself. She checked herself into a treatment facility to help with this problem where she then found out she was bipolar. She is now recovering and helping herself but, many people are upset with Demi because they feel she is not a good role model. I don’t see this because admitting to yourself and the world that you have a problem is a very brave and inspirational thing to do. A lot of people would have ignored it until it was to late or they would get help but keep everything a secret. Not Demi she wants the people who look up to her know they don’t need to hurt themselves to be happy or perfect she wants them to know they are not facing this alone that there are others going through the same thing. I think Demi is an amazing person for getting help. She will always be an inspiration for helping others deal with the struggle to be perfect.

This is the best flat iron i have ever tried i absolutely love it. It ranges from 350-430 degrees it is infused with Vitamin E which makes your hair so soft,shiny and silky. This is the best straightener I've ever tried. Its light and easy to travel with it only takes about a minute to fully heat up. The light blinks when heating up and stays on when fully heated.This flat iron also comes with a fairly long cord so you can move around a little bit and you don't have to sit in the same place when straightening your hair.This is a great product and i definitely recommend it. It is also very well priced and worth every penny! :)

The mac brush cleanser is something that has been out for a long time. This cleanser is good for spot cleaning and deep cleaning. What a lot of people don't know is you need to keep your brushes clean so they don't grow bacteria and that is one cause of acne and other breakouts. Cleaning your brushes regularly is good for the brush and your skin. This cleanser is the only cleanser i use because it works so well you can see all the makeup coming off your brushes.Its also very well priced and definitely worth every penny. :)

The cleanser was given the allure best beauty product award in 2009. Ive been using this product for three weeks it is one of the WORST products ive ever tried.

Pros:

It smells like grapefruit

Has a easy to use pre measured pump

Cons:

It dries out the skin

Does not treat acne

Doesn't leave the skin feeling clean

This may work for some people but not me i have oily to normal skin and it dried out my skin the first time i used it i would never repurchase this product!!!
