Bujjigadu Movie Review

“Youthful entertainment with taut screenplay clicks”. Seems Puri is hardcore believer of this funda. But, thinking too young sucks. You may question, how young is too young? Then, watch Bujjigadu.

Linga Raju, popularly known as Bujji is a boy who runs away from home at his 11th year when his neighbour cum close friend Chitti refuses to talk to him. He reaches Chennai and turns tough and admirer of Rajnikanth. He waits for 12 years to meet his love Chitti. As soon as he comes back to Vizag, lands in a trouble. That leads him to accept one crore deal to hit someone called Shivaji in Hyderabad. The execution goes other way and Bujji finds his love Chitti.

“Bujjigadu” with a tag made in Chennai, probably goes well with the fancies of teens. This formula movie with hero’s entry followed by a trap and so-called suspense in finding heroine lacks a convincing storyline. Generally, Puri Jagannath goes choosy about music in his movies. None of the songs are up to the mark. Dialogues are good but sound louder than the scene.

Prabhas is right fit for the title role as a stupid, self-confident and arrogant youth with coastal Andhra accent and different body language. Kota and his sons made a perfect group of baddies. And wish the movie makers had given a thought to cast Prakash Raj or some other new face for Shivaji’s (Mohan Babu) role. Cinematography and other technical elements teamed up brilliantly.

Things that gave mediocre touch to this movie should have been considered twice - ending the first part with “Saala I love you”, Trisha and Sunil at an FM Radio station, Mohan Babu’s dialogues, etc.

As Puri says, his hero is bold enough to handle any situation and, generally, rest of the characters also go easy in his movies. One feels life simple while watching Chaplin movies. Were they motivated him? If yes, it’s time he planned for such a melodrama. Picking up the action movie like “The Departed” and coating a bit of comedy and nativity may work out well only in few cases like “Pokiri”.

Bujjigadu, as the word implies, an ideal presentation for adolescents and school going kids. Puri, are you missing your youthful concept here or trying something still younger?

The world in a man vs. A man in the world

The perspective of ‘living cool’, changes from person to person. Imagine yourself laughing loud when you feel happy... quit your job when you feel bore, snug in bed as long as you wish, booze whenever you want, free to learn-passion to teach, accept the noes easily, gutsy to question anything, live not too emotional and so on. Jalsa is such ease of a character, portrayed on big screen by Trivikram.

It’s a well presented movie though there are some missing links and elements to fine-tune the eclectic nature of hero. With background of a Telangana village and experience of a small farmer’s hardships Sanjay Sahu (Pawan Kalyan) knows what makes a person obliged to the power of money and evils.

His knowledge of society and the system’s impact on losing his family, prompts him to join naxal groups. Being active in the group, he differs with them on some fundamentals and practices. Their encounter with combing team headed by Prakash Raj and consequent events drive him to quit the battle path as a naxalite. He feels that he has nothing more to lose and develops a take-it-easy nature after the height of tough times and loneliness. Director failed to present this “grin and negligence” in a better way.

Except that, the movie shows lots of “Jalsa” throughout. Coming out of forests, Sanjay finds himself in young crowds of Hyderabad. Being an obsessive reader he stays in Osmania University as a student (for eternity! – bagging many degrees), enjoying goodtime with friends, getting scholarship and teaching martial arts.

His affair with Kamalini turns debacle as her father Prakash Raj refuses his plea (a tickling scene in the beginning of movie). As his life goes on with rocking evenings, hangover-mornings and the special days of convocations, he becomes close to Ileana after saving her couple of times from bullying. Unknowingly, it brings enmity with Mukesh Rishi.

If you could go illogical for a while, this movie offers solid entertainment with fun, music and of course Pawan Kalyan. Ileana looks pale while her ally Parvati Melton sizzles, though latter’s role has got little importance. Dialogues like “Fear needs no language” “I am not a salesman to convince you that life’s going to be good with me” are really well-written and situational. Devi Sri Prasad has done excellent work; “My heart is beating”, title song and “Gaallo Telinattunde” are taken well on screen too.

As the title sounds, this movie is an exploitation of “live it up” theme touching different shades of an eccentric personality.

YouTube is owned by search giant Google

A one billion dollar lawsuit against YouTube threatens internet freedom, according to its owner Google.

Google's claim follows Viacom's move to sue the video sharing service for its inability to keep copyrighted material off its site.

Viacom says it has identified 150,000 unauthorised clips on YouTube.

In court documents Google's lawyers say the action "threatens the way hundreds of millions of people legitimately exchange information" over the web.

The search giant's legal team also maintained that YouTube had been faithful to the requirements of the 1998 Digital Millennium Copyright Act and that they responded properly to claims of infringement.

In papers submitted to a Manhattan court, Google said it and YouTube "goes far beyond its legal obligations in assisting content owners to protect their works".

