We are swamped by visits to the hospital three times weekly and shipping twice weekly and so many other odds and ends which crop up every now and again. We have been meaning to inform everybody that there will be another European Preorder/Shopping Spree at the end of June. This preorder is special as it is our annual trip overseas to personally shop for you. This means prices will be cheaper than usual as there will be no middle person involved. It is purely us to you. If you want to take advantage of this rare event, please send in your orders NOW!

Make no mistake, space is limited, and buying restrictions are tighter than ever. Most brands do not allow more than 1-2 items per brand per passport, so it is difficult to take a lot of orders. As such, first pay first get - as usual, to be fair to all.

Since we are opening the orders a month ahead of time, we do allow a 50% deposit to order, with the balance payable in full no later than June 25th. This enables us to ensure we have sufficient cash and credit to shop for you. Due to the high value of the items involved, we do not have the cash nor the credit line to upfront the payments for these items for everybody, so please ensure your payments are prompt. We do NOT want to chase for payments - please don't make us do that.

Because this is serious business, please ensure you can afford to make your payments as all deposits are NON refundable so there can be no cancellation or changing of minds. The only time we will refund payments is if the item you want is not in stock and we are unable to get it. Upon our return, a refund will be processed within a few days.

We can buy almost all European brands and we will be happy to purchase anything from handbags, wallets, belts, and other accessories too. Please ask!

Our usual European Preorder Terms and Conditions apply. Kindly go through them as placing an order automatically means you have read, understood and agreed and no disputes should arise from a buyer failing to read these terms.

We thought it would be helpful to share some Frequently Asked Questions about our European Preorder. Read on...

What can I order through the European Preorder?

Well just about anything! What's popular every season are brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Mulberry, Balenciaga, Prada and Miu Miu. We take orders for bags, wallets, wristlets, clutches, shoes, keyrings, like we said, just about anything!

What will my bag, shoe, wallet, belt (you name it) come with?

All items will be purchased from the brand's retail store and will come with what the store gives us. This may differ based on the brand itself. For example, Chanel will have a numbered authenticity card, whereas Louis Vuitton does not. This is controlled by the respective brands and not us. All bags however will come with dustbag, care cards, receipt and paperbag as given by the stores. We hold nothing back from you, you paid for it, thus you are entitled to what they give us. The only thing we are unable to carry back are big bulky boxes. Each box takes up approx 2-3 times the space of 1 bag thus limiting our baggage space. We are also not allowed to carry bulky items on the aircraft as there is a weight and size restriction. Due to this we cannot bring back big bulky boxes for bags. We can of course, include boxes for accessories like wallets, belts, etc as they are small. So if you are purchasing a wallet, belt, keyring and any small accessory, your item WILL come with its gift box :)

Are all these items genuine /authentic?

Yes of course! We only purchase them from the respective brands actual boutiques and all receipts, paperbags etc come from the brand itself. Thus assuring you that the items you purchase through us are 100% authentic guaranteed. We are also a registered business and have been operating for more than 5 years :) We hope this creates a safe buying environment and that you will have a positive shopping experience that will ensure you come back to us for more!

How do I choose items to purchase?

Each brand typically has an official website which you can browse to look at all the items they sell. Choose the one you want, and send us the item details so we can quote you in RM. Please give us your correct email addresses and check your Spam/Bulk folder for our replies in case it gets sent there by your mail provider!

How do I purchase?

If you wish to purchase, just let us know via email and bank in payment for the item to confirm your slot. Slots are limited, so we are taking orders on first pay first get basis. We usually open for orders early to ensure everyone gets to secure their slots in advance.

How soon after I pay will I get my item?

Once you pay, we will reply your email within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your payment. We will issue you a receipt sent to your email as well. Each preorder timeline is different and for the current preorder the arrival times are early June and early July respectively. We have started to take orders beginning April 27th and will contiinue to do so until slots are full.

Should you require your item faster/sooner, please enquire about Express Shipping rates. We can have your item shipped instead for additional cost. If you are not in a hurry, we encourage you to wait for the item to be handcarried as ship costs can be substantial.

How do prices through this perorder compare with local retail prices? Will I be saving a lot of money here?

The answer to this is very subjective, but we would like to say YES! Buying through us definitely saves you money and generally, the more costly the item is, the bigger the savings. The lower price items may come with a savings of one to a few hundred while the higher priced items will move into almost a thousand RM off retail prices! We think that any amount saved is a good thing because why would you want to pay even a little more for something you can get for less? Even RM50 saved can buy you a nice dinner, contribute towards your petrol fund, or just be extra cash in hand for little things! So every penny saved can go towards something else you want/need and that's just what we are helping you to do :)

Dear customers and friends,

I feel I owe everyone an update and explanation on my 'medical emergency' post over the weekend. It has been a real whirlwind the last few days for me as I was diagnosed with end stage renal failure last Thurs and ever since then I have been whisked away on several medical procedures including dialysis and two minor operations on my neck and arm. I have been very ill and hence I have been missing in action and not replying a lot of the emails which have come in. I do apologise for that. It is a struggle for me to even update this post as my right arm cannot be used 100% at the moment, so I am using my left to do almost everything else.

It will be some time before I recover, although dialysis is going to be a lifetime process which I have to go through until I can get a kidney transplant. The doctor has assured me that as the dialysis continues I will start to feel better. I am also looking forward to getting the catheter our of my neck in 6 weeks time, as they had to put a catheter in my neck temporarily until the vein in my arm is ready. Needless to say going about regular daily rituals is difficult, as the catheter cannot be exposed to water.

Since this is a life changing process, it will take me some time to get back on my feet. In the meantime, I have someone helping me to pack and process shipping so I hope there will be minimal disruption to the shipping schedule. I will personally try to reply all emails but if I can't my assistant will do so, although a lot of the time I have to oversee and provide the information required.

Do bear with us, and please continue to render your support and continuous business as dialysis is an expensive process and all proceeds from sales from this blog will go towards my treatment from now on.
