		<title>The Importance of Maintaining A Stretching Routine</title>
		<description><![CDATA[We all know that stretching is an important part of any workout program, but how often do we really follow through and do it. I am currently training for my second marathon and I often fail to do much stretching at the end of my workout. I am also not doing a regular stretching routine on my off training days. As you an tell by my last sentence we typically do not think of stretching as being of equal importance as the rest of our training. This is a huge mistake. I can feel tightness in my muscles, especially in the back of my legs, and I may be setting myself up for a future injury. I'm not sure why we knowingly do things, or in this case don't do things, that could lead to possible injury and decreased performance. The fact is that if you will just work to increase your flexibility with a good stretching program it will be easier to maintain that level of flexibility in the future.

		<title>We are Human Beings not Human Doings</title>
		<description><![CDATA[I am really writing this post for myself and I know I'm not alone in our chronic desire to fill every minute with doing. Doing can be quite satisfying because you feel good about what you are accomplishing and our accomplishments can contribute to our feelings of increased self esteem. I know I love the feeling of crossing things off my to do list. However it is worth checking in from time to time to see what lies behind our doings. Are we motivated out of fear or out of a pure place of joy? I find when I have to fill every possible moment with what I deem as productive behavior that is a sure way to burn out.

It is important to pay attention to chronic busyness. Are you afraid that if you stop, smell the roses and just rest a bit that your life may fall apart? I know there have been times in my life that I felt I had to carry the weight of the world on my shoulders. Of course this was self imposed. The more I felt I had to do the less my life would work.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[ homeopathic practitioner friend of mine just shared a series of videos on youtube where Gary Null delivers a Death Blow to Vaccines at NYS Assembly Hearing. He is thoughtful, complete and gives a comprehensive picture of the vaccine crisis our nation is facing. He is emotional at times yet rational and fair. I get how much he cares about the public's well being. My take away from his presentation to the NYS Assembly is as a nation we have put the public's health in the hands of individuals involved in the Vaccine industry whose motives are questionable, science is faulty and who as a collective have over 100,000 lawsuits made against them.

The two most important questions that Gary Null asks at the beginning of his expose of vaccines are,  Are vaccines safe and what  is the proof?  Do vaccines work and what is the proof? It need not be any more complicated than that. However through half truths, omissions and poor and sometimes fraudulent science the public is being put at grave risk by feeling compelled to vaccinate each and every flu season.
