Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez Aren't On a Break Because of Her Mom: 'They Have Their Own Issues

Selena Gomez‘s mom Mandy Teefey has been clear she doesn’t approve of her daughter getting back together with ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, but that’s not why the duo are taking a breather.

“They’re not on a break because of her relationship with her mom. They have their own issues and are always on and off,” says a source about the couple, who first dated in 2010. “She wouldn’t base her relationship off of what her mom thinks.”

In an interview earlier this year, Teefey admitted she was “not happy” about the rekindled romance, but added that “Selena can live her life however she wants as long as she is happy, safe and healthy.”

Though the “Sorry” singer wasn’t photographed spending his 24th birthday on March 1 (he stepped out for a go-kart excursion followed by dinner at Mastro’s) with Gomez, the source says the couple — who never officially defined their relationship since reuniting in the fall — celebrated together earlier in the day.

“They’ve been having disagreements, but it wouldn’t be surprising if they’re back together in a week,” adds the source.

In late December, an insider told PEOPLE exclusively the “Wolves” singer and her mom Mandy Teefey were estranged, but that it wasn’t just because of Bieber. “Mandy and Selena have had their ups and downs before. This isn’t the first time,” said the insider.

Gomez, 25, and Teefey are still working on their relationship and are now back in contact. “They didn’t talk for a while. They’re not hanging out together, but they’ve been communicating,” says the source.

Last Wednesday, the stars were spotted attending the same church serviceseparately. Gomez appeared to be in high spirits as she hugged a pal goodbye.

“They weren’t getting along and decided to take a break,” a Bieber pal previously told PEOPLE. “It doesn’t seem like a big deal and they will probably be fine soon again.”

There are two things to know about the 2018 version of Taylor Swift:

1. Much like Mariah Carey, frankly my dear, she doesn't give a damn. She doesn't give a damn about her reputation, her haters, or, according to salacious gossip headlines, some fringe friends.

2. She is Taken & Smitten, with capital T's & S's. Her and her man, up-and-coming actor Joe Alwyn, have been going steady for a few months now, and the two are taking their relationship to the next level in the most Taylor Swift way possible: allowing paparazzi to photograph them out together.

When you're Swift, you don't just let things happen to you — you orchestrate them to happen in particular ways at particular times. It's one of the pros of being a professional celebrity. She is a master of controlling her image, and by letting these snaps see the light of day, it means she is ready to actually share her relationship with the world. And for Swift, that matters.

In the news series of photos taken by paparazzi this week, she is seen on an intimate hike with Alwyn. Intimate, except for the fact that Swift clearly notices the cameras and doesn't appear to do much to shoo them away. While there are such things as mega-zoom lenses used by paps (yes, mega-zoom is definitely the technical term for them), in one of the new photos, you see the 28-year-old singer staring directly at the camera, and she doesn't look mad. She looks content. She's kinda even smiling. She knows these photos will be sold for big bucks to the highest payer, in this case it was E! News as seen from the "Exclusive" sticker pasted next to the headline on their site.

So, why does this matter? Oh my god — I'm so glad you asked! See, Swift is a master of avoiding unwanted interaction. And by master I mean, she literally will walk backwards and sideways to avoid giving paparazzi a shot of her face, her outfit, or a minute of her time. She mirrors that same intensity in keeping her relationships on the down low until she is totally ready for that kind of exposure. She also uses them as a way control her narrative.

For the past few months, photos of Alwyn and Swift have been few and far between, and incredibly strategic. First, they were dodging photographers by covering their faces with hoodies. This was to confirm that they were together without her or him having to comment on any of the rumors circulating online. Later, the two were spotted in December 2017 at an Ed Sheeran concert, enjoying themselves in the crowd, which confirmed that they were still smitten (although her reputation lyrics made that pretty clear) and it also doubled as a little plug for her best mate, Sheeran. On her own, Swift was making headlines as a voice for being a "Silent Breaker" and a beacon of feminist light in the entertainment industry, as heralded on the cover of TIME. Being a cute girlfriend didn't fit into that powerful moment. She wanted to be seen as independent and strong, not gushy and cute.

When Swift was dating Hiddleston, she was equally private until photos were leaked and shared from her Fourth of July party. They broke the internet. And likely, they broke her. She lost control, and her boyfriend became a meme. With Calvin Harris, she let it all hang loose on Instagram: them kissing at events, them on vacation together. And we all know that ended badly.

So, she's learning and growing and avoiding paparazzi until the moment's right. And you know what happens to be conveniently coming up? A new music video for the love song "Delicate" is coming out (in which he could be featured). She is going on a huge tour. Alwyn has four movies set to release in the next year. That means red carpets, interviews, and lots and lots of photographs (.... maybe even an Instagram confirmation?). It's about to be go-time for this blonde, blue-eyed couple.

And she's ready.

