He can come at any time now. He's been given his official 3 week eviction notice though because if he's not born by 39 weeks they're inducing (and I'd really prefer not to have to do that ever again in my life LOL!) I've managed to go 2 (?) weeks without a hospital visit so that's good! I've even been able to do some things around the house without sending me into contractions. Now...as happy as that makes me, it also kind of scares me. Before they stopped my labor even the slightest amount of cleaning or whatever would set of contractions but now I can clean and clean and play with the kids and walk and all sorts of shit and NOTHING happens! IDK why but it does bother me a bit. I am pretty uncomfortable this morning though...woke up because I was just too uncomfortable to sleep at about 5:30 and haven't been able to go back to sleep. I won't be able to at all now because both kids are awake :( Guess I'll just start doing something around the house. He's getting bigger, so his kicks and punches are starting to HURT! I've been having contractions a lot over the last few days...some are timeable, and some are just sporadic. Our friend's son has gotten to big for his crib and high chair, so we're going to trade G's old toddler bed for those! WooHoo for free baby furniture! We've even gotten clothes! I'm finally starting to feel like we *may* be ready for him to come....but there are still some things we need to get. I think we may have finally settled on a name...Logan Alexander. It may change, but this is the closest to a name we've gotten yet lol. I should have more of an update next week since that's when I see my midwife. Wow, that's one week exactly from today! Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-59202337689407117722012-08-27T12:41:00.002-05:002012-08-27T12:41:31.006-05:0031 Weeks (2 days late lol)I'm now 31 weeks. At my appointment today I learned that I've passed the 118lbs mark, meaning I've gained a whole 18lbs in 31 weeks! This is a big deal for me lol. The baby is head down, and growing on track. She said in the next 2-3 weeks she'll be scheduling a growth scan to check on him, and said that in 4 weeks she wants us to start trying to get him out (so...4 more weeks of being "good" and resting my pelvis HAHA!) While she was trying to get his heartbeat he kicked the crap outta the doppler and she kept having to wait and try again because he wouldn't stop kicking it lol. Everything is going good, she's very happy with my blood sugars and how well my pregnancy is progressing. Hopefully I'll have just as good of an update in 2 weeks after my next appointment! Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-40116579939980317202012-08-18T13:40:00.000-05:002012-08-18T13:40:35.353-05:0030 WeeksI'm 30 weeks today! My midwife won't let me go past 39 weeks, due to some medical problems I've been having, so I have no more then 9 weeks to go! I still have pretty much nothing for this baby, my house is in no way ready, and I don't have the money to pay someone to clean every room :( There is SO much I still need to do, so much I still need to get, and I have like no time at all. I really don't think I'll make it another 9 weeks, and my midwife doesn't either. We're guessing *maybe* another 6. That's not enough time at all! I still need to get the kids' room done, so I can get them back into their own rooms, so I can get stuff for the baby and get it set up! UGH! I've been having BH contractions all day, my lower back hurts, and I'm beyond tired. I have a feeling that this baby is going to come soon, and we are just not ready yet :(Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-57662782489448131532012-08-16T16:57:00.001-05:002012-08-16T16:57:27.879-05:00Daycare RantI do daycare. I have 2 kids that I watch. 1 kid is the son of a friend (M), 1 is the kid next door (A). I have M every other week, at least one overnight. I have A whenever he shows up. A's parents and grandma don't seem to think it's necessary to let me know when I will have him, he just shows up! I was only supposed to have him for the summer, but he's shown up after school for the past 2 days. I still haven't gotten paid for the last week that I had him. I'm not supposed to be working, his mom and grandma both know this, they KNOW that my midwife said no more! Yet he keeps showing up. Mom doesn't really talk to me at all, grandma does but rarely about A, and his dad never does. When his dad shows up to get him he doesn't even come to the door, he just sits outside and honks. Since they don't tell me when I'm going to have him (especially since I'm not supposed to now that school has started) what happens if I leave? What happens if I have an appointment and have Piper get off the bus somewhere else, and no one is home to watch A? I'm seriously thinking of picking Piper up from school early tomorrow so that we can go do something and if A shows up then oh well, not my problem! I'll keep watching M as long as I possibly can, because his dad is my friend, and I do need the money....but I'm sick of watching A. I'm sick of there being NO communication, I'm sick of asking when I'll have him and not getting an answer, and I'm beyond pissed that I still haven't been paid except for one fucking time all summer!! My kids act like fools after A has been here, they don't listen while he is here, and then it takes a while for them to start listening after he leaves! I'm done, but I can't tell his parents because they never fucking talk to me!! UGH!!! Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-6547121041165480832012-08-05T16:34:00.001-05:002012-08-05T16:34:36.873-05:0028 WeeksI'm now 28 weeks, I'm in my third trimester! I've spent most of my day having contractions. My midwife did the fetal fibronectin test last week and it came back negative (after the first one 2 days before that came back positive) but now I'm wondering if the test could be wrong. Guess we'll see? If things keep going this way I'll be going in to the hospital tonight, but I don't want to go in if it's nothing to be worried about.....ugh. You would think since this is my third that I would just KNOW, but this pregnancy is so different from my last two. This time I'm already dilated to a 1 (or at least I was last week, that could have changed by now) and that didn't happen until much further along with my last pregnancy.Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-75627992668632971652012-07-28T11:25:00.000-05:002012-07-28T11:25:03.214-05:00UGH!So, Piper and Emily (my little sister) went to my grandparents. They were supposed to be there until Sunday, but ended up coming home in the middle of the damn night last night....all because Emily didn't want to wash the marker off her feet (yes, you read that right...all because of FEET!) Emily is here today, why I'm not sure, but my mom sent her over. I can tell her NO a million times and yet she doesn't stop! I've told her that Gavin is not her child, so she is NOT to tell him what to do I swear at least 100 times in just the past 15 minutes...she keeps doing it. I told her NO, you can't play with the baby gates...she just looked at me and continued to play with them. Piper is being hell on wheels, she's not listening, she's whining about everything. Yesterday/last night was my overnight with the daycare kid, and he won't be leaving until 7:30 tonight at the earliest. I am DONE! Just done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH Emily is heading home now! WooHoo!!! Maybe things will calm down a little now.Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-25846926341692835852012-07-07T12:47:00.000-05:002012-07-07T12:47:44.135-05:00Been QuietI've been pretty quiet for...awhile now. This pregnancy is going much faster then I thought it would, and I'm trying so hard to get ready for baby to get here, but I just can't! I don't have enough cloth diapers (and good lord are those things expensive!!!), I don't have clothes, I don't have a crib (though hubby said we should be getting one in a few days tops), and I don't have the rooms ready! Right now P and G share a room, which is fine, but I figure since we'll be having 2 boys and 1 girl soon that the boys should probably get a room and P should get a room. This means I have to sort through the toys in the play room so that I have all of P's toys together to go in her room, and all of G's toys can stay where they are. I then have to move all the clothes around (the playroom closet has the winter clothes/coats in it) and get G's bed moved! It just seems so overwhelming when I look at it that I end up giving up before I even begin *sigh* Wish me luck? Maybe I'll actually be able to get some of it done today since I don't have any daycare kids here!Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-57686648687146697762012-06-18T16:48:00.003-05:002012-06-18T16:48:54.411-05:00Menu for 6/18Mon- Stove Top one-dish chicken bake
Tue- Corn Dog Muffins
Wed- Baked Tilapia w/ Bread Crumbs
Thurs- Crock Pot Jambalaya
Fri- Pizza night
Sat- Leftovers
Sun- LeftoversKirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-13575435354409010942012-06-01T14:09:00.004-05:002012-06-01T14:09:55.884-05:0031 DBC: Day 27A Favorite Recipe

