I am 49 (turning 50 in October 2010-YIKES!), married and a mother of four. I have always been athletic and never struggled too much with my weight. When I would gain a few pounds I would simply change my diet and drop the weight. Not so much
anymore…dropping the weight isn’t as easy as it used to be.

Over the last couple of years, I hadn’t really noticed that I was putting on weight. I play soccer a couple times a week and thought that was enough exercise to keep me in shape. After my soccer games, I would go home and eat anything I wanted. After all, I had just exercised.

Slowly, but surely, my “fat” pants became tighter and tighter and I thought I would have to buy a new wardrobe.

A friend of mine was doing P90X and I saw such a transformation in her, that I decided I should check out P90X. I watched the infomercial several times and then I decided to take the challenge. My husband and I are doing the program together and have already experienced great results.

This weekend I had the pleasure of helping my one of my Coaches Tiffany Anderson and one of my Upline Coaches Mike Ryan spread P90x and Beachbody to the Physical Educators of California. This booth turned out to be the busiest booth at the CAPHERD conference. We met so many wonderful people, where 90% of people that walked by the booth either did P90x, heard of p90x or have done one or many other Beachbody products. We signed up some fantastic enthusiastic Coaches that were excited to share what they already are sharing, Health, Fitness, and Nutrition. Most of the physical educators that have done p90x or other Beachbody DVDs use these products in their classroom, more then we ever could imagine. We have Superintendents excited about using Beachbody products in their schools. How exciting is that? We all know how great these products are and it was so nice to share that with other like-minded folks. We are so excited that these new Beachbody Coach Physical Educators have joined our ever-growning team and that more and more Physical Educators will be fit and help keep our children healthy.