Because nothing says ‘tacky’ like a $1.4M Ferrari, amiright?! She gets a kick out of the fact that people will stare. She likes to show off her wealth.” Just as Kim was forced to do following her Paris robbery, the Kardashian sisters reportedly think that it’s time for Kylie to let go of her status obsession now that she’s got much more important things to worry about, like mothering a child. The source went on to say that, “Her family thinks she should tone down things a tad now when she is a mom. She is obviously still very immature when it comes to certain aspects of her life.” Ok, so let’s take this news with a grain of salt, mostly because I don’t know if the words “Kardashians” and “tone down” have ever been in the same sentence. But if there’s one thing the family does know, it’s that Kylie has been an amazing, loving, hands-on mother to her new bundle of joy. People’s source did say that QUOTE, “She is a great mom. She only leaves her baby girl for short outings.” This all was just confirmed by Kylie herself, who recently featured Stormi’s little baby toes on social media, so so what if she still enjoys a lavish lifestyle? Throughout the 17 minute long documentary directed by Tabitha Denholm and Produced by YouTube, Camila and her family and friends open up about her experiences moving to Miami and growing up wanting to be a singer. Her parents spoke a lot about how shy Camila was, and how she would get embarrassed when they sang and danced all the time. To help her break out of her shell in regards to performing, she started making YouTube videos. She said QUOTE, “Something clicked for me where I was like, ‘oh this is a way of getting into the singing thing cause you don’t have to have money to post a YouTube video.’” Her channel was under her original first name, Karla Cabello. She said that she posted at least 20 videos that are now mostly deleted, except for one. She continued saying QUOTE, “Posting those covers on YouTube definitely gave me just a little bit more confidence.” Camila and her family also talked about her experience auditioning for X Factor in North Carolina. Her mother planned a whole vacation there so that if Camila was rejected, she would still feel like they had a great trip. But as you’re well aware, that didn’t happen. After making it through several rounds, she was finally given the opportunity to sing in front of the live audience and judges, and her parents were particularly blown away by her courage. And then Simon made an appearance talking about his decision to put Camila in a group after she thought she got rejected altogether. He said QUOTE, “The One Direction audition and the same with Fifth Harmony, it happened in about 5 minutes.” Well that 5 minutes changed her life. And with this life change came a name change. Even though everyone at school still called her Karla, she decided to go by her middle name, Camila for her X Factor adventure. I was goofy and I was extroverted.” But when her time with Fifth Harmony began weighing on her, she knew she had to branch out on her own. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will FINALLY be available in the palm of your hand and it’s all thanks to Google. As we all know, Harry Potter’s magical world is a very elusive one with very few places to experience the magic in person. So unless you live in Europe, Florida, or California, chances are, visiting the Wizarding World doesn’t happen often. But now, fans will be able to experience a little bit of the magic from anywhere in the world! How? Magic of course! Just kidding, it’s all Google’s doing and here’s how that’s happening. Last year, the British Library opened up a fantastic physical exhibit called Harry Potter: A History of Magic. Now, sadly the exhibit’s time has come to an end and although its real doors are closing on February 28th, the exhibit’s life in the digital world is just beginning. In a partnership between the British Library and Google Arts & Culture, the Harry Potter exhibit is now readily accessible to fans all around the world online. The ten original exhibits are available in six languages – English, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, and Brazilian Portuguese – and features a TON of images, interviews, interactive touches and articles on all things related to Harry’s world. Among all of these incredible artifacts are some of J. K. Rowling’s original pitch letter and a sketch she did of Hogwarts. Almost everything your little muggle hearts desire can be found in this online Google exhibit. I know this isn’t AS great as an owl delivering our acceptance letter to Hogwarts, but hey, maybe this Harry Potter: A History of Magic exhibit will keep us busy until then. Find out why people are saying Vero is the new Instagram…and why others are warning people to stay off it. If you’re straight-up over Instagram’s algorithm changes, then you definitely aren’t alone. So what is Vero? Well, much like Instagram, it’s a photo sharing app. But unlike Instagram, you probably haven’t heard of it before. In fact, just a week ago, Vero wasn’t even ranked in the App store’s top 1500 apps. But today it is THE most popular app in the App store. And it’s all thanks to Instagram users looking for a better version of Instagram. Vero is an ad-free social network that QUOTE, “lets you be yourself”. The creator of the app said he started it because he was sick of the privacy policies of ad-based social networks, like Facebook and Instagram. The app itself is, as we said earlier, is very similar to Instagram, with a few big differences. Vero not only lets users share pictures, but also lets you share texts, URLs, and even recommendations for books, TV shows, and movies. So, basically everything you could ever want out of a social media app. Of course, there is another thing Vero has that Instagram doesn’t: The Vero app sorts posts chronologically. Which is something Instagram used to do, until last year when it started sorting things out based on an algorithm that puts everything out of order. News Flash Instagram: We do not like your algorithm, and we never will. Another thing Vero allows users to do is separate their connections with other users categorically. So, you can designate people as close friends, friends, acquaintances, or followers, and opt to share posts specifically with these groups. I know what you’re thinking -- this is all WAY too good to be true. And it actually gets even better. Vero also has a much better privacy policy than other social apps, because it only collects QUOTE “a minimal amount of data about its users”, like names, email addresses and phone numbers. And Vero does NOT provide data to advertisers or other third parties. If all this sounds way too good to be true, however, one user pointed out what seems to be a red flag in Vero’s Terms of Service. Upon using Vero, users give the company the license to use your name, voice, and likeness, as well as free access to basically do whatever they want with your content. Another red flag pointed out, was that in order to delete your account, you have to send in a request, and hope that someone from the company reads it and accepts your request. Okay that’s actually pretty messed up. One final question you might have is--how does Vero make money if it doesn’t have ads? Well, the app isn’t making money just yet, but the company is planning to eventually rely on user subscriptions for the majority of its revenue. CNBC reported the subscription fee will be QUOTE “a few dollars a year”. Wow. Mënyra tjetër është kur dikush kërkon nga sehribazi që t’ia bëjë sehirin personit të caktuar. Më pas sehiri vendoset në vendet që janë të arritshme për çdo njeri, në tokë, në themele, në kulmin e ndonjë objekti, në ndonjë vend brenda shtëpisë… Pasi që sihribazi ta bëjë sehirin, ai i urdhëron xhindet (shejtanët) që ta vendosin sehirin në ndonjë vend vështirë të arritshëm. Prej 1 janarit çmimet e karburanteve në Mal të Zi, janë dukshëm më të larta se ato në rajon. Siç transmeton Portali Analitika, pas futjes së TVSH, prej 21 për qind dhe të akcizave , në Mal të Zi, një litër e benzinës 95 dhe 98, kushton 1.30 euro, kurse një litër euro dizel 1.18 euro.

