Just in time é uma técnica de gestão e controle de mercadorias que procura minimizar o nível de estoques nos armazéns das empresas. Criada em 1960 pela nipônica Toyota, foi considerada como uma das ferramentas de gestão que mais contribuíram para o sucesso da empresa.
