Testimonials
"Thanks to both of you for a
great program - I really enjoyed the "self-coached" approach. I
learned so much this year and I was thrilled with my overall
performance at CdA. I started a new job, health issues among other
things so I did not get to train like I did for 2008, I had to
sacrifice a lot of workouts. I was pretty sure I would enjoy the race
this year but I would have a pretty poor swim and run. I was feeling
very entitled to a solid bike split after enduring those mid-week
trainer sessions. I was not counting on or expecting rough waters
in the swim, a windy bike course and challenging weather on the
marathon. I am thrilled that my PR was around 30 seconds - if that
makes any sense. The pre-race talk was fantastic...Thanks
again so much-I loved my training program and I am convinced if the
conditions were the same as they were in 2008 there would have been a
much bigger PR (I did improve my bike split this year, thanks a million
for that!). I hope the rest of the Team had an amazing day out there!" Dana Laytham-Herbert
----------------------------- "To everyone in the EN Haus, especially my IMCDA Brothers and Sisters: THANK YOU for making this such a wonderful experience. 21 weeks ago I was sort of lost...had no idea what I had gotten myself into or how I was going to get to June 21. Then I found the Four Keys video, I think in USAT magazine, and I saw a glimmer of hope. Well, I've gotten so much more than I could ever have imagined...Training guidance, group therapy, race strategy, race day support for me and my family, coaches on the course and at the finish line to congratulate me. Every piece of advice, from the forums, from the coaches' execution strategies, from the 4 Keys, etc. (I can't even name all the sources) were spot on and helped make this one of the great experiences of my life. Around mile 16 on Sunday, I was thinking "I don't think I have to do this again." By Tuesday morning, I woke up thinking, "I wonder how much faster I could do it?" Today, I'm thinking about which event it will be. Whatever it is I'll definitely be here in the Haus. -- Ray
