<p><span style="font-family: Arial; color: #003300; font-size: small;">I definitely have as I love all great foods that we have for Christmas. So I looked at it and thought why not do something now to loose few kilos and then enjoy all the Christmas foods without having worry about my weight.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial; color: #003300; font-size: small;">I love to exercise and do so every other day. I am not one that likes to lift weights, do push-ups and I do not run unless something big and bad chasing me so I looked for an exercise program that is effective, fun and fast exercising the whole body and gives me a good cardio workout. I found one which I like very much and best of all it gives fast results in toning your body and burning that extra fat. It  is a set of 5 videos and here is the first of the series.