Në vendet e rajonit e që janë anëtare të BE çmimet janë së paku 9 centë më të ulëta. Në Slloveni, karburantet kushtojnë 1.21 euro respektivisht 1.112, në Kroaci 1.181, respektivisht 1.098 euro . Benzina në Serbi, kushton 1.20 euro , kurse nafta 1.27 euro për një litër .

Maqedonia, gjendet në fundin e listës të vendeve rajonale ku një litër benzinë kushton 1.08 euro, kurse nafta 89 cent.

Në Bosnjë Hrcegovinë, çmimet gjithnjë kanë mbetur nën 1 euro dhe një litër benzinë kushton 97 cent, kurse një litër naftë, 95 cent.

Kur është fjala për çmimet në vendet tjera të Evropës , çmimet më të ulëta të karburanteve janë në Poloni, 0.965 dhe 0.933 euro, për një litër.

Ndërkaq, çmimet më të larta janë në Holandë 1.576, respektivisht 1.233 euro për litër.

-A e përkrahni ndërtimin e Mini-Hidrocentralit gypor në Hot të Plavë-Gucisë. Nëse nuk e përkrahni këtë projekt fantazmë a kini ndërmarrë ndonjë veprim në këtë drejtim?!

Heshtja dhe mos deklarimi i juaj është aprovim në heshtje i kësaj nisme famëkeqe.

Hoti dhe hotjanët janë deklaruar qartë se kundërshtojnë ashpër këtë projekt. Po Ju !

Si një bashkëvendës i juaji nga Hoti mbi Plavë, një vendbanim ky i lan anash qëllimisht nga institucionet e shtetit malazias, për deri sot jam i zhgënjyer në të thirrurit e popullit, gjegjësisht përfaqësuesit shqiptar te tyre në institucione dhe jashtë tyre sepse heshtën kaq gjatë për Hotin.

Kur ishte rasti i njëjti në Vuthaj me Mini-Hidrocentralin Gypor reaguat dhe u deklaruat si subjekte politike, po ashtu edhe me rastin e Deponisë në Martinaj reaguan disa. Pse vallë heshtni për Hotin si partitë, e edhe shoqatat tona në Plavë-Guci, të Plavë-Gucisë?!

. A thua vallë nuk qenka në sferën e influencës apo interesit tuaj, apo ndoshta për Ju, Hoti nuk na qenka në Plavë-Guci, apo ndoshta u jeni nënshtruar atyre që tentojnë të nënshtrojnë Hotin në bashkëpunim me aparatin shtetëror malazias.

Hoti nuk i gjunjëzohet askujt. Hoti dinë të gjunjëzohet vetëm para Flamurit Kombëtar Shqiptar, siç e ka treguar vetengjithmonë përgjatë historisë, por assesi nuk ju nënshtrohet apetiteve të atyre që me dorën shkatërrimtare dëshirojnë të prekin në trojet tona.

