Role:  Working as part of a team of security staff, assist a security &amp; specialist search dog team, searching of freight being loaded onto a container /Ro Ro vessel, working as part of a search team searching vessel prior to sailing.<br />

Hours:  24 per week (more available) Timings vary and must be flexible (due to weather, delays etc)<br />
<br />
Requirement:  Full Front Line SIA licence (Security Officer, Door Supervisor, CP etc)  Experience in security preferred, but not essential as full training will be given in basic ISPS Security procedures along with all equipment etc.  Will be required to pass additional security checks via Port authorities.<br />
<br />
Please Note: This is not an anti piracy role and we are looking for individuals local to the Port (within 15-20 mile radius or thereabout)<br />

The Security Analyst will provide technical leadership in the collection, collation and subsequent analysis of information relating to the security risks facing WV operations at a regional and global level. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:<br />
• Collaborate with each Regional Security Director (RSD) to ensure that the OCS security information practice appropriately supports the regional operational program priorities.<br />
• Provide technical advice and support to the Director Operations and the RSDs on emerging security issues and their likely impact on WV’s strategies and programme operations.<br />
• Review risk ratings with the Director Operations and RSDs and contribute to the identification of mitigation strategies that are compliant with WV’s Core Security Requirements (CSR).<br />
• Monitor global security incident reporting and ensure the appropriate dissemination of information to all relevant stakeholders.<br />
• Coordinate assessment, development and implementation of global capacity building plan for security information management based on regional risk.<br />
• Act as a strategic link for the collation, analysis and dissemination of security information connecting National Offices, Regional Offices, Support Offices and Global Centre.<br />
REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE:<br />
• Relevant undergraduate degree, or relevant work experience in the professional security analysis arena<br />
• Sound knowledge of the security information management (collection, collation analysis &amp; dissemination)<br />
• Understanding of the security risk assessment process and risk analysis, security; planning and crisis management in the humanitarian context<br />
• Understanding of setting threat or risk levels for specific contexts, considering the strategic and tactical situation<br />
• Strong analytical (tactical &amp; operational), organizational and problem solving skills<br />

LocationOCONUS – Afghanistan<br />
Description of WorkPlan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of Contractor personnel. Provide office management and administration of Contractor support augmentation personnel. Liaison directly with the USFOR-A JENG Theater Transition Team and 1st Theater Sustainment Command, while assisting and advising Marine or Army BOS-Is, Task Forces, or RCs.<br />
 <br />
Responsibilities<br />
· Advise the team on organizational policy matters such as Equal Employment Opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.<br />
· Analyze and execute training needs to ensure team executes work in accordance with Health and Safety Programs.<br />
· Supervise BCAT members during execution of their responsibilities.<br />
· Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning Contractor personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.<br />
· Interpret Contractor labor contracts.<br />
· Facilitate change in organization to help transition all levels.<br />
<br />
· Forecast future Contractor staffing and organizational equipment needs.<br />
· Facilitate in-briefs with BOS-Is in order to transmit enablers BCATs bring to the BOS-I, review the BOS-I base closure plan, transmit actions required prior to arrival, and support requirements while on site.<br />
· Ensuring all FRAGOs, Taskers, policy letters are properly distributed, understood and followed by all members of the BCAT to ensure no missed suspense dates.<br />
· Gather information, develop briefings and provide status reports as necessary for BOS-I operations.<br />
· Understand supply systems, policies, procedures, data systems, transportation, and classes of supply.<br />
· Ensure all reporting requirements are met in accordance with the Performance Requirements Summary.<br />
· Maintain security of all classified information to include base closure dates, voice communications and hardcopy materials. Report to the COR immediately any incidents of loss of classified information or spillage of classified information to non-classified systems.<br />
· Develop and provide reports, charts, and briefings as requested by the government and according to commander’s policies.<br />
· Coordinate and track transportation and equipment requirements for BCAT team members.<br />
· Be able to manage multiple teams as necessary for teams operating within the same RC or on the same base.<br />
· Serve as a liaison, or delegate to respective BCAT members, to facilitate coordination with key base closure/transfer enablers including Mobile Redistribution Teams (MRTs), Environmental, Real Estate, contracting, etc.<br />
· Provide feedback to the respective enablers, USFOR JENG, and 1st Theater Sustainment Command on status and issues if milestones and suspenses are not being met.<br />
· Ensures Base Transition Smartbook and Base Closure Transfer Policy Standard Operating Procedures are utilized throughout the process; makes recommendations for revisions to USFOR-A JENG as required.<br />
· Consolidate requests for information (RFIs) and actions them through enablers for resolution<br />
· Develop after action reports and reviews in order to capture lessons learned to facilitate future base assistance visits.<br />
Skills· Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to all members of the organization in a clear and concise manner.<br />
· Comprehend Contractor principles and procedures for training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and personnel information systems.<br />
· Business and management skills involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.<br />
· Arithmetic, algebra, statistics, and their applications.<br />
· Structure of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.<br />
· Understand Contractor resources available for referral of employees and how to quickly diffuse a critical situation.<br />
· Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.<br />
· Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.<br />
<br />
Qualification Requirements<br />
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Logistics Management is required. An additional five years of management experience shall be considered an acceptable substitute for the Bachelors’ Degree.<br />
· Secret Clearance.<br />
· Five years of logistical and managerial experience.<br />
· Ability to utilize higher level functions in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.<br />

