It is not harmful to your pets, soaks into the ground. &#39;&#39;There is a layer of fat around your whole body called  the adipose tissue,&#39;&#39; says NSW Institute of Sport accredited  practitioner and a physiotherapist with the Olympic Winter Institute of  Australia, Simon Ruse.&lt;br /&gt;
&#39;&#39;You can tighten the muscles under the fat on your tummy  but they won&#39;t show until you lose the fat from enough of your adipose  layer and where that comes off will be based on your genetic  disposition.&#39;&#39;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Weight training makes women bulky: FALSE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
If you think you&#39;re going to look like Arnie just by picking up a dumb-bell, think again.&lt;br /&gt;
Women simply don&#39;t have the testosterone levels that men  do to put that much muscle on. Weight training tones and tightens  muscles and when combined with fat-burning exercises can change a  woman&#39;s body shape for the better. The aim for training with weights is  to make a woman stronger, not bigger.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Stretching before exercise prevents injury: FALSE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Gone are the days of holding a stretch for 30 seconds.  Studies show that dynamic movement stretching has better results than  static stretching when it comes to reducing the chance of injury.&lt;br /&gt;
&#39;&#39;The best pre-exercise injury prevention is a 15-minute  moderate-intensity warm-up that will mimic the style of training you are  going to do,&#39;&#39; says a nutritionist and master trainer, Mark Richardson.&lt;br /&gt;
&#39;&#39;It gets the core temp up and makes muscles more pliable  while firing up the neural pathways that you will use in your  training.&#39;&#39;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Fat and fit is better than lean and unfit: TRUE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
A University of South Carolina study showed that people  over 60 who exercise will live longer than their peers regardless of  their weight but longevity isn&#39;t the only reason fat and fit is better.  &#39;&#39;When you work out, you&#39;re training your organs as well,&#39;&#39; Richardson  says. &#39;&#39;Don&#39;t judge a book by its cover - being fit on the inside is  better than simply being thin and &#39;aesthetically pleasing&#39; if your  insides look like carnage because you don&#39;t exercise.&#39;&#39;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Eating before bed will make you fat:  TRUE and FALSE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
This depends on what you eat. If  you eat high-sugar  foods after a day of eating and no exercise then, yes, you will probably  gain weight, especially as the sugar rush and resultant low will ensure  you wake up starving.&lt;br /&gt;
&#39;&#39;When we have really low blood sugar, we make poor choices and reach for high-sugar foods,&#39;&#39; Richardson says.&lt;br /&gt;
&#39;&#39;When we get in that cycle then we put on weight by  overeating. Higher protein in the evening is better, as it will give a  steady release of energy during the night.&#39;&#39;&lt;br /&gt;

Q: had a few questions about nutrition and foods i can eat? you said  anything that was once alive right? so can i have fruits? even tho  fruits have sugar in them? and exactly what kind of carbs can i have?  you said whole grain rice and sweet potato but can i have any kind of  pasta or is that counter productive? we already eat lean meats and  vegetables and sorta live by Atkins low carb diet just need a few more  pointers if you dont mind? thanks!&lt;br /&gt;

A:&amp;nbsp; Yes fruits do have fructose however no one ever sits and eat 12 apples  at one sitting. So you will be fine on the fruits. Make sure they are  not canned fruits. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When you do eat fruits, try to combine it  with a protein, like eat some cottage cheese or peanut butter. Stick  with natural peanut butter. The kind that you have to mix. Not Peter Pan  or Jiff. They have a lot of sugar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Berries have antioxidants like blue berries. Those are great too.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The key to it all is in the three rules that I stressed. &lt;br /&gt;
1. DON&#39;T ALLOW YOUR BODY TO BECOME HUNGRY&lt;br /&gt;
2. DON&#39;T ALLOW YOUR BODY TO BECOME FULL&lt;br /&gt;
3. EAT REAL ORGANIC FOOD&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Also: Drink your water above anything else!!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Low carb is great, so continue that! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Huge Salads with a protein is great too!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Stick to Wheat pasta or Tofu noodles or Soy Noodles.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Treat yourself once a week to foods that you love! (Cheat Day)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I  am not perfect and I don&#39;t always follow my own rules, however the more  you stick to what I am telling you, The better results you will get.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It is also very important to supplement! &lt;br /&gt;
It  is almost impossible to get all of the vitamins and essential nutrients  that you need in a day unless you have a lot of time to prepare and buy  and eat the foods that contain the essentials.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
That is why I recommend supplements. The one that we use is the one that we sell. It is called Shakeology! &lt;br /&gt;

Your  mind is a very important muscle to exercise too! I stay away from mind  poison like the mainstream news if at all possible if it will do nothing  but stress me out.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I focus on hanging around positive people and  adding value to the world to the best of my ability. Smiling is a great  tool to use on purpose that brings out the best in an individual and it  spreads to others too!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Anyone is capable of improvement, its just a matter of deciding to be the change you wish to see in the world.&lt;br /&gt;