Një ngjarje e pazakontë ka ndodhur në Tiranë, ku një burrë është dhunuar nga gruaja dhe vjehrra.Nënë e bijë duket se kanë pasur një motiv të fortë që u ka prekur interesin të dyjave, pasi i janë futur në dru burrit të shtëpisë.Ai ka bërë menjëherë denoncimin në komisariat.Njoftimi i Policisë:Më datë 12.11.2017, u referuan materialet në Prokurorinë e Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë, për shtetaset K.T dhe H.S, vjeç 45 e 66, banuese në Tiranë, pasi dyshohet se në banesë bashkëshortja dhe vjehrra, kanë ushtruar dhunë fizike ndaj shtetasit G.T vjeç 48, banues në Tiranë. Një ngjarje e dhimbshme na vjen nga Turqia ku një grua nënë e një fëmije 4 vjeç ka helmuar bashkëshortin e saj me ilaç bujqësor natën e Vitit të Ri, por më pas është bërë pishman dhe ka njftuar ambulancën.Fatmirësisht kjo histori nuk ka përfundura në tragjedi.Bashkëshorti ka treguar momentin kur ai është helmuar për kamrat e një televizioni turk.E pyetur se përse e ka bërë këtë veprim gruaja është shprehur se dhunohen nga burri i saj, akuza që janë hedhur poshtë nga ai.Gjithsesi edhe pse e shoqja ka tentuar që ta vrasë ai nuk e ka denoncua. Hanemshaja 18 vjeqe shkova per te halla per te bujtur dhe halla na shtroi mu dhe vedatit me nje dhom ajo flinte me burrin e saj ndhomen tjeter. Dhe Vedati i zgjue ne wc, un mendoja si ta bindi Vedatin te mepallonte se ai ishte i gjat i fuqishem dhe mendoja se me knaqte, kur erdhi prej wc i thash mbylle deren me qels se kam frik, i thash hajde te un ne shtrat flejm bashk ai me tha ani dhe erdhi, Gjysme ore kshtu benim muhabet un mendoja si tja filloj por Vedati nuk u permbajt mu versul dhe filloi tme puthte un kte e prisja dhe me shtriu per tme palluar…Kliko ne reeklaamen me posht dhe prit 5 sekonda per tpar vazhdimin..

A është normal Arian Çani?, Shikoni se si e zhvesh në emision live Eni Koçin….Arian Cani si gjithmon vazhdon me skenat provokative ne emision. Është krahasuar me një prej femrave më seksi shqiptare, gjë që edhe vetë ajo e pohon.

Dhe u ul duke ber mhb me mua dhe me ngacmoi me disa mhb pun femrash e kshu por kjo tip i hedhur dmth tip ngacmues pak kurvice eshte 35 vjece por ka nje trup super . E mhb e siper u nxeh mhb de fillova ta prek me duar qe gjoja boll mos me pyet ma per femra .Dhe me puth ne faqe edhe un ja kthej puthjen ne faqe ne ate moment me kapi nke ndjesi e madhe dhe e putha me qafe aty ne buze dhe mu hedh siper meje ne preher . Pasi u puthem pak i thash boll se po na vi njeri jo jo tha nuk vjen kush se vonon burri dhe u zhveshem….

Jam Yllza 24 vjeqare deh vij nga Tirana dhe do te tregoj nje histori te tmerrshme dhe shum frikesuese per mua.
Jam vajze shum e bukur dhe kur shkoj dikund te gjithe meshkujt me shikojn dhe madje edhe te gjithe kamarjeret mi ngulnin syte.
gjate sezonit te veres isha e ftuar ne shume dasma dhe nje dite vere shkova ne nje restaurant ne Tirane, kur hyra salla ishte mbushur plote u ula ne vendin tim dhe pas pak u ngrita qe te kerceja dhe me ra ne sy nje kamarjer qe nuk mi hiqte syte fare dhe pastaj mu deshte te shkoja ne WC dhe e pyta mu at djalin se ku gjindet dhe ai me tha ajde un te shoqeroj dhe kur arrita aty ai me hapi deren u fut edhe ai brenda e mbylli deren me qeles dhe….

Sapo ndodhi kjo tragjedi e madhe: Rrëzohet një aeroplan në Shqipëri, shumë të plagosur, ka edhe të…Sapo ndodhi një ngjarje tragjike. Ku është rrëzuar një aeroplan, dhe siq raportohet se ka shumë të plagosur dhe që janë dërguar urgjentisht në spital. Aksidenti ndodhi sipas të dhënave ku Pilotet e humbën kontrollin e aeroplanit, ja si ndodhi kjo ngjarje tragjike ju sjellim videon kur ndodhi përplasja e aeroplanit,