Ohhhhhh I have so many!

Chicken Crunch (not fried fried chicken)

1 boneless skinless chicken breast per person.
Crushed stuffing (herb flavored works best) (amount depends on how much chicken)
Egg
Melted butter (amount depends on how much chicken)

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Crush stuffing (just beat it, or run a rolling pin over it) and put on a plate
3. Dip chicken in bowl with egg in it
4. Roll chicken in crushed stuffing until covered
5. Put chicken on baking sheet (I've learned it works best, and is easiest to clean up, if you put aluminum foil on the pan first)
6. My favorites were anything by Shakespeare, Edgar Allan Poe, pretty much any classic novel. At about 8 years old I found a love for anything vampire, especially Bram Stoker's Dracula, and anything by Anne Rice. I've always had a crazy high reading level, and stunned my teachers by reading things they hadn't read until they were much older, or hadn't even dared to read yet! I love reading!

Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-68644071662355010942012-06-01T12:20:00.001-05:002012-06-01T12:20:39.165-05:0031 DBC: Day 23Dream Job

I still haven't decided what I'd like to do as a job! I've been a SAHM since P was born, when I was 15! I've never had a job (outside of babysitting, 1 night at McD's, and working at DQ a few times to help out) and I just don't know if I'll ever get a job. I can't stand the idea! I like being at home, well sometimes. I do miss people, grown up conversations, not having to wipe snot off peoples faces lol. Some things I've thought of doing are being a kindergarten teacher, physicist, psychologist, marine biologist, mythologist (if I ever get a job, that probably what I'll do lol), and many others!Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-68795622869671201482012-06-01T12:09:00.002-05:002012-06-01T12:09:49.281-05:0031 DBC: Day 22Best Thing This Year

For me personally, finding out that we're going to have another baby! Another best thing to happen this year is that P was awarded for perfect attendance (one of only three students in the entire school!) and exemplary behavior and citizenship for the year! I know, those are her things to be excited about, but she's my little girl and I feel they are some of the most important things to happen this year too!Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-31252777349701969362012-06-01T12:06:00.002-05:002012-06-01T12:06:36.742-05:0031 DBC: Day 2110 Favorite Foods

You would really think that this would be something I could do in 30 seconds, but I love food so much that picking favorites is HARD!

