I saw some great decorating suggestions from you guys on Wednesday. I'm looking forward to seeing some of them.

One of the things that will come in handy for this year's contest is that now your igloos are stored like items. It used to be that when you bought a new igloo, you'd lose your old one. But last month we added a feature where igloos get added to your inventory instead. Check it out:

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 270px; height: 320px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_EEv5ux5yWW8/TLEGXiYBehI/AAAAAAAAARA/QnvXAXdadDg/s320/09102010.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5526205219194632722" />
Well, my igloo's ready for the contest! Give it a try, and don't miss your chance to enter the contest next weekend. If you've got any other igloo tips, let me know in the comments.

Have a good one... and waddle on!

-Club Penguin Team

By Screenhog on October 09 2010 12:13leecrbhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18003989990231924981noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5695798592705930655.post-83035295179338171922010-09-12T09:20:00.003-04:002010-09-12T09:22:45.075-04:00Hello Penguins,

The mural in Haiti is complete!
Thanks to your support, and the help of many kids in Haiti, the project is a big success. Here are the answers to some of your terrific questions:

Diego2310 asked: "In the new game will you get the opportunity to meet any of the famous penguins?"A: There's a Dance game - so Cadence will be around. And maybe a few more penguins you'll recognize, too...

20andy10 asked: "If you earn things on the game, will you at the end be able to upload them to your computer club penguin account?"A: Yep! There are items in the game that you can transfer via Wi-fi to your online penguin account. You'll also get an unlock code with the game.

Ninjaneal asked: "Will there be stamps for the game?"A: Yes! You'll be able to earn stamps (14 total) - and then send them via Wi-fi to your Stamp Book in Club Penguin!

Check out your Stamp Books when Club Penguin Game Day! Our artist made it safely to Haiti, and has started work on the mural. The school construction is also going well.

Check out these photos of the project so far. Here's the new school in progress, and the old school it's replacing:
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 182px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_EEv5ux5yWW8/TIJ4zHY5w8I/AAAAAAAAAOk/nft2qFHgrPs/s320/Koala.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5513101713407067074" />
The team would like to thank you all again for your support. One reason we chose to build a school in Haiti was because of all the comments we received from you after the earthquake this year. Your passion inspired us!

Next Saturday we'll have pictures of the finished mural, so check back! And if there's anything you'd like to say to the kids in Haiti, let us know in the comments and we'll deliver the message.

Until then... My favorite way to help is by growing my hair! When my hair is 10 inches longs, I braid it and send it to Locks of Love, and they make it into a wig for people with cancer. It gives me a new look and I feel great that I did something good for someone else!

It's so amazing to hear about everything you guys do to help out.
