Endurance Nation vs Ironman USA

31 Team EN athletes are set to tackle the Beast of the East on July 26

After the Team's incredible performance at IMCDA (26 finishers, 70 person Team dinner,
and 80+ attending their 4 Keys Talk), Team EN keeps the ball rolling at IMUSA with
over 30 athletes racing, a Team dinner for 70+ at Nicola's, and, of course, our
patented Four Keys to Ironman Execution Talk (Friday 10am @ Swim Start).

New for IMUSA, Rich and Patrick will offer FREE "Get Your Mind Right" sessions at
Starbucks: drop in, meet the coaches, get a free add shot/beer and the answer
to any last-minute Ironman execution questions you have.
You can even join the Team on the spot!
(Currently closed thru Oct '09 with a 120+ person waiting list)

Testimonials

"Thanks to both of you for a great program - I really enjoyed the "self-coached" approach.  I learned so much this year and I was thrilled with my overall performance at CdA.   I started a new job, health issues among other things so I did not get to train like I did for 2008, I had to sacrifice a lot of workouts.  I was pretty sure I would enjoy the race this year but I would have a pretty poor swim and run.  I was feeling very entitled to a solid bike split after enduring those mid-week trainer sessions. I was not counting on or expecting rough waters in the swim, a windy bike course and challenging weather on the marathon.  I am thrilled that my PR was around 30 seconds - if that makes any sense. The pre-race talk was fantastic...Thanks again so much-I loved my training program and I am convinced if the conditions were the same as they were in 2008 there would have been a much bigger PR (I did improve my bike split this year, thanks a million for that!).  I hope the rest of the Team had an amazing day out there!"

"To everyone in the EN Haus, especially my IMCDA Brothers and Sisters: THANK YOU for making this such a wonderful experience. 21 weeks ago I was sort of lost...had no idea what I had gotten myself into or how I was going to get to June 21. Then I found the Four Keys video, I think in USAT magazine, and I saw a glimmer of hope.

Well, I've gotten so much more than I could ever have imagined...Training guidance, group therapy, race strategy, race day support for me and my family, coaches on the course and at the finish line to congratulate me. Every piece of advice, from the forums, from the coaches' execution strategies, from the 4 Keys, etc. (I can't even name all the sources) were spot on and helped make this one of the great experiences of my life.

Around mile 16 on Sunday, I was thinking "I don't think I have to do this again." By Tuesday morning, I woke up thinking, "I wonder how much faster I could do it?" Today, I'm thinking about which event it will be. Whatever it is I'll definitely be here in the Haus.

"Thank You!! I happened to be walking by the Gatorade bottle when you were coaching at CDA, and took to heart your advise about warming up miles 1-30 on the bike, and giving you 30 seconds on miles 1-6 on the run. Executed that bike perfectly, with reverse splits, not as well on the run, but your advice was invaluable. I signed up for the wait list and want to become part of the Team! In the interim, thanks again for the great coaching!!
