Today, we continue checking the new Zara Autumn-Winter 2009-2010 collection out to discover that we can buy clothes to complete our wardrobes without spending a lot of money.

Krink is a brand from New York and is a reference point for graffiti artists around the world. Its inks, sprays, and markers are the preferred ones of hundred and thousands of sidewalk artists to shape their art in the city by using those products. But, since some years ago, Krink has been entering in the fashion world and Craig “KR” Costello, its founder, has already used his designs to work with very famous brands, including Nike o Kidrobot.

Now, it’s time for Krink to collaborate with another of the big brands: Levi’s. Specifically, Levi’s Japanese subsidiary has been the one that has included this collaboration in a new collection for the Autumn-Winter 2009/10 season called “Levi’s x Krink”, which will be available for sale starting November 14.

If there is something that could be a distinguishing quality in Mr. Costello’s work to be used as a symbol of its brand, it is the “dripping technique” by taking advantage of  extinguishers full of ink. In the past, this technique has been used many times to redecorate the urban furniture of the city where Mr. Costello lives. He has been able to transform ink drips (which could be considered by another artist as mistakes) into his main sign of identity. Actually, his creations are now considered as creative pieces of work that merit special attention at the most important art galleries.

Who did say that it is necessary to get dressed in an excessively traditional way in order to go to work? No doubt, the new Zara Autumn-Winter 2009-2010 collection confirms that it is a false assumption.

Scarlett Johansson is again the main model of the Mango advertising campaign for the new Winter 2009-2010 collection. Last week, the Spanish fashion brand showed the new photo shoot to promote its collection in Munich (Germany). In these pictures, the actress poses in a radiant and sexy way, while she is wearing the new Mango designs.

During the presentation, which took place at The Charles Hotel in the German city,  Scarlett also posed for the media with her usual refined and sophisticated look. The actress wore a high-waisted pencil skirt and a printed gauze blouse, both of them also belong to the new MANGO collection.

The campaign was shot in a Los Angeles studio under the direction of noted photographer Mario Sorrenti. The photos highlight Scarlett’s great versatility and show us a calm and elegant woman, but happy and juvenile at the same time: A beautiful and fashionable woman with power and determination.

This season, MANGO includes clear references to the 1980s in its collection. The shoulder line is highlighted on jackets and outer garments, while the body shape is narrowed in lower garments. In this context, the most remarkable items are slim-fit trousers, biker trousers, leggings and pencil skirts.

We already have at our disposal some images of the advertising campaign to promote the sunglasses of the French high-fashion clothing retailer Dior, where the main character is the model Toni Garrn (although, actually, the main image of the season and the 2010 campaign is the French actress and Oscar winner Marion Cotillard).