But they share  something else too. As all-inclusive vacations, they offer  near-continuous access to all the food you can eat, which makes them  appeal to instincts honed by our famine-fearing &lt;nobr&gt;ancestors—instincts&lt;/nobr&gt;  that tell us that if there&#39;s food available, it&#39;s time to chow down. That&#39;s right, a simple green salad,  and while you&#39;re at it, try light dressing or no dressing at all. Salad  fills up space in your stomach while it provides you with vitamins and  roughage, the latter of which is noticeably lacking in many buffet-style  foods. Just remember, the more salad you eat (at, say, 50 calories for a  cup and a half of salad without dressing, or 100 calories for a cup and  a half with lowfat balsamic vinaigrette), the less room you&#39;ll have for  starchy, fatty, salty Fettuccine Alfredo (which can weigh in at 700  calories per serving and up—often &lt;i&gt;way&lt;/i&gt; up). But the amount of calories in some alcoholic drinks  can be truly astounding. Daiquiris, margaritas, mai tais—all resort  favorites—generally carry high-calorie loads, and basically any drink  sweetened with syrups or sugar is getting into Candyland as far as  calorie count goes. Also, alcohol has that special ability to lower your  resistance, impeding your better judgment. The bottom line is that  drinking can make you consume a surplus of empty calories, both directly  (the alcohol itself) and indirectly (the poolside French fries or  grande platter of nachos you order when the alcohol obliterates your  resolve). So before you find yourself paddling over toward the swim-up  bar (because hey, how cool is that, having a swim-up bar?), have a  strategy in place. Maybe your strategy will involve using low-cal mixers  (i.e., rum and &lt;i&gt;Diet&lt;/i&gt; Coke&lt;sup&gt;®&lt;/sup&gt;) or alternating between  an alcoholic drink and a nonalcoholic low-cal or no-cal drink (i.e.,  sparkling water on ice with some lemon or lime). Or if a cold beer is  more to your liking, enjoy a light beer instead. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class=&quot;list-bold&quot;&gt;Exercise easy . . .&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class=&quot;list-normal&quot;&gt;Opportunities for easy &quot;I&#39;ve got a  hangover and can&#39;t get too out of breath&quot;-type exercise are plentiful at  resorts and on cruise ships. Sure, they may not be challenging enough  to be featured on the cover of an outdoorsy-lifestyle magazine, but  remember that embracing the many slower-paced vacation-style exercise  options around you is better than not moving at all. For instance, you  might want to take a morning walk before camping out on the nearest  chaise lounge for the day. Walking on an even surface at 3 miles per  hour will consume around 220 calories an hour, and even a modest (or  stumbling) 2-mile-per-hour walk burns around 170 calories. So the paths  around the resort, or even off-property if that&#39;s both safe and viable,  provide for strolls that let you enjoy the warmth, soak in the  atmosphere, and not atrophy on a poolside lounge chair. Likewise, most  cruise ships boast tracks around the upper decks where passengers can  walk or jog to their heart&#39;s delight (jogging can burn 360 calories and  up an hour). Even the much-maligned game of shuffleboard can burn 150 or  200 calories an hour. Yes, it&#39;s a ridiculous pastime. Yes, it is  associated with Miami Beach in the 1970s. But the idea is to move,  rather than only bake in the sun while downing nachos and beers. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class=&quot;list-bold&quot;&gt;Sleep with the fish—or just exercise with them&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class=&quot;list-normal&quot;&gt;Nowhere are water sports more readily  available than at beachside resorts and on cruise ships. Snorkeling  burns around 350 calories an hour, and provides a calming view of the  world you may not normally get. Surfing is another activity that&#39;s  perfect to try on your resort-bound vacation (some megaships also offer  surf pools or surf parks to let passengers surf while still on board),  and surfing can burn 200 calories an hour. Of course, swimming is one of  the most effective exercises around, and swimming around in the ocean  or pool for an hour could easily burn 400 calories or more.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
It is not uncommon to start a workout program and skip a day and then a few more. The next thing that you know you are telling yourself that you will start all over on Monday!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Often times, people attempt to add a newer healthier lifestyle to a currently unhealthy lifestyle.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The problem with that is that you can only live ONE type of lifestyle; and guess what... you get to choose what you want!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We all have 24hrs to use each day. How we use our time is our own choice.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When two lifestyles are competing for the same 24 hours, stress will manifest and ultimately produce results that you didn&#39;t want, but chose anyway.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This is why it is important to make working out and eating right yours. Everything else has to fit around that! Sorry, but that is how it is done.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Know that where you are now is a result of what you have already done. Now is the time to create; so that when 90 days has past, you will see the results of your NOW choices!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
So, here is what I want you to do first.&lt;br /&gt;
Take out a sheet of paper and write down &lt;br /&gt;
1. &quot;WHY&quot; do you want to live longer.&lt;br /&gt;
2. &quot;WHY&quot; did you let yourself become unhealthy&lt;br /&gt;
3. &quot;WHAT&quot; unhealthy behaviors will you remove from your life that will make room for your healthy ones? &lt;br /&gt;
4. &quot;WHAT&quot; is your 90 Goal?&lt;br /&gt;
5. &quot;WHAT&quot; will you do differently for the next two weeks that will get you closer to your 90 goal?&lt;br /&gt;
6. &quot;Your 90 day Commitment&quot; &lt;br /&gt;
7. &quot;WHEN&quot; will you follow through on your commitment to yourself&lt;br /&gt;
8. &quot;The date and time that you answered these questions&quot;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Now I want you to close your eyes for a moment and feel the feelings that you will have when you have completed your 90 Goal. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Next, take a picture of yourself holding that sheet of paper in front of you. Post it in a place where you can see it everyday; and if you are really serious about being held accountable, send the picture to me and/or post it on facebook and have your friends hold you accountable!&lt;br /&gt;
