NASCUS - New Form 990 - Sweeping Changes to the Way You Report Information Webinar (11/19/2008 - Internet)

State-chartered credit unions (SCUs) are required to file Form 990, Information Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax. In an effort to enhance transparency and promote compliance, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has completely redesigned Form 990 beginning with the 2008 filing year.

State regulators asked NASCUS to organize training for SCUs on completing the revised Form 990. NASCUS asked Kevin Fincher, Clifton Gunderson LLP, to join us on November 19 to help SCUs gain an understanding of the new Form 990 and its filing requirements.

The webinar will include discussion on compensation reporting, new management and governance disclosures and an update on additional reporting requirements.