Viacom disagreed that either firm had lived up to that standard and said that they had done "little or nothing" to stop infringement.

Abuse

In a rewritten lawsuit filed last month, Viacom claimed YouTube consistently allowed unauthorised copies of popular television programming and movies to be posted on its website and viewed tens of thousands of times.

It said it had identified more than 150,000 such abuses which included clips from shows such as South Park, SpongeBob SquarePants and MTV Unplugged.

The company says the infringement also included the documentary An Inconvenient Truth which had been viewed "an astounding 1.5 billion times".

Viacom, which is asking for damages for the unauthorised viewing of its programming, said its tally represented only a fraction of the content on YouTube that violates its copyrights.

"The availability on the YouTube site of a vast library of the copyrighted works of plaintiffs and others is the cornerstone of defendants' business plan," Viacom said.

Viacom originally started legal action last year and filed an amended version last month. Earlier this month Viacom chairman Sumner Redstone told Dow Jones: "When we filed this lawsuit, we not only served our own interests, we served the interests of everyone who owns copyrights they want protected."

He added: "We cannot tolerate any form of piracy by anyone, including YouTube...they cannot get away with stealing our products."

For its part, Google said the only way the legal action would be resolved was in court.

Google's vice president of content partnerships David Eun has said: "We're going all the way to the Supreme Court. We've been very clear about it."

After the legal action was first started, YouTube launched an anti-piracy tool that checks uploaded videos against the original content in an effort to flag piracy.

whatever it is, with some small breaks in the middle (twice in this year), i have blogged successfully for d last one year.. :) special thanks to those subscribers who r with me for the whole year..

During this one year, i received few good comments and few criticisms as well.. :) but i determined to go on.. n i'll .. to improve this further, now "Close to Reality" is going to setup its own website.. so.. in a very short period from now we will b meeting at anigalla.net with a tag line

Dr. B. R Ambedkar said the constitution is for 10years tenure to bring up the backward castes .. for social equality.. its been 60years.. still the reservations are going on.. but still it is not enough.. and until today we are fighting in ourselves for more and more reservations.. Until a recent Judgment from supreme court, all this while nobody bothered about the financially backward OC people.. I hope many people remember the Mandal Commission incident..
Now see what our MRPS activists done to Andhra Jyothy News Paper..
Read the news that they have written and decide whether the act of these people is correct? Who gave them the authority to do violence.. what do they think? Whoever it is, there is no place for this kind of actions in the society of people.. we all should remember that we are living among people, not animals.. recently, mega star's fans did this kind of things against raja shekhar.. n now MRPS activists.. is it their leadership's fault?? or is it the people who r doing this have no brains??

still in the idea of blaming "BJP" as Hindu special? Almost every other party in the country deserted BJP saying religious party.. none are exceptional including AIADMK, TDP.. but what BJP's stand today in the national Level is everyone knows.. Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, and Now in Karnataka.. doesn't it tell us what the people of this country are thinking about BJP, not the parties.. Yes, its not the parties and their statements.. its the people..

and now they are expressing their support and feelings.. seems like time for congress to think again n again n again on their policies and their administration in the states they are ruling.. if not, very soon.. the word "CONGRESS" will be a history for the generations coming.. :) campaign of giants like "Sonia, Manmohan & Rahul" couldn't save the party in Karnataka.. మనం బాగున్టే గాని నలుగురికీ ఏమన్నా చెయ్యటం చేద్దామన్న ఆలోచన చెయ్యటం చెయ్యొచ్చు.. ఈ ఆలోచన ఈ రోజు మనం చేస్తున్నాం అంటే మన స్తితి ఈ రోజు బాగుంది అనే కదా.. మంచిది మనం బాగుంటే, మంచిదే మనం ఇలా ఆలోచించగల్గుతున్నామంటే.. ఈ మన స్టేటస్ కి పాత ప్రభుత్వాలే కారణం అని చెప్పట్లేదు, ముందు మన ఎఫర్ట్ మన మీద మనకి నమ్మకం, మన ప్రయత్నం లేకుండా ఇవన్నీ సాధ్యం కాదు.. సరే.. మనం బాగా చదివాం, పైకొచ్చాం, సాఫ్ట్వేర్ రంగం లో కాస్త జ్ఞానం సంపాదించాం.. ఉద్యోగం కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తున్నాం.. మరి మనమంతా ఉద్యోగాలు చెయ్యటానికి కావాల్సీనన్ని కంపనీ లు మన రాస్త్రం లో ఉన్నాయా? బయటి దెశల్నుండి Mణ్C లు మన దగ్గరికి వచ్చి కంపనీ లు స్తాపించి ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలని పెంచే రకం గా మన దగ్గర Infrastructure ఉందా అంటే మనం కాస్త flashback లోకి వెళ్లాల్సిందే.. ఒక పది సంవత్సరాల క్రితం ప్రపంచం లో, అంతెందుకు, దేశం లో మన రాష్ట్రం IT లో ఏ స్థానం లో ఉందో ఆలోచించాలి.. bangalore మన దేశం లోనే నంబర్ వన్ అని, PUNE, CHENNAI, etc., నిదానంలతో గా ఆంధ్ర ఆ స్థానం కోసం పోటీ పడుతూ ఇప్పుడు దేశంలోనే HYDERABAD IT కి ప్రత్యేకమైన స్థానం ఉంది అంటే ఆది మరి CONGRESS చలవో, TRS చలవో, లేక MEGA STAR చలవో.. :) ఇప్పుడు మేము బాగున్నాం.. మేము మరో నలుగురికీ మంచి చేద్దాం అనుకుంటున్నాం, కాకపోతే చేంజ్ ఏంటంటే, మేము చేతులు కలుపుతుంది మా ఈ స్థితి కి దోహద పడిన వాళ్ళతో కాదు.. ఈ విధమైన్ పాలిసీ లు లేకుండా, ఏదో పొడుస్తాం, ఇరగడీస్తాం, అని వస్తున్న కొత్త వాళ్ళతో.. ఎవరు వర్ల్డ్'శ్ బెస్ట్ CEO & Administrator ఒఫ్ తే స్టేట్ తో కాదు.. ఈ మాత్రం అనుభవం లేని వాళ్ళతో..

