The Systems Engineer 3 should be skilled in the disciplines of technology solutions analysis, planning, definition and business technology strategy alignment and transformation. Business Intelligence Consultant 1, IT Managed Care/Decision Supp, FT, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

With guidance from Supervisor or Team Lead. The Business Intelligence Specialist is responsible for both Data Warehouse and non-Data Warehouse systems development. Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for BI development in conjunction with end-users, managers, clients and other stakeholders. Works closely with customers to understand business requirements and translate to appropriate technical solution to implement a BI solution to end users. The Business intelligence is also responsible for ensuring high levels of BI availability through support function; design of data structures and in depth testing. Develop and generate standard and ad hoc reporting capabilities from new and existing data source from both Data Warehouse and non-Data Warehouse. Strong project management skills and experience in all stages of development life cycle required.

Data Warehouse Specialist 3, IT Managed Care/Decision Supp, FT, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Responsible for overall data warehouse design (DW) design, balancing optimization of data access with batch loading and resource utilization factors. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of designing and constructing data warehouses, operational data stores, and data marts that enable informational, analytical management inquiry of well-integrated, subject-oriented historical data. Individual must be comfortable with rapid application development (RAD) techniques and with developing requirements and design specifications for new and existing data warehouses. The position focuses primarily on data modeling and database design, with additional responsibility for business analysis, data acquisitions/access analysis and design, DBMS optimization, recovery/load strategy design, and implementation.
