I just noticed I haven't posted in here since May! What's up with that?? Idk.. I think I'm going to start posting here way more often.

So, as the title says, I have deactivated my facebook today. I wish I could delete it all together, but the powers that be at FB doesn't seem to let folks do such things. At least I couldn't find anything definitive. Well, maybe I did, but I need my laptop to do it. I've packed my laptop away last night while clearing off my workstation. So, all I have to work with is my phone.

The reason(s) why I deactivated my facebook is that it is a huge time waster. I literally, before, would spend hours on there. Any little notification, I check my phone. Just to see it's some nonsensical thing. WTF?! I grew up in the 80's & 90's. We didn't carry a palm sized computer with us everywhere we went! It was much more peaceful back then.

Am I having withdrawls from the last couple hours of not being on there? Yes & no. Yes, because it checking FB becomes an addictive habit like smoking. Which I seriously need to work on as well. That's another story. No, because it's so much more quiter since I've been off FB.

Other social media isn't as much as an issue as FB is/was. Well, maybe youtube. However, with youtube I'm a creator on there. I also am a consumer of other people's content. Instagram isn't an issue at all. I'm barely on there. Yes, I'm aware that FB owns IG, but IG will stay on my phone. Twitter is in no way an issue. I don't even go on there. Tumblr is where I look for porn. That could be an issue, and another story.

Anyways, just an over due update about what's happening with me.

I payed off a loan that I've been paying on for almost three (3) years. With the "extra" $500 I now have, I'll use that to pay off more debt. Further increasing my cashflow with every debt payed off. After everything is payed off, I'm expecting at least $2300 increase in my monthly cashflow. That will be invested and saved.

Start with the lowest amount. Then work your way up to the highest amount.

I went in his office, and he told me to have a seat. I did then he asked me about vlogs and blogs. He said the main dispatch guy saw something on his phone. He then asked if I blog while at work. I of course denied it, but the way he looked at me he didn't believe me.

He then goes in this thing about wasting company time and it can be an insurance issue. What do they think vlogging is?? The way they make it sound is I'm setting up a mobile TV stage with lots of cameras, lighting, green screens, audio equipment, etc.

How's it "wasting company time"? I did it WHILE working...multi tasking if you will.

How's it an insurance issue?? I never showed anything or anybody's face. I don't get it...

I know how all this got started...

One day during training the guy that trained me asked me about my camera. I told him that I document my life on YouTube and handed him a card. Him being a "Duddly DoRight" kiss ass told the main dispatch guy. The dispatch guy told me I can't do it...I told him ok. I thought I was done with particular situation. This morning proved that wrong.

I swear dude...this new company is full of snitches. Everybody is watching everybody all the time. Then run to the boss if they "don't like" what you're doing. I don't care what anybody does. I'm there to work and make money...which is about the same I was making with Knight.

After my talk with the big boss, and all the asshole-ism... I've been thinking of my future with this new company. Perhaps after I pay down my debt significantly I'll move on to something else.

I'll let you know...

Cliff

*Credit cards are maxed out.

I'm doing my absolute best in all things I do, but it doesn't seem good enough. I feel like a failure. Idk...

I am widdling my debt down though. This was my first full check since July. I just need to keep my sleeves rolled up and put in the work. #Broke #Depressed

In this Video my Brother (Bubby) and I Customize his BMX style bike. I never thought a little bike would take so long to fix. It took about a week to complete. There are a couple more things that need done. It needs a new seat and different peddles. The peddles that were painted don't fit the smaller sprocket crank, so we had to use the original plastic ones. We ordered another pair from a local bike shop here in Reno, NV. They said it should be a few weeks for the new peddles to arrive. As far as a new seat goes, we just have to keep ours eyes open on the style and/or size Bubby wants. The paint used is "Krylon Xmetals" it goes directly to bare metal so there is no need for primer. We got the paint at "Wal-Mart" for $4.95 a can. It took two cans to complete the job. Four (4) coats were applied. Please feel free to do a video response with your project.
During this time off of work, I've been thinking about my Life and all aspects within. Now that I have time, I can fix the things that need fixed. I look around and notice my Life is crowded, cluttered and unorganized...my thoughts, my room, the storage units that my beloved Lucille is housed, my youtube channel, this blog and other things. I have too much stuff! I need to clear it out!
Clifford Frank Perry Jr. shall live the life I was called to live since I was a small child. For the most part I have been, but lacking the perseverance to keep with it...that stops today.

My heart remains heavy with sadness of his passing...a feeling nobody should feel. However, I must move forward. I am a wounded healer, and wish to help those that are wounded themselves.

I've been an Ordained Minister since 2011 but haven't really been acting like it. I've been smoking, drinking, cussing, fighting and just being an asshole in general. At least I'm honest with what I do, compared to a lot of other Pastors that hide it, acting "Holier Than Thou". Meanwhile they're out doing worse things than you! I guess I humanise "the cloth". Which is what we are...HUMAN.