ఈ మధ్య తన ఒక లెటర్ లో డైరెక్టర్ వెంకట్ కూచిపూడి చెప్పినట్లు.. తెలిసిన ఫోర్మోల తో ముందుకు వెళ్ళి, దానికి సవరన్లు చేసుకొని సక్సెస్ సాధిచటం చాలా సులభం మరియు తక్కువ రిస్క్.. మనకి పాత ప్రభుత్వం పరిపాలనాడక్షత తెలిసినపుడు, అందులోని లోపాల్ని సవరించుకొని ముందుకు వెళ్ళడం లో తప్పేంతీ? ఇప్పుడు ఈ మెగా స్టార్ గ్రూప్ లో మాత్రం ఉన్నదేవారు.. పవర్ కోసం కొన్ని సంవత్సరాలు గా గోడ మీద పిల్లి, గుంత కాదా నక్క ల్ల కాచుకొని ఉన్న వాళ్ళు కాదూ.. ఇప్పుడు వీళ్ళు మొదలెడతారు రాస్త్రాన్ని డొచకోదం, డబ్బులు సంపాదించటం.. ఒక ఐదు సంవత్సరాల తర్వాత మన పొరపాటు పడ్డమేమో అని అనుకోటం , నిజాల్ని తెలుసుకోటం కన్నా, మన అందుబాటు లో ఉన్న అనుభవజ్ఞులతో కలిసి వెళ్ళటం బెటర్ ఏమో.. కాస్త ఆలోచించండి.. అనుభవ శూన్యులతో కలిసి కొవ్వొత్హులు వెలిగించి ప్రతిజ్ఞ లు చేసినంత సులభం కాదు, రాష్త్రానికి మంచి బావిష్యత్హు అందించటం అంటే..

This is a true story from the Word Perfect Helpline, which was transcribed from a recording monitoring the customer care department. Needless to say the Help Desk employee was fired; however, he/she is currently suing the Word Perfect organization for 'Termination without Cause'.

ఏతా వాత నేను చొప్పోచ్చేదేన్టంటే IT వాళ్ళని గ్రూప్ లో చేర్చుకోవాలణుకోటం తప్పు కాదు, వాళ్ళ సహాయ సహకారములు అండ్ సపోర్ట్ అడగటం తప్పు కాదు కానీ వాళ్ళ జీవన విధానం, వాళ్ళ ఉద్యోగం జీతం, పని, పబ్స్, ఫ్యామిలీ తప్ప మా IT వాళ్ళకి ఇంకేం రాజకీయ, సామాజిక స్పృహ లేనే లేదన్నట్లు, ఈ మిత్ర, చిరంజీవి, పవన్ కల్యాణ్ లు మాత్రమే ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రం అవతరించి నప్ప్తినుండి ఈరోజు వరకు ప్రజల కష్ట సుఖాల్లో ప్రతి రోజు పాలు పంచుకొని తరించి నట్త్లు బిల్డ్ అప్ ఇఛుకొటమె చన్డాలమ్గా ఉంది..

