Phil Mickelson has won his third Masters title, shooting a wonderful five under 67 Sunday to take control for a three-stroke win over Lee Westwood from England.

Even better than putting on another green jacket for Mickelson was seeing his wife waiting for him behind the 18th hole at the green at Augusta National with joyful tears streaming down her face.

Amy Mickelson has not been at a golf tournament since being diagnosed with breast cancer a little more than 11 months ago and her husband had not looked the same since.

Fat people. Yes, fat ass people.

What is going on with this weight problem epidemic ?

Is it just the USA or is it every country in the world?  Why does it seem that almost everyone is a fat ass?  Even kids now days are fat as hell.

I am writing this post because i am pissed off at seeing all of the fat ass people walking around everywhere. I see tons of cars in lines at the McDonald drive  though . Endless lines of large people waiting in line for tacos. Families and children eating at Denny,s  getting upset at the waitress over not  bringing the butter for their already over saturated fat rolls and bacon biscuits.

Kids complaining that they want desert before finishing their disgusting hamburger or hot dog with fries.

This is an embarrassment to the human life. An embarrassment to the  body and temple that was given to us by an almighty universal power. I understand that no one is perfect and we all have our own particular preferences when eating but when does this reach a point of judgment?

When should the parents intervene and have a sense of control with this situation? When does a parent have the right to actually complain about their kids fat ass overweight symptoms? Is it not their fault? Is it the parents who should be the ones to blame because they are the disciplinary instructors?

Health care has made some changes.

Also, depending upon your income,(whether it is low or really low) you may be among the millions of US citizens who will get a tax credit to to help pay for your new coverage.

* Also, for the first time in coverage history, insurance companies will no longer be allowed to simply tell you “sorry, no way to get you approved”. They will be required by law to offer coverage regardless of your health background and status, and they cannot selfishly raise rates or drop you from your coverage when you are ill.

Sidney Crosby is now an Idol for Canada!  He scores the final goal for the Olympics ice hockey team Canada to win the Gold medal.

Canada came through bigtime when it mattered the most, beating Team USA in Overtime  for the men’s hockey gold medal on its own ice.

What a performance by both teams in this very exciting game. It was a nail biting game all the way to the end. USA scored the tying goal with 22 seconds left in regulation before going into sudden death. Now, bring in Sidney Crosby. The hockey God.  He comes in and scores the winning goal for Canada to take its Gold medal.

Congratulations Canada.

There was a killer Whale Attack. The Sea World tragedy is not yet over. The majority of people are now seeking to see exactly how the trainer was attacked by the Shamu, in the bizarre final moments before she perished. This Video is hard to find anywhere for some reason. In the midst that several pieces of footage have poked around popping up that took place before and after the attack happened, there is a big nil of no actual incidence taking place.

It seems that the endless pursuit is on for the footage of the trainer being snagged by the whale and bashed around before the animal swam to the bottom with her. What amazes me is why people are so fanatic about finding out to watch such a morbid briefing on this subject? What is the purpose of seeing this to the end? Why re-live those horrifying moments that resulted in the death of a human being?

Right now, there happens to be a steady debate sizzling over animals that are kept in captivity for human amusement. There are those who have even suggested that the whale should be put down, but is this really the way of dealing with this situation on a humanely basis? As unfortunate as this situation is, we have to remember that the whale is as wild as a lion of the jungle. Who are we to decide that this whale should be put to death?

To make things even worse, how grotesque is it trying to find the video of someone’s horrible death? Dawn Brancheau’s family and friends are mourning her loss while the world is insanely busy trying to get their hands on this abnormal footage on which way she died.

Newest Credit Card Laws 2010 and Rules Takes Effect as of NOW marking a  huge significant turning point for American consumers.

For a long time, credit card companies have had once ruled the empire of free rein to employ deceptive, sneaky tactics that hit up responsible consumers with incredibly unreasonable costs. But now, we are moving this balance of power back to us, the consumer, and we are now holding credit card companies accountable for their actions.

All the cash we THOUGHT was going towards our computer, was instead diverted toward smaller purchases that we would have preferred to pay off at a later time.

Beginning Monday February 22, 2010 the credit card company act of 2009, signed into a law last may which will end what consumers have called unfair, deceptive and sneaky business tactics.

These are 4 things to be on guard against in the new beginning of these rule changes. Number 1, stick to a fixed card rate, be carefully and review your rewards program options, there is a possibility that new service fees are incorporated for these programs. Be cautious of foreign use of credit cards. There are companies which may drill you with heavy fees for using your card in foreign transaction territories which could mean online transactions.

Finally, under new laws, you may have to think about canceling a few of your cards.

The Consumer groups mention that the law is a great beginning step in protecting customers from the more insane tactics of the credit card companies but those companies still have some tricks up their sleeves, so consumers still need to be on alert.

The new rules do not absolve customers from their obligation to finish paying off their bills, however, they finally equal out the field so that each and every family and small businesses using credit cards have information they will need to make responsible financial decisions.

Is it possible to be happy?

When I realized that this was a popular topic, it also made me think about this question as well. I can see both sides of the coin, however, the answer is that it is possible to be happy. It is a known fact that our economy is at an all time low, war is going on, weather is changing throughout the world and more and more kids are carrying guns on the streets and to school.

I would have to say that being happy would be tough after hearing this. A big problem is, there are always individuals who are “better” than you or simply in a better situation than you are in but realizing this we must recognize this and move on to our lives instead of mourning or complaining that we do not have this or that. Think of things like Haiti. They are going through hell right now.

What is it that you are not happy about? Fix it. You cannot buy happiness. Money will not solve your problems. If you are truly not happy, sit down with a note pad and write down everything that comes into your mind that is making you unhappy. To ease the pain, think of the things that do make you happy and see what you can do to add to this.

Always remmember what you do have instead of what you do not have.

Happiness will come, just do not give up to quickly.

Shaun White has done it again! During the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada, White once again won a gold medal in the halfpipe.

At the finals, White had recorded a score of 46.8 on his very first run of the course, which most certainly proved to be a high enough score to secure the highest medal of all, the gold medal, and not even needing a second run. But regardless,he performed his second run anyway. And get this, he ended his run with a double McTwist 1260! One of the hardest snowboarding tricks to do in the history of boarding. The second run resulted in a record score of 48.4 with 50 being the highest possible score! He went to take a lead in his margin of victory. The next in line, who won the Silver medal, was behind Shaun White by a score of 45.0.

Shaun White Milestones:

* White has become the first snowboarder ever to land back to back double corks, at the Red Bull superpipe.
* White remains the only skater to land the body varial frontside 540
* He was also the first to land a Cab 7 Melon Grab in vert skateboarding.
* He was named the chairman of snowboarding on the Spike TV Guys’ Choice Awards on June 13, 2007.
* White starred in the 2005 snowboarding documentary First Descent.
* Shaun White was one of the elite few pro snowboarders to be a guest editor of Snowboarder Magazine

USA Seth Wescott grabbed his second Olympic snowboard cross gold medal on Monday in a tightly struggling battle won on the last final jump of the semi-snowy course.

Wescott, who also won the gold in the sport’s debut in Turin, began the race in the rear of the pack of four men but then made his winning move after his teammate Nate Holland spun out of control about halfway through the race.

Wescott slipped pass Tony Ramoin from France then pulled neck-to-neck with Canadian Mike Robertson, who was being cheered on like crazy by his hometown crowd where he resides.

But the American came about and slammed on a tighter line on the final turn and pulled totally even with Robertson then sped up cruising ahead of him on the final jump, and eventually crossed the finish line first.

Robertson received the silver and Ramoin got bronze.