BCDS is actively recruiting Veterans with recent OEF/OIF experience and an extensive communications and<br />
electronics technology background.<br />
Position Responsibilities Include:<br />
*Assist in the development and update of lesson plans in accordance with the USMC Systems<br />
Approach to Training (SAT) User’s Guide.<br />
*Provide technical input in development and updates of curriculum, Program of Instruction (POI)<br />
and training materials for the courses of instruction.<br />
 *Instruct Military Advisor Team, other Advisors, and Marines assigned to Cooperative Engagement<br />
or Stability and Support Operations (SASO).<br />
*Provide training, in accordance with the Advisor Course CDD/POI, on all USMC tactical<br />
communications equipment to include the following specific skills and equipment:<br />
Communications introduction/refresher; Advanced skills training on current Marine Corps tactical<br />
communications assets; radios and field expedient antennas; tactical communications techniques<br />
across the spectrum of modern technology including: AN/PRC 152, AN/PRC 110, AN/PRC<br />
150/Manpack, AN/PRC 148, MBITR, AN/PRC119, AN/PRC19F, MBITR, AN/PSN 13<br />
(DAGR/GPS), AN/CYZ/10, VRC110, VRC103, INMARSAT (M4 Variant), AN/PYQ-10 (SKL), CYZ-<br />
10, AN/PRC117F Wireless Messaging Terminal, TACCHAT and Blue Force Tracker, CREW<br />
systems.<br />
*Serve as HHQs and communicate with teams and ATG/ATC cadre during exercises.<br />
*Performing first echelon maintenance and repairs on Marine Corps tactical and commercial radio<br />
systems maintained by ATG S-6/ATC. Performing first echelon maintenance and repairs on radio<br />
systems used by foreign militaries i.e. Datron Radio Systems that are or may be maintained at<br />
ATG. Assist with issuing and de-issuing equipment to training personnel.<br />
*This position may require travel to alternate training venues. Performance of duties shall be in a<br />
combination of classroom and field conditions.<br />
Civilian Education:<br />
REQUIRED: High School diploma<br />
DESIRED: College degree is preferred.<br />
Military Education:<br />
REQUIRED: Certification as Marine Corps Range Safety Officers (RSO).<br />
DESIRED: Train the Trainer School (T3S) within last four years from date of hire a plus.<br />
Military/Government Experience:<br />
REQUIRED: Communications Operator training; military experience with an extensive<br />
communications and electronics technology background.<br />
DESIRED: E-7 or above with familiarity with the Mojave Viper and/or the USMC Advisor<br />
Program; operational experience within the last four years as of date of hire; Military<br />
Instructor experience is preferred; Currency with TTP and Lessons Learned from<br />
<br />
recent real world operations within the last four years as of date of hire. Formal<br />
School Instructor Course certification a plus; experience in curriculum development.<br />

REQUIRED: Secret Clearance<br />