వీళ్ళు మాత్రం ఇన్ని రోజులూ ఎం చేశారు? పర్సనల్ లైఫ్ ని ఎంజాయ్ చేశారు కదా... పాపం ఈ రోజే వీళ్ళకి రాష్ట్రం మీద ఇంత ప్రేమ ఎందుకు వచ్చింది? ఏజ్ 50 అయ్యింది కాబట్టా? ఒకళ్ళు తెలుగు సైన్ వినీలాకాశం లో NTR తర్వాత లెజెండ్ , మరొకళ్ళు వాళ్ళ తమ్ములుంగారు, మరొకళ్ళు వాళ్ళ బామ్మర్ది, మరొక తమ్ముడు, మరొక విప్లవ జీవీ.. వీళ్ళందరి లో ఎవరన్నా ఒక్కల్లకి JP లోక్ సత్తా కి ఉన్న లోక జ్ఞానం అన్నా ఉందా అంటే దేవుడికే తెలియాలి.. ఈ సామాజిక స్పృహ, డైనమిజం ఇన్నాల్లో ఎం చేస్తున్నాయ్? హాంగ్ ఓవర్ లో ఉన్నాయా? లేక నోట్ల కట్టలు లెక్క పెత్తుకొటమ్ లోనా? మీరు బాగా సంపాదించండి, వృద్ధి లోకి రండి, పార్టీ పెట్టండి, రాజకీయాలు చేయండి, మీకు న్యాచురల్ గా పబ్లిక్ సపోర్ట్ కావాలి కాబట్టి అమాయకులయిన అభిమానుల్ని రొంపి లోకి లాగన్డి.. వాళ్ళందరి మద్దతు ని మీ శఖ్తీ లా చూపుకోండి.. వాళ్ళు మాత్రం అల్లానే సగటు జీవీ లా జీవితాన్ని ముగిస్తారు.. ఎందుకంటే మరి మేము ఎదగాల్సిన రోజుల్లో మీ వెంట తిరగటం, మీ పార్టీ ఎదుగుదలకి హెల్ప్ చేస్తాం కదా మయ పనులు మానుకొని.. మీరు ఎదిగారు, శేష జీవితం.. సో మీకు ఈ రాజకీయం కాలక్షేపం, ఇప్పది దాకా ఉన్న వాళ్ళు రాబంధులు, పంధీ కొక్కులు.. మీరు మీ గ్రూప్ మాత్రం " ఓయబ్బో... సచ్చీలూరు... బయల్దేరారు..." :) పాపం కమ్యూనిస్ట్ లు ... మరొక పెద్ద దెబ్బ పడుతుంది కంటికి కనపడకుండా.. ఎర్రి నారాయణ చిరంజీవి మంత్రం చేస్తున్నాడు... :(

మోరల్ ఆఫ్ ధీ స్టోరీ ఏంటంటే.. ఎవడు పార్టీ పెట్టినా సొంత లాభం కోసమే, సెల్ఫ్ రెకగ్నిషన్, పవర్ హంగర్ మాత్రమే, ప్రజలకి హెల్ప్ చేసవాళ్ళు కొందరు అన్ని రోజులూ అన్ని రకాలుగా పార్టీ లకి అతీతం గా హెల్ప్ చేస్తూనే వున్టారు..ఉన్నాఆరు కూడా.. ఏది ఏమయినప్పటికీ నాకు కాస్త క్యూరీయాసిటీ ఎక్కువ అవుతుంది రోజు రోజుకీ.. "చూడాలని ఉంది, " ఎంత మంది ఈ మైకం లో వూగి తూళి మునిగి తెలు తారో అని.." నేను ఇది రాయటం ముగించేసరికి మెంబర్స్ కౌంట్ వెయ్యికి చేరింధేమో..

ఇది చదివిన వాళ్ళంతా వీడు పక్కా బాలయ్య ఫానేమో అనుకుంటే వన్దకి రెండోదల పాళ్ళూ రాంగ్.. నేనూ మీ లో ఒకడిని.. ముందు రోజు నుండి మెగా స్టార్ టిఓక్కేట్స్ కోసం క్యూ లో నిలబడ్దోణ్ణి.. అర్థ రాత్రి ౨గంటలకి ఘరానా మొగుడు చూసినొణ్ణీ .. ముగ్గురు మోనగాళ్లకి టికెట్స్ వేటలో చెప్పులు పొగొత్తుకున్నొణ్ణి.. ఇక ఇంద్ర, టాగోర్ ల గురించి అడక్కండి.. మృగారాజు బాలేదనీ మోగాడు నాముందు నిలబడలేదు... :) డైరెక్షన్ లో పవన్ వీరాభిమానిని.. మెగా స్టార్ DIE HARD Fan ni.. ఆది సినెమాలవర్కి పరిమితం చెయ్యాలని నిర్నయిన్చుకొన్నొణ్ణి.. మీరు ఎం చెయ్యాలనుకుంటే ఆది మీ ఇష్టం.. ఏది చేసినా మీ మంచికి, మన మంచికి, అందరి మంచికి చేయండి.. "అందరి వాడు" కొందరి వాడు అవుతున్నాడనే బాధ... :(
