Se rehoga todo junto en la Gm D menú horno con sal y aceite, la patata cortada en dados pequeñitos, unos ocho minutos. Una vez rehogado se añaden los huevos bien batidos y se revuelve bien. Cuando este amasado y haya reposado media hora enharinamos un papel de aluminio y con un rodillo extendemos bien la masa para que quede muy fina. Hacemos la pizza con tomate, oregano mozarella,bacon y mezcla de cuatro quesos y enrollamos. Dejamos reposar un cuarto de hora y empezamos a cortar el rollo en lonchas de un dedo de ancho. Dejamos reposar media hora para que la masa suba y metemos los roller en la Gm de diez litros menú pastel tiempo preconfigurado, 28 minutos. A la mitad de la cocción, damos va vuelta para que se hagan bien por los dos lados. Una vez que este un poco dorado le añadimos agua un caldo concentrado de ajo y perejil, pimentón dulce, tomillo, romero, albahaca, hierbabuena, comino y un buen chorro de vino. Añadimos la punta de la cuchara de maizena para espesar un poco la salsa. Se cierra la olla y se pone menú pollo 15 minutos. La noche anterior se dejan las salchichas con las especias y un chorro de aceite de oliva. Se sacan y se dejan escurriendo. Mientras ponemos un chorro de aceite de oliva en la cubeta y pochamos cebolla y pimiento rojo y verde muy picadito y unas cuantas setas. Cuando esta rehogado se añaden los spaguetti con un toque de oregano. Cogemos un circulo del hojaldre cortado y echamos una cucharadita de moka de manzana, tapamos con otro circulo.. así hasta terminar toda la lamina. Ponemos el menu pastel y las vamos metiendo, dejaremos la valvula abierta, les damos la vuelta y cuando haya subido el hojaldre y este un poco tostadito las sacamos. Normalmente si pones una plancha en la vitrocerámica para hacer esto, acabaras con la cocina hecha un asco, humo y mucho olor... En la Gm D esto no pasa, lo haces y ni te enteras. Salio un megapudding que daba gusto verlo. Los ingredientes son unas magdalenas un poco duras, medio litro de leche, tres huevos, dos medidas de azucar y sirope de chocolate. Ponemos en el fondo de la cubeta dos medidas de agua para cocerlo al baño maria. Intruducimos las magdalenas cortadas en dados en la leche con azucar. Cuando esten empapadas echamos los tres huevos bien batidos con el azucar y en el fondo de la cubeta ponemos abundante sirope de chocolate.