I've always been drawn to Priests, Shamans, Witchdoctors, Preachers and all other Holy People since childhood. When I was fifteen I started exploring other religions/belief systems, because I've always known there is more than what I was being told. Buddhism was the first one. My mother was very upset with this. I guess it challenged her own beliefs. IDK... Seven years ago when I turned thirty, I had a strong urge to explore Shamanism. Which lead to Animism and Pantheism. I figured that both of them combined was Shamanism.

With the studying of a wide variety of religions/beliefs, it lead me to the very essence of them all...LOVE. Yes Love...that's what they all say. However most people just hate on each other while claiming whatever faith. Strange...

I consider myself a Shamanic Practitioner/Eclectic Male Witch with heavy Buddhist/Tao/Zen leanings. I use the title of "Reverend" to make things easier on people. Yes I said "witch". If I say, "I'm a witch!" most folks freak out, but if I say "Reverend" they're more at ease. Yet some just stay clear...especially if I'm wearing my shirt.

Now with my free time I can focus on music and all my other creative things...photography, videography, writing blog posts, etc. Driving a truck took all my time, and I always felt bad that I couldn't do the things I want to do, but now I can. :D

I'm living a more positive Life and being guided by Spirit. I have the strong urge to do this. So it's what I gotta do. You'll see it in my youtube videos, this blog and my LIKE page on Facebook. I'll be posting all and anything of a Spiritual nature, as well as my usual stuff.

I think I wrote enough for now. Until next time...KEEP ROCKIN'!
Looking at my often neglected website/blog, I think it looks a bit cluttered and unorganized. I like the color scheme it has, so that will remain. I will have to painstakingly go through every post and organize keywords, putting them in related groups. I'm also gonna be adding a lot more content.

Since I no longer drive a truck long haul anymore, I have plenty of time for this adventure. I also need to go through all my youtube videos and put them in appropriate playlists. This means my twitter will be kinda spammy looking.

Just a heads up...

After almost five (5) years with Knight Transportation, second time around with them, I was forced to resign...

Ruby Jean

Last thursday (7-14-16) my dispatcher called and said that he and the terminal manager had to talk with me. I went in and was ambushed! My dispatcher, terminal manager and the safety guy were saying how I use excessive fuel, idle too much, not run enough miles and go out of route too much. They even showed me graphs on where I am compared to my peers. I'm also in the top 5% of worst employees at Knight Transportation.

About the idling thing...

I explained to them that in late May the batteries were mostly dead and had to idle. Then in early June the starter went out, with Ruby needing a pull start. Break down told me to not shut her off until I get in the shop...which was about a week for each event. The terminal manager claimed he knew nothing of this. The dispatcher was acting squirrelly about this, because he never told the terminal manager, and throwing me under the bus about every little thing. BUT when he's away from the terminal manager, he acts like he's my best friend! WTF!! Sidewinder...

About the out of route thing...

I take slightly longer routes to avoid traffic in heavy traffic areas and route around big storms in the winter. They weren't having any of that either. They say I'm supposed to follow the exact route they give me. If I did that I would be late for loads.

About the shortage of miles...

It's hard to run miles when they don't give many. They didn't want to hear that either. I told them I have a ledger and would get it. They didn't want to see it.

They said that they "went to bat for me", as some big shot from the main yard (Phoenix, Arizona) wanted me fired. I had my name badge in hand and asked it they wanted it. They said it's up to me. They continued to berate me about fuel. They told me they are giving me a new truck and three (3) weeks to get my numbers up and keep them up. If not, I'm fired.

After thinking about it over the weekend, and moving out of Ruby on Saturday I decided to quit. The whole time with Knight has been one big joke with no punchline. Yesterday (7-18-16) I went into the office and turned in my name badge and fuel card. They acted mad about, but I don't care.

Now I'm looking for a new job. I have some very promising prospects driving and non driving! I am not going over the road again, because Christina is pregnant and I need to be around.

Please tell me your resignation story...

Cliff

House buying is an "Olympic Decathlon" for the mind & finances!

It's definitely not for the weak!!

If you think you're tough, buy a house! You will be filleted & fried repeatedly. You will learn very quickly how much you're worth to the financial district. Believe me, you're not the gangster pimp you think you are. Once your "portfolio" starts getting combed through very finely, you'll quickly realize you're a broke ass POS that should've been handling things better. It makes you kick yourself for slacking off. However, it shows you where you've been messing up at. If you're smart, you'll fix it & build it.

You have to run your life like a business...which I was never taught until now.

Old dogs *DO* learn new tricks!

Are you a tough gangster pimp? Prove it tough guy!! Buy a house!!