1. Fast food. I know, not healthy, but anything coming through a drive through is awesome to be!
2. Baked Mac&Cheese. It's crunchy, yet creamy, and tastes oh so delicious!
3. Chicken Lo Mein
4. Philly Cheese steak pizza
5. Not fried fried chicken
6. Enchiladas
7. Breaded shrimp
8. Sesame Chicken
9. Nachos with cheese
10. Tornado (IDK what they really are, but they're sold at the gas station DH works at.)

If you ask me again tomorrow I'm sure my answers will be different lol. Ya'll are lucky you didn't get a list of 10 fast food foods LOL!Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-23110007767167378412012-06-01T11:45:00.003-05:002012-06-01T11:45:57.796-05:0031 DBC: Day 20A Difficult Time

I've had a few of these. The worst would have to be when G was born and we didn't know if he would make it or not. Right after he was born, I asked if something was wrong. I swore he looked...different...purple. I was told it was normal. Next thing I know we're being told that his oxygen levels are low and he's being taken to the NICU. His lungs hadn't formed, they may have been wrong about his due date. We spent many of those first few days afraid that he would die. He couldn't live without oxygen. They kept telling us that he may have to go to a children's hospital, over an hour away! He fought though, and he fought hard! He surprised EVERYONE when he came off the oxygen, started feeding normally, and was able to be released after 13 days!!

Pic.1- The first NICU setup.
Pic.2- After a few days he was put in a bubble
Pic.3- A few days later he was allowed to come out of the bubble and be moved into a normal newborn bed! He still wasn't allowed to leave the NICU.
Pic.4- The day he was allowed to come to our room from the NICU. That is my best friend feeding him!

We have the best hospital ever, they allow you to stay in your room if your child is in the NICU, until they are released. The only way you'll have to leave is if the rooms fill up and they need your room, and when a room becomes available again, they allow you to come back.

Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-13560054319068072382012-06-01T11:33:00.003-05:002012-06-01T11:33:56.226-05:0031 DBC: Day 19I Collect

I don't really collect anything. The kids have so much stuff that we would drown in random crap if I started collecting things lol. If I had to pick something I would say clothes. I have so many that there is no way I could wear them all!Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-42988550345484547202012-06-01T11:22:00.002-05:002012-06-01T11:22:40.338-05:0031 DBC: Day 18My Blog Name

Cloth Love Heart came from my new obsession with cloth diapers, and well anything green lol. I spent days trying to figure out what I wanted to name my blog, and finally settled on C.L.H.Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-14380267459860796902012-06-01T11:19:00.002-05:002012-06-01T11:20:04.445-05:0031 DBC: Day 17My Most Proud Moment

I have a few of them. The day each of my children were born, and the day I got married. In October I will add another moment, when baby #3 is born! I can't imagine my life without my kids or husband.Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-2938226359074138312012-06-01T11:17:00.003-05:002012-06-01T11:17:54.844-05:0031 DBC: Day 16Top of my Bucket List

I don't have anything at the "top" of my bucket list...I just have a list. Right now there is already so much on it that it would take forever to tell you, so I'll just give you a link to my Pinterest "Bucket List" board!

Bucket List
http://pinterest.com/shebreaksdown/bucket-list/

Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-57858772480881529672012-06-01T09:24:00.001-05:002012-06-01T09:24:19.212-05:0031 DBC: Day 15A Day In My Life

This depends on the week. I work (babysit) every other week. Even on my work weeks my schedule is different every day, because the dad's schedule is different every day. I can do a "pretty much" schedule though!

Wake up, watch some PBS with the kids, eat breakfast.
Watch the kids trash the house out (but hey, they're having so much fun!), possibly go outside depending on weather. Eat lunch.

Play the rest of the day! Eat dinner, play some more, baths/showers for the kids, put the kids to bed.

Then it's mommy time, where I do the clean up from the day, dishes, sweep, mop, vacuum, take my shower, watch some TV, read a little!

This of course changes during the school year, because we have less play and more homework and family projects (HA! Those are really for mommy to get stuck doing! LOL!) that need to be done.Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-14689869623389901192012-06-01T09:16:00.002-05:002012-06-01T09:16:38.957-05:0031 Day Blog Challenge: Day 14If I Won The Lottery

Oh goddess! If I won the lottery, the things I would do! I would pay off our bankruptcy, help my momma pay off her debts, help my MIL pay off her debts, I would buy a FARM! I want to own my own home, but I will not settle...I want a farm! I'd buy hubby and I each a new car, I'd probably even by my momma and MIL each a new car! I'd put the rest away for the kids to go to college on.Kirstiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04859520922205579475noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233073021207932937.post-69610466191498609142012-06-01T09:08:00.000-05:002012-06-01T09:08:10.559-05:0031 Day Blog Challenge: Day 13My Earliest Childhood Memory

I remember my friends, kind of.
