Kristin is a boundless source of energy and commitment towards historic preservation of the Syracuse mansion. Thank you Kristin, bravo! As a result of this success we have decided to postpone my guest chef Sunday lunch until a later date. Let's face it, it'd be hard to upstage that event, and I need to be in the spot light- cocky chef syndrome! Also we will look forward to a more seasonal menu in the thick of it in July when the field greens are tender, the strawberries are ripe, and the zucchini blossoms are blooming! Although it has been a bit disheartening at times, I have not lost my determination and hope to be back in business before the close of 2015. I continue to have great respect and admiration for Eric and his expertise in entrepreneurship and have no doubt that 51 Albany will indeed be one of the best buildings in the village. This retail space will serve as a great opportunity for Cazenovia's next budding small business person to get on the map and as Burrell's mother Anne Marie Neuland said "one less empty store front" will be good for the village.
